- Three female employees of a sexist, egotistical, lying, hypocritical bigot find a way to turn the tables on him.

- Colt is sent to New York on a simple job to bring in a guy he knows. He finds him in an illegal gambling shop. He causes a ruckus and the police arrive. Colt learns that he messed up an operation being conducted by a cop to get a criminal he's been trying to get for years. The cop asks Colt to help him and Colt agrees.
- Robin stops by the office bringing a friend, Allison, who is an aspiring writer and Robin thinks she could learn something from Hannah. Hannah suggests to Catherine that they could use some help in the office and Allison would be good to hire. She turns out to be great and a big hit, especially with Marty, whom she seems to have a crush on. Hannah and Robin talk and she says she feels left out with Marty. Hannah blames Allison for a missed interview for her story at the dump and that Allison is out to get her. Allison comes on to Marty. Marty finds out that Allison is out for herself and tells her to leave.
- A Hong Kong millionaire and his henchmen are after a shipment of Ming vases while Colt, Howie and Jody are filming a Bond movie in Hong Kong which stars real-life Bond girls Britt Ekland, Lana Wood and Joanna Pettet, who play themselves.

- Four socialite old friends unexpectedly clash, and switch partners during a party and attempt to make each other jealous.
- While filming in Rio, Colt is called by Terri Michaels, the one who is in charge of Big Jack's business, and asks him to get a girl whom she bailed out. It seems like she was implicated in an embezzlement, and the man she was implicated with is also in Rio. Colt goes to her hotel room and tries to get her, but the woman in her room is not her; she has someone go after Colt, and Colt narrowly escapes. Colt and Howie are arrested, and the police inform them that the man whom the girl was implicated with is dead. The police are ready to charge Colt for his murder unless he helps them. The police chief suspect that a Countess who is a money-launderer is the one who killed him, so he wants Colt to help them get her. Colt's plan is to make the Countess come to him by pretending to have the money the man embezzled and brought to the Countess to be laundered, but he hid it and the Countess killed him before he could tell her where it was.
- The director who gave Colt his first job and who has been using it for years to get Colt to work on his low rate movies. Now he wants Colt to take part in a desert race supposedly to get more footage. But what he didn't tell Colt is that he made a bet with someone in Vegas who upon learning how much he stands to lose sends a man whom Colt sent to prison to keep him from winning.
- Terry wants Colt to bring back Ferris who is hiding in a dude ranch owned by Baker who seems to be planning a major heist using ex-military types. Colt infiltrates Baker's operation.
- Marty finds out that Hannah is dating Dr. Jeff Ryan, his therapist when he shows up at the office to take her out. They have been dating for a while. Marty shows up at Hannah's apartment while she is getting ready for a date and Marty tries to sabotage the date but gets caught in the apartment and has to sneak out. Hannah comes in late the next day upset and says that Jeff died while they were together. Marty is upset that his therapist is dead and he doesn't know what to do. Marty has a last conversation with Jeff at his funeral.
- A drunk 'vision' after a wine tasting trio to Napa Valley makes Dharma decide to have a baby, so Greg is pressed to try hard and often. Pete is finally fired at Justice. Greg refuses to take his legally incompetent friend or even to write him an insincere letter of recommendation, yet is pressed into that by the girls -although Jane scolded Pete a loser herself- only to be bitterly told that got Pete's fake one found out... Abby announces happily to be a crone, then proves cranky, blamed on menopause, but turns out pregnant herself, to Larry's despair and denial, Dharma thinks that's 'the' baby she dreamed about already.
- While working in Florida, Colt gets a call from Pearl telling him to find a guy who stole some plans. Colt finds him but at the same time some guys who owns a club are looking for him because he stole the money they were going to use to pay the loan on the club. After they find him, a fence whom he approached to sell the plans tries to get him back because they want the plans.
- Dharma notices a tile is loose and has Larry come over to fix it. He opens up the wall, creating construction problems that escalate until Greg has a blow-up with him and throws him out of the apartment.
- Greg's ex, Stephanie, wants a letter of recommendation for her son, Jeremy, to get into the exclusive prep school where Greg went. When she brings the kid along Greg and Jeremy get on so well, being obviously alike. This leads Dharma into believing that Greg must be his biological father. Meanwhile a remark by Edward gets Kitty obsessed with Larry.
