Anna decides that to get at Sydney is that she needs to go through her friends, leading to Anna to abduct Will Tippen. Sydney, along with APO, is forced to try to find Anna and save Will before he's killed unaware that Prophet Five has bigger plans for Syd, to take a sample of her DNA.

But it won't be easy cause these two covered their tracks very well.
- The HL-10, the vehicle Steve Austin was piloting when he had his crash two years ago, has been rebuilt and Steve is asked to have another go at it by his old friend Jay Rogers. Although Oscar Goldman is reluctant because the plane may have been sabotaged the first time around, Steve becomes obsessed with taking this second chance and seeing it through.

A decision is made by the aliens to send Da Nay, a young alien woman, to the U.S. to find and bring back a serum that will boost the aliens' immunity, and thus allow all of the aliens to leave the island and survive with the human population. Da Nay obtains the serum and returns to the island, where Steve Austin has found a way in past the protective barriers.
- Michael goes to Denver to find out who he is. Alexis and Cecil plan a wedding in the hospital. Claudia disappears and Blake suspects her of kidnapping the baby. There's an exiting drama on the roof of a tall building. Claudia has the baby in her arms and refuses to give her away, thinking it's Lindsay.

Unable to convince the men who hired him that the crime boss is actually dead, he concocts a story about being a witness to a shooting and hires Joe Mannix to investigate whether a man really was killed that night, and if not, what happened to him.
- A scandalous newspaper headline implicates Congressman McVane with a young girl in Washington; he realizes Alexis orchestrated his downfall. Kirby finds she is pregnant; Adam is alarmed to learn that his former physician, Dr. Billings, lS soon due in Denver for a convention. Krystle and Alexis argue over Fallon, and the discussion quickly disintegrates into a brawl.
- Krystle finds Blake in the mountains and gets him to the hospital. Nick Toscanni disappears. Cecil is also brought to the hospital, and he's very weak. A police investigation is started to find the baby. The suspects are: Farouk Ahmed, Nick Toscanni, nurse Susan, and an old cemetery worker called Alfred Grimes.

- In the dead of night, the residents of a sprawling apartment complex hear two rapid-fire gunshots. They race to the apartment of a young woman living alone, and find the body of another resident on the floor near her bed. The young woman claims that the man raided her room and she shot him in self-defense. The District Attorney believes part of the story, but claims the victim wasn't threatening the young woman and files manslaughter charges against her. But that's not half of the story. The young woman is blind. She only heard the intruder and panicked, grabbing a pistol from her bed stand drawer and firing wildly. One bullet drilled the victim through the heart -- but the other one can't be found. When the weapon is examined, only one round is spent. Did everybody hear a phantom second shot? Petrocelli cross-examines the woman, handing her an "unloaded" pistol and asking her to pull the trigger on his count. He's actually loaded a blank cartridge into the chamber and she can't tell the difference, so when the gun detonates she cries out that she's killed her lawyer. That makes Petrocelli believe that maybe she didn't kill anyone. Some snooping around the San Remo, Arizona (actually Tucson) police department reveals that the dead man was an undercover cop -- giving somebody plenty of motive to murder him beforehand and dump his corpse in the young woman's lap!
- Marty Lacayo and Glenn Talbot are street narcs, meaning they are given the task of busting nickel-and-dime users and hustlers. Shep, one of their users, gives them a tasty lead on a big distributor, but they are forbidden by Lt. Hagedorn from pursuing him.
