At the age of 33, David Wark Griffith made his screen debut as an extra in this film, 'Professional Jealousy'. He would go on to write, direct, produce and even edited his subsequent films with Mary Pickford, and set up United Artists with her, Charles Chaplin and Douglas Fairbanks to control the distribution of his films.