- A mob mentality prevails when Mac decides to shut down the church's weekly Bingo game. Meanwhile, Gabe goes overboard preparing to give his first sermon.
- A loose pastiche of The Sting broken into three acts. Colt, Howie and Jody are working on a low-budget film when the producer suddenly finds themselves extorted for money. The extortionist is a crooked councilor who has recklessly run up some considerable gambling debts with the 'syndicate'. Colt decides to mount a 'sting' operation by pretending to be a contract killer called The Wasp and getting Jody to finagle her way into the councilor's affections by playing slutty and wearing a series of skimpy outfits. Stunts include: a couple of car crashes/explosions, land skiing, a helicopter grab and jumping and crashing Colt's truck.
- Colt busts a PCP manufacturing factory, but its owners get away. Later, they take over the hospital room where a sick Jody is staying and hold her hostage. The hospital gets evacuated by a SWAT team. Colt and Howie must save Jody.
- Dharma gets into a bar fight and tries to find ways to control her anger. Some execs at Montgomery Industries begin using Larry to get to Edward.
- Robin stops by the office and tells Hannah that a woman was kicked out of a restaurant for breast-feeding and thinks that an article should be written about it, so Hannah goes to Catherine with the idea and she gives Hannah the go ahead. Marty goes on a talk show and knows nothing about the topic, and is embarrassed about it. Catherine gets Marty back on the show. Hannah is also going to be on the same talk show with Marty. The mom with the baby that was thrown out of the restaurant shows up at the office and decides to feed and Marty and the rest of the office is uncomfortable with it. Hannah does great on the talk show and Marty does much better than last time. Hannah accuses Marty of being a prude.
- Dharma feels she's gotten away from her true nature since her marriage. She has a vision of the old Indian from the first season and is inspired to go on a vision quest without Greg.
- Marty's friend Jack comes to town. Jack is also Hannah's ex boyfriend. He has come back to get back together with Hannah and marry her. She considers it but eventually decides he doesn't have the appeal he once did anymore. Burning the toad is a cop term she picked up from her dad.
- Hannah returns from vacation to find that the magazine has been sold and there is a new editor, Catherine. And she is firing people. Marty is safe. Catherine calls Hannah into her office to tell her that she has read some of Hannah's sample articles and likes them so she promotes Hannah to writer. Brian Allquist, a literary critic, joins the office. Jules is made executive assistant. Hannah goes to see her best friend, Robin, who is cleaning out her ex's office in the building she owns, to tell her about her day. Hannah decides to rent the apt. Hannah goes back to the office after hours and Marty is there writing his resignation. Hannah talks him out of it, telling him she needs his help with her new job. Marty wants to know what their relationship is. They decide best friends.
- While attending a stunt mans' convention, Colt reunites with a stunt woman named Charlie whom he worked with before. When Charlie's brother shows up, he claims to be in trouble but before he could say what's going on some men try to grab him. Colt and Charlie hold them off long enough for him to get away. They later learn that Charlie's brother tried pull a fast one on a son of a mobster and it seems the man is looking to get back at him.
- Dharma throws Greg a surprise birthday party and manages to get the crossword puzzle editor of the newspaper to hide a personal message in the puzzle.
- A girl with a photographic memory holds the key to the case of a man nabbed by the mob while preparing to testify against them.
- While working as a cashier at the local co-op market, Joan appears in a television news segment about black-owned businesses. Bobby, her boss, publicly declares himself a hero for providing employment to a down-on-her-luck woman who had been forced to go on food stamps. Joan is completely humiliated, and lights into Bobby for sharing her business with the whole city. Bobby insists that he simply wanted to generate good publicity for the co-op, but later apologizes for his insensitivity. Isaiah comes to the store and tries to take back the items Ujamaa is stocked with but Bobby talks him out of it. Tasha is distressed that she cannot attend track meets or hang out with her friends because she must watch Deion every day. Deion refuses to obey her, and begins to scream and physically attack her at one point. When Tasha takes Deion to a therapy session, his psychiatrist senses her frustration and gives her a chance to get some things off her chest. Tasha is happy when Deion reaches out to her, if only momentarily.
