- Madhu lives a wealthy lifestyle in Mussorie, India and operates Hotel Savoy. She meets with and falls in love with Vijay Sanyal and shortly thereafter both of them get married. After the marriage, her friend, Julie, and her mom notice a change in Vijay but do not tell Madhu about this, leaving Vijay free to get Madhu to sign a Power of Attorney in his favor. He runs the Hotel, but eventually finds that it is not doing too well, and decides to sell it to Darshan Damania and his partners, Mirza Baig, Chhadha, Nikhil Chopra, and Kanwar Singh much to Madhu's displeasure. The partners, with two of Darshan's girlfriends, Kamya, and Rama in tow, arrive in Mussorie to sign the documents. The only one missing is Mirza, who had stated that he will be arriving later. Instead, however, ACP Sumed Singh arrives to inform them that Mirza has been killed in a car explosion. Shortly thereafter, Julie is killed, then Kanwar goes missing and his clothes are found near a lake. Then Kamya goes missing, followed by the deaths of Chhadha and Nikhil. The Police find out that the assailant may be a man wearing dark clothes. Since this description fits Vijay, they arrest him. The question remains what motivated Vijay to carry out these murders?
- Mr. Raj K. Saxena is known for his parsimony. Everything he does and thinks is valued with money, and ways he can accumulate it. His daughter, Kiran, is the opposite, a spendthrift. Mr. Saxena borrows money from elderly people, assuring them of returning the loan with a handsome rate of interest after about 20 years, knowing fully well that none of them will survive 20 years. Then he meets with the son of one of such lender, aptly named after him viz. Raj K. Saxena. Mr. Saxena refuses to repay the amount, swallows the proof, the only evidence, and asks Raj to get out, which he does so. Raj is determined to get his money, and wants Kiran to fall in love with him. Kiran does so, and brings him over to introduce him to her shocked and speechless dad. Things change when Raj inherits a large amount of money, ironically left by Mr. Saxena maternal grandmother, and it is Mr. Saxena who is now anxious to get in the good books of Raj, with hilarious results.

The Panchayat is asked to intervene and they decide to keep the two separate, which is not acceptable to both, and they run away to Bombay. Upon arrival, they are met there by Police Inspector Pardesi who sees tremendous potential in them for making some money for himself. He arranges to house them in an under-construction sky-caper, makes a temporary temple for them, and arranges for devotees to line-up, pay large sums of money and get their blessings. Pardesi, the devotees, pimps and others witness that whenever Pagla bangs the drum something happens to Pagli and she acts as though possessed, makes predictions, conjures miracles, death and destruction to enemies. What Pardesi does not know is that Pagla is just an alias for Shamsher Singh, a dreaded bandit, wanted for several murders, who may be abusing Pagli's sixth sense, and pretending to be a madman to elude the police.

Vishwa is unmarried and Thulasi has gone through an unceremonious ritual in the name of matrimony, but fear of societal stigma and innate inhibition keep them asunder. Sensing their intense love for each other, Pattabhi (a very natural essay by 'Delhi' Ganesh once again), the manager at Vishwa's house, helps them overcome their fears. It is then that Fate enters in the form of Siva (Manoj K. Jayan).
