- Baron Von Frankenbeans pieces together a bride for young Frankenbeans and brings her to life. While the terrible trio scheme to ruin the wedding by sending the Red Crasher, the bride discovers that the Baron has promised his fortune to Frankenbeans as a wedding gift. But of course this big, red beast is no match for the BeetleBorgs. For the finale, Frankenbeans' bride discovers the fortune is far smaller than she expected, so she leaves him standing at the altar.
- Vexor throws down the gauntlet and challenges the BeetleBorgs to a fight - Shadow Borg vs. Blue Mega BeetleBorg. But Vexor and his gang are no match for the BeetleBorgs! Vexor gives in, appearing to have been beaten, although in reality he is saving his strength for another day - the battle is far from over.
- Count Fangula is feeling ill. Seems he swallowed one of the Astral Coins. Horribelle, disguised as a nurse, attempts to retrieve it.
- When Art and Les Fortunes were children, they produced a homemade comic book together. Their only collaboration. Now, Les leads the Crustaceans in a quest to find where he buried it years ago.
- Wolfgang wants to come along with the Beetleborgs and the Astral Borgs (the Lightningborg is now found to add to the team of three so far) to see what it's like to be in the middle of a battle against other comic monsters.
- A classically-trained martial artist goes to work as a mob debt collector. The job seems easy enough, until a client drags him into a situation deeper than could ever be anticipated.
- A men's support group descends into chaos when longstanding conflicts threaten the trust among the men.
- As Christmas Day approaches, Flabber recruits the house monsters to decorate the Hillhurst House for the holidays. When Flabber discovers that Christmas gifts and trees are being stolen all over town by the Magnavors, the BeetleBorgs find them leaving a house with bags full of gifts. The superheroes return the presents to the residents and even give Jara, Noxic and Typhus each a stocking filled with gifts.
- Eerie noises are looming over the cemetery, and old man Hillhurst leaves to return to his old home. There's only one glitch...he wants Flabber and the gang out right away! Meanwhile, Roland's mom, Abbie, reluctantly takes a job at Zoom Comics. The BeetleBorgs and the gang save the day by restoring peace in the cemetery, sending old man Hillhurst back to the hills and giving Abbie the magical nudge she needs to take care of the store!
- It's Wolfgang's favorite time of the month, the night of a full moon, and the other house monsters are trying to prevent Wolfgang from getting out. Despite their efforts, he escapes and when he runs into Jara, he bites her and she immediately turns into a she-wolf! In hopes of saving her, Flabber makes a silver dart that will reverse the menacing metamorphosis if they can catch her before itÂ's too late.
- The Magnavors make one too many mistakes and an infuriated Vexor fires all of them. While spying on Hillhurst, Vexor sees the hungry house monsters chasing the kids and decides they'd make great Magnavors. He summons Hypnomaniac to hypnotize the house monsters and capture Flabber. When they learn of Vexor's vile plan, the kids transform to send Hypnomaniac back to the comics and the humbled terrible trio return to Vexor.
- Jara, Noxic and Typhus plant an electronic brain device in the attic at Hillhurst. When the kids and house monsters discover it, they find that when you hold it in your hands, the things you fear materialize right before your eyes! Wolfgang sees giant fleas, Jo meets her Aunti May, Fangula runs from his ex-wife, and Mums flees from giant snipping scissors. When Dicehead appears to claim his missing brain, the BeetleBorgs quickly send him back to the comic book.
- Soon after Dr. Von Frankenbeans arrives at Hillhurst, he begins bossing Flabber and the other house monsters around. While they are thinking about how to get rid of him without upsetting Frankenbeans, they discover that the doctor plans to use all of them in his medical experiments. When he comes face-to-face with Cyber-Serpent, the doctor helps the BeetleBorgs send the monster back to the comics and bids Hillhurst good-bye with no harm done.
- As the House Monsters leave Hillhurst on Halloween to do some Trick or Treating of their own, the mansion attracts unsuspecting kids believing it to be haunted. On top of that, the Beetleborgs must also deal with a new monster, El Scorpio.
- When Little Ghoul's uncle, The Grim Reaper, comes to town, she tells everyone that Reaper is retiring and needs a replacement. Every monster in town is vying for the prestigious position, including Nukus, who tries (unsuccessfully) to eliminate the competition by having Les create The Monster Smasher. But it turns out that Little Ghoul lied - Reaper is simply looking for a servant! When he proudly offers the position to Flabber, the disappointed phasm politely declines.
- Dr. Baron Von Frankenbeans' latest creation, a mutant plant, is sought by Mega-Nukus' forces.
- Les draws a monster named Rooth-less, whom he thinks will defeat the Beetleborgs.
- Vexor commands Combat Gnat to spy on Hillhurst when Flabber brings a teletransport machine from an old drawing to life. Flabber transports himself to Zoom Comics and shortly thereafter realizes he's morphing into a strange creature. When he remembers that there was a blue bug in the machine with him, he and the kids surmise that his molecular structure merged with Combat Gnat's! The kids decide that the only solution is to send this unpredictable being into the comics, which magically reverses the damage - Flabber is back!
