Double role for Norma Talmadge - the true and the unfaithful wives

In this double role Norma Talmadge in her 27th feature film plays both an unfaithful wife and a faithful one - the latter's husband invents a washing machine to show his gratitude. The symbolism is evident. A copy of the film is housed in 35 mm at the Library of Congress. Thanks to Greta de Groat and her website on Ms. Talmadge from which the above was gleaned.
