According to an article on film preservation in the issue of Variety dated Aug. 2-8, 2010, technicians at the L. Jeffrey Selznick School of Film Preservation are now at work restoring the only known print of this film.
American Ken Fox of the L. Jeffrey Selznick School of Film Preservation, recipient of the 2010 the San Francisco Silent Film Festival Preservation Fellowship, restored this film in at Haghefilm in Amsterdam.
The medal that Mary leaves Dick that was given to her father is the Victoria Cross, the highest award in the British honors system. The U.S. equivalent would be the Medal of Honor.
Restored and preserved by the George Eastman House in Rochester, New York.