- When the Shadow Borg triumphs over the White Blaster BeetleBorg, the kids realize that they must combine their forces and retaliate. It is then discovered that during the battle, the white Borg managed to get the Red, Green and Blue Borg powers from the Shadow Borg. There is no time for celebrating, however, as the Magnavors have given Vexor all the comic books from Zoom Comics and is about to unleash the villains to do his evil work.
- The Magnavors attack two aliens who try to communicate with them, thinking they are Earthlings, and when the aliens counterattack, the terrible trio runs scared. Hoping to gather some research on Earthlings, the aliens disguise themselves and go to Hillhurst. When the terrible trio arrives shortly thereafter, the aliens take them and the house monsters hostage. The BeetleBorgs restore peace and the aliens depart, saying that Earthlings are too weird for their study!

- When Drew, Jo and Roland show up at Hillhurst on Halloween as trick-or-treaters, Frankenbeans is so intrigued with the notion that he sneaks out to explore. Jara, Noxic and Typhus kidnap him and send Flabber a ransom note demanding the BeetleBorgs' Beetle Bonders in exchange for the house monster. The kids find Frankenbeans and return him to Hillhurst - his Halloween adventure having been full of more tricks than treats.
- Princess Shayla and Merrick argue as the Flute Org's music ruins their song, causing the Rangers to dance uncontrollably.
- With the kids stripped of their BeetleBorg powers, the Shadow Borg and the Magnavors wreak havoc. Drew and Roland turn to BeetleBorg comics creator Art Fortunes for help and he accompanies them to Hillhurst. There he sketches the White Blaster BeetleBorg, a Borg able to retrieve the kids' powers. It is suggested that the brave, young Josh Baldwin be the White Blaster BeetleBorg's civilian counterpart to bring him to life.
- Mike is a tough hitman, who makes his hits look like accidents or suicide. He's in a gang of hitmen, each with his own style. When his loved ex is killed, Mike looks for those responsible.
- Five teenagers are chosen by five Power Animals to become the Wild Force Rangers, to fight the evil Jinderax and Toxica and their evil Orgs.

Deciding that Jo is an ideal candidate, the BeetleBorgs hold down the vampire teens while she kisses them. Voila! Back to being just a couple of bullies.
- A film crew decides to use the Hillhurst House for a shoot and Flabber is thrilled. When the film director discovers Graxxis (an escapee from an issue of the comic book) in the house, he assumes he's an actor and begins to order him around. Suddenly there are Magnavor Jets flying overhead and the kids are forced to transform and do battle. Later, Drew uses his civilian powers to confiscate the film since the kids are worried that their secret transformations may have been caught on tape.
- Drew and Jo's cousin, Oliver, calls himself the biggest BeetleBorg fan ever and wants to grow up to be one of them. When Oliver wears his BeetleBorg costume out to play, the Magnavors mistake him for a real BeetleBorg and take him hostage. The three real BeetleBorgs appear to rescue Oliver, who returns to Zoom Comics to tell the kids all about how he saved the BeetleBorgs.
- When the kids are assigned to do group reports on a historical figure, Drew and Roland choose Blackbeard the Pirate. Not only do they choose him for the paper, they want to bring him to school! Flabber conjures him up from the past and he gets lost almost immediately. The terrible trio must be up to their old tricks again! Not to worry though, the BeetleBorgs appear to save the day.
- Max tries to regain the respect of his former bowling mentor in order to help him defeat a peculiar new Org.
- The BeetleBorgs retreat from the Worm Tank only to encounter Nukus, Horribelle and Vilor, so they transform into bugs to escape. At Hillhurst, Flabber whips the monsters into shape, but Horribelle manages to invade Hillhurst and kidnap Art. The kids buzz into the studio and rescue Art just in time for him to draw a new Beetle Battle Station and defense vehicles so the kids can beat the Worm Tanks.
- Les creates the Astral Ax, and with it, Roboborg's evil counterpart, known as Boron.
- A mysterious presence disrupts the harmony in Hillhurst, as it steals Flabber's precious phasm book. The presence turns out to be a Ghoul named Little Ghoul, who wants to live in the house.
- An old acquaintance of Wolfgang's, who had lost his head after sneezing at the werewolf's fleas, visits Hillhurst to get his head back.
- Nukus has Les create Chameleon Monster to capture Flabber and steal the power of the BeetleBorgs. Chameleon appears at Hillhurst as Flabber, and traps the real phasm inside a bottle. The kids transform into bugs to watch Chameleon Monster morph back into his evil self. When Chameleon tries to make his escape, the kids transform and send him back into the comics, then rush to release Flabber from the bottle.
- The 8 Astral Coins are at last reunited with the Astral Sword, leading to the summoning of the giant robot beetle fighting creature, Roboborg. But whose side will he be on.
