Storyline

Lady Vivienne is implicated in a murder as a result of refusing the romantic suit of Henry Porthen. Years later, in South Africa, she encounters the man she suspects of the murder. At the same time, another rejected suitor, Wolf Montague, threatens to destroy homesteaders obstructing his plans, and only Vivienne can warn them in time to avoid a catastrophic man-made flood.
