In the meantime, Martin's father, a retired mailman, is very happy about the prospects of a relationship between Annemarie and Martin. With the help of a friend, he starts to mettle, which of course does more harm than good to our two potential lovebirds...

Lena left Dr. Körbler's house after a tutorial lesson and didn't come home. Dr. Körbler is responsible for Sabine's childhood trauma, because he is a pedophile. Everyone in the village seems to cover for him.

- One cannot exactly claim that the siblings Karla, Henriette and Max are particularly close - since the smoldering family conflicts escalated on Christmas of all times, Karla and Henriette in particular have not spoken to each other anymore. To this end, the likable and resolute lady takes an unusual measure: she invites her offspring and their attachments to a holiday home in Ibiza, where she gives the completely perplexed arguers a choice - either they use the holiday together to get one for themselves all times to be tolerated, or they will be disinherited by their father, the restaurant owner Herbert! The three grudgingly accept the ultimatum. Karla's 14-year-old daughter Lucy and Henriette's husband Torsten, on the other hand, are looking forward to a relaxing holiday. Their divorce-lawyer son Thomas needs Friedrich's help as court expert and babysitter for his newborn. Future daughter-in-law Sylvia casts him as character actor in one of her plays. Friedrich managed to delay getting his driver's license for 40 years, but his objections to the course booked by his wife melt away when he meets foxy instructor Eva, whom he fancies enough to flunk the exam just to resume the course with her. A mild injury on a family driving excursion finally leads to a truth-time rendezvous with Eva.
