Forget Me Not 1922 - Sadly Long Forgotten
17 January 2015 | by (Canada) – See all my reviews

Living in squalor conditions, Mary ( Irene Hunt ) decides to leave her baby girl ( Ann ) at the door of an orphanage. Fifteen years pass and Mary returns, unable to now recognize Ann ( Bessie Love ), she adopts Ann's sweetheart, Jimmy ( Gareth Hughes ). Ann is also adopted, by a musician ( Otto Lederer ) and she becomes a fine violinist through his teaching. One of her performances is at Jimmy's wedding to another girl ( Myrtle Lind ). After his wife's death, Jimmy recognizes Ann's picture on a concert poster. Ann and Jimmy are happily reunited, with the aid of an old janitor, her Mother.

Sadly this silent drama featuring the popular actress Bessie Love, is now a presumed lost film.