- After breaking Dan out of jail and with Mary who witness the murder Littlefield engineered, Colt goes back to L.A. to vindicate Dan. But when Littlefield learns that Mary's a witness against him, He calls someone in the National Guard and they capture Howie and the stunt men who were making their way back to L.A. So Colt can't let Mary testify and with no other choice, he goes back to Littlefield to break Howie and the others out, with Dan and Mary. But Littlefield is ready for him.
- Colt, Howie and Jody infiltrate a biker gang to apprehend their leader.
- While shooting on location, Colt and his mentor Dan Wild go drinking and when they come out of the bar, the Sheriff arrests Wild for being drunk. The next day Colt learns that while in custody Wild shot someone. Colt returns to L.A. and learns that the Mayor of the town is crooked. He also finds out that the Governor is trying to build a case against the Mayor but so far the only person willing to testify against him was the man Wild killed. Obviously Wild was set up. Colt then comes up with a plan. He organizes some of the stunt men who are Wild's friends and they pose as bikers and go down to the town and tear it up.
- In a futuristic world that has embraced ape slavery, Caesar, the son of the late simians Cornelius and Zira, surfaces after almost twenty years of hiding out from the authorities, and prepares for a slave revolt against humanity.
- Colt ends up getting involved in a lawman's crooked prisoners for cheap labor scam down in Bayou Country.
- Tasha is happy when her father, James, unexpectedly shows up for her 14th birthday party; but her mother and brother are less than thrilled. Despite Nicole's pleas, Andre refuses to behave civilly toward his father. Andre confronts a group of gang members who try to crash the party and he is furious when James comes off as the hero by defusing the situation peacefully. Andre tells him off and starts a shoving match. After James criticizes Joan's parenting skills (and suggests that she might be responsible for Marcus's death), she screams at him and throws him out of the party. Tasha follows her father and spends the rest of the day with him. Andre discovers some surprising information; although he had assumed that James abandoned the family, Joan actually ended the marriage. When Tasha returns, Joan tells her that she doesn't have to turn her back on her father, but could show her mother some appreciation.
- In a post-apocalyptic world, a group of survivors travel and find other settlements in huge custom designed all terrain vehicles.
- In the hopes of having the house to herself for a date, Joan sends Deion to Disneyland with Sweets. She also pushes Tasha to go to a teen social night with Andre. Andre ignores Tasha when he and Rashad hook up with two older women, but she quickly makes friends at the gathering. Andre is stunned when he returns to the party to see Tasha performing onstage with the musical guest.

- Colt is sent to a small mountain town to bring a guy he knows named Hoss. The man's a "Gentle Giant" who has a thing for animals and when he was in the zoo in L.A. assaulted someone who was teasing the animals. Colt finds him and convinces him to come back with him but not after they go at it. Colt leaves him at the Sheriff's for the night. But after he leaves, another prisoner whom they are holding for speeding, stole some money and the deputy who arrested him wants it and will do anything to get it. So he tells Hoss, the deputy then assaults Hoss. The next day Colt learns that Hoss is in the hospital. The deputy claims he collapsed after Colt left him, so everyone thinks Colt beat Hoss that led to his collapse. Colt goes on the run. He learns from another prisoner whom the deputy thinks was passed out but heard everything. Colt tries to find the man who stole the money so he can testify that it was the deputy who assaulted Hoss.
- Colt goes to work for a new bail bonds woman named Pearl. She wants him to find a guy, a convicted forger on parole, who was charged for burglary and is also an Elvis impersonator. She sends them to Las Vegas to find him but unfortunately there's an Elvis competition going on. Eventually they find him and he claims that someone wants him to forge a will, and when he refused they framed him. He came to Las Vegas because he wants to show everyone his talents and convinces Pearl to let him. When someone tries to grab him, Colt thinks he's telling the truth so tries to find the one who wants him to forge the will.
- Marty and Pamela are competing for whose story will be on the cover of the next issue. Hannah offers to help both of them. She helps Marty first but she makes a mistake and loses Marty's story. She then has to go help Pamela. She then goes to help Marty and stay late but still can't find it. Later a guy whom Pamela sent to distract shows up.
