When Anthony becomes involved in a street fight at a public event, Kate dumps him. Anthony reflects on who he is and all that he has recently lost. Tom, Kate's comedian brother helps Anthony see the world and his life from a different perspective. Joe is betrayed by Nico, another boxer of Sicilian decent. Anthony, now mature enough to make his own decisions, decides to honour his father and his family and re enters the ring to fight his nemesis, Nico.

Wilson hires a gang of rustlers to run off Mary's cattle. Old Bill, a hermit, identifies the man whom Jack has been hunting. Jack spoils the rustler's raid, gets his man, and marries Mary.
- Mickey (James Dunn), is a prizefighter whose bright career hits the skids when he comes under the guidance of Ginger (June Clayworth), a female fight promoter, when he becomes involved with June Prentice (Muriel Evans) and her high-society crowd.
- It's good guy Carson and the Poncho Riders against bad guy Slavin and his gang. When Cameron tries to quit the gang, Cheyenne Charlie is sent to kill him. But Cameron, alerted by danny's dog, kills Charlie instead. Sentenced to be hung, the Poncho riders are out to save him.

Kyne Production" and story in which Kyne had nothing to do with the production or the story other than allowing his name to be used for selling purposes. This is a remake of Columbia's 1932 "Cornered" that starred Tim McCoy. Bob Pearson (Bruce Lane, also known as Yancey Lane)saves the life of his friend, Sheriff Dick Houston (Charles Starrett), who has captured two stagecoach bandits and is about to be shot from ambush by a third. Bob is found a few days later near the murdered body of cattleman Herrick (Dick Rush) with a gun in his hand. Herrick had been a vocal objector to Bob's courtship of his daughter Molly (Barbara Weeks.)Dick is forced to arrest Bob, who is tried and found guilty. While Dick holds off a lynch mob, Molly helps Bob escape. Dick loses his job and, knowing his friend will be a fugitive and he himself will be disgraced as long as Herrick's killer is at large, Dick heads for the town of Buckhorn where Herrick also had a ranch. There, Dick finds that Bob has joined a gang of rustlers headed by Laughing Bill Slagg (Alan Sears.) Later, he and Bob meet and Bob says he joined the gang in the hope of unearthing the killer of Herrick. Dick calls a meeting of the cattlemen and outlines a plan that he knows will be reported to Slagg by a traitor among the cattlemen.
- Wells Fargo hires three cowboys to clean up a lawless town.
- Jerry O'Connell, a two-fisted sheriff, rescues Midge Blair from a runaway stage and falls in love with her. They return to town together, and Jerry is entrusted by George Rivers with a valuable shipment of platinum, which Jerry secures in his office. Three strangers, hired by Rivers, steal the platinum from the office after knocking Jerry out in a rough fight, during which the telephone receiver is detached from its hook. Midge, who has become the town switchboard operator, hears the bandits discussing their hiding place and, after they have gone, goes to Jerry's office. She revives him and informs him of the bandit's plans. Jerry starts off in pursuit and, after some hard riding and fighting, brings the bandits to justice. Jerry collects a $10,000 reward and marries Midge.
- A charged, fragmentary succession of images-of bodies, animals, children and domestic rituals-frames the night as an enigmatic time of exchanges and transformations.
- A judge in a small town figures that law shouldn't be bought and paid for, but that justice should be dispensed free. His best friend gets into trouble through the plottings of a crook, and the judge starts out to see justice done, finally beating the villain until he confesses and clears the boy he has wronged.
- Cowboy "Two Fisted Thompson" falls in love with a visiting society girl, whom he saves from a gang of desperadoes. When the girl returns to the city and her wealthy friends, she forgets about Thompson and scorns his affection when he goes East to see her. Later, Thompson regains her love.
- Pampered Easterner Tom Ransom is sent West by his father, a meatpacking tycoon, to buy a large herd. Tom soon comes into conflict with the agents of Bennett, an unscrupulous rival, who tries to steal the herd from him. Tom eventually proves himself by outwitting Bennett.
- In order to catch a gambler wanted for murder, a sheriff poses as an outlaw and works his way into a bandit gang, and soon discovers that the man he's looking for is a member of the gang. When he also discovers that the killer's wife is being badly abused by him, the sheriff determines to help her escape but fears that his real identity may be exposed.
- The owner of a comic book shop is in too deep with the mob financially and has to give up his most prized collectibles, only to be helped by his friend Owen, who concocts a plot to get back the collectibles... and a whole lot of money.
- Sheriff Jefferson Mosby, of the Kentucky Mosbys, is assigned by the district inspector of Arid, a small town in Nevada, to investigate a dangerous region known as Cactus Flats, which is infested by outlaws bent on driving out the homesteaders. In Cactus Flats, he meets Molly Miller and Danny Duggan, the last of the homesteaders, and learns of the cruel way Buck Connor, the mayor, orders them to vacate every now and then. By means of disguise, Mosby infiltrates Connor's gang and catches Connor with the goods; then, with the aid of Molly and Danny, he arrests the culprits. In the end, in spite of the inspector's advice not to trust a woman, he decides to take orders from Molly for the rest of his life.
