- Several people have decided to go swimming at the swimming pool at Coney Island. They include a young woman with a strong armed boyfriend, and another young woman accompanied to the park by her overprotective parents. Complications begin when the second young woman begins cavorting with the assistant lifeguard, of who her father does not approve. In trying to get the assistant lifeguard to leave his daughter alone, the father inadvertently gets involved with the second young woman, which brings her strong armed boyfriend into the picture.—Huggo
- Couples experience mix-ups, bickering, and humiliation on a day at the beach. One straight-laced couple's daughter sneaks off to don a swimsuit and attract men; meanwhile, her dad would just like a drink. A strongman's wife goes swimming, and he gets jealous. A seaside plunge, an arcade, a roller coaster, an ostrich at a nearby zoo, a chubby guy, the local constabulary, and various lifeguards join the fun, often at their own expense. Rather than a coherent plot, it's mostly a series of vaudeville-inspired bits.—<jhailey@hotmail.com>
