- Among other things in this Halloween-themed episode, Phyllis Diller owns a rooming house full of unwanted boarders. The house is full of ghosts and she hires Mickey, Donald and Goofy to remove them.
- A string of robberies take place at the most unlikely of places: children's Birthday parties. Each time, a toy or doll comes to life, stealing something of value, and taking off in a helicopter. Henry Cabot Henhouse III (aka Superchicken) and Fred, attempt to throw a Birthday Party for Fred, in hopes o lure the Birthday Bandit to their home. After 2 weeks of partying, a 6-foot terry cloth chicken hawk is delivered to the door, and attempts to take Henry. Taking his Super Sauce, Henry turns into Superchicken, who beats back the chicken hawk, which flies off. They trail the hawk to the lair of Salvador Rag Dolly, a crooked toy maker. However, he does not give up, and sets a wind-up Superchicken toy against the real Superchicken. In the end, their fight KO's Salvador, and each other. After taking Salvador and his robotic Superchicken to prison, Fred flies his friend home...only to realize he jailed the real Superchicken, and is now flying with the windup toy.
- Stiles recommends the "Wolf pack" to be the entertainers for the Woolverton Festival. However, this bike gang brings big trouble and Scott must find a way to scare them out of town.
- Grandma's long time foe, Zazu, places a curse on the family, which turns anyone the Howards touch into a werewolf. Zazu agrees to lift the curse if Scott can give her an old photograph of her and his grandparents. Scott gives her the photograph, unaware that Zazu plans to use it for revenge. The Howards must try to stop her evil plan.
- It appears the Easter Bunny has turned to crime, robbing banks across the greater Pittsburgh area.

Grandpa also starts chasing Ballard, and when Mr. Conroy, the dog catcher arrives, Grandpa bumps into him and both Conroy and Grandpa lose their glasses. Conroy mistakenly puts on Grandpa's glasses and takes him to the dog pound, thinking Grandpa is a dog. It's then up to Scott, his family, Stiles, and Boof to rescue Grandpa from the pound.
- A werewolf hunter comes to the town of Wolverton and Scott and his family must find and warn Grandpa who is hunting turkey in the woods before the werewolf hunter catches up to them.
- The Howards have been selected to be the "All-American Family." However, with the press and media watching their every move, the family is concerned their secret will be out. The family try to make a conscious effort to act as "normal" as possible.
- Scott and his family make a trip to Rottenberg, Transylvania to reconnect with their past. However, danger lurks when the townspeople seem very spooked by the castle the family inherited. After a series of frightening instances, the family realizes there is nothing to be frightened about.
