Moonshine Valley (1922) - Lost Silent ?
16 September 2015 | by (Canada) – See all my reviews

Ned Connors ( William Farnum ) becomes a drunkard after his wife ( Sadie Mullen ) leaves him to marry Dr. Martin ( Holmes Herbert ). One day, while wandering in the woods, Ned finds a child, Nancy ( Dawn O'Day ), takes her home, and finds that she brings new happiness into his life. When Nancy becomes ill, Ned goes for Dr. Martin, who recognizes Nancy as his own wife's child. Ned kills Martin when the latter attempts to abduct Nancy, the child effects a reconciliation between Ned and his ex-wife.

This 1922 silent western/drama was produced by the Fox Film Corporation, starring William Farnum. The survival status of Moonshine Valley is listed as unknown, sadly suggesting it may now be a lost silent film.
