- After 2 successful nights of investigation, the team returns to Rowland, PA for their third and final night. Tackling a dual investigation, they begin the night at the Historic Federal House. Built by a participant of the Revolutionary War, the house has history dating back to 1790, and has had many former residents die and be laid out within its walls. The second site is a private apartment located above the Rowland Cafe. A local musician occupies the apartment and relates to the team how he likes to play his guitar and record music late at night when he's alone. However on playback, he sometimes finds he is one half of a duet.

Its not long before the boys of GBSG start to realize there may be something to the owner's claims. The team uses the K2, electronic voice recorders, Mel-meter and the spirit box to try to find out if the shop holds more than just antiques. Unexplained sounds, movements, feelings of being touched and e.v.p.s are some of the experiences in this emotional episode.
