Before color, before sound, this fantastic short film conveys a wonderful story, by means of an elegant forgotten art -- the silent film. The most skillful players in the business today would be doomed to fall short of the quality of this film, should they be ever asked to do so in this age of ear piercing sound, and eye teasing visual effects.
