The 18 year Old Mary Pickford
14 March 2002 | by (London, England) – See all my reviews

Having worked for the 35 year old D.W. Griffith throughout 1909, the 18 year old Mary Pickford honed her art in 1910 by continuing with Griffith in preparation for work with Cecil B. DeMille in films such as 'Romance of the Redwood'. In some ways, you could say that Griffith was superior to DeMille as a director.
