Lou is finally over his flying-phobia- till he's in the airport in steward's uniform; Karl's help makes him and Susan miss their Bonzair flight, so the revelers are caught in the act, bearded Karl mistaken for the twins' grandfather.

- To Elle's fury, Carmella and Oliver have already made up, he even helps her get the groceries firms back from uncle Ray. To Susan and the kids's horror Karl's beard has caught rooster lice so she declares total chemical war on all bugs, but Karl took the cockerel in the tent: bye-bye, birdie! Paul, Carmella and Ringo try to prevent Frazer and Rosie giving up on love after his confession, he announces he'll return home and take kid brother Ringo along, but still teaches him how to write a gripping essay. Elle breaks her word by inviting Boyd's 'ex' Glen, albeit to Paul's house.
- Janae and Boyd's marriage is once again tested when Boyd accuses Janae of messing with Glenn's car. Janae vows to give Boyd another chance, but will he be flung back into the arms of Glenn? Lolly is desperate to get Pepper's name cleared, and is horrified to learn that she was the cause of Glenn's car accident. Pepper is determined to prove that Rosie is not a lesbian, so she strings Frazer into another one of her crazy schemes.
- Ramsay Street is shell-shocked, Sydel struck by shattering disaster: generally beloved Stingray succumbed never to awake again. Incosolable big brother Dylan nearly attacks the doctor who performed the transplant, Janelle is in utter denial. Paul offers financial support, initially thrown back; then Dylan even asks his help with the funeral arrangement, but that's just an excuse to... Lou decides the grievers need to be fed. Ringo tries to cheer up Rachel by asking another humiliating swimming lesson but she puts 'us on hold', apparently an opportunity in his shy admirer Lolly's eyes. We also see some scenes from the late Scotty's own video for baby Kerry.
- Paul and Elle keep lying to each-other as if neither sees Ned. Uncle Ray's near-heart-attack makes Oliver worry for his health, harpy Carmella just switches from 'he did it' to someone wants to hurt him trough them. Boyd's trial fortnight is torture for everyone, Steph can't watch it and calls him a frightful flirt like grandpa Bobby; meanwhile Boyd can't bare the thought of cheating on Janae nor resist Glenn's siren-moves, they even call their adulterous relationship a kind of real love. Oliver has a gut full of Cammeniti intrigues and wants out of the fruit and vegetable couple; Ella is ready to pick him up like ripe fruit, heading for the cabin just as she planned with pa Paul. Janae is excited about a car she bought as a surprise to patch up with Boyd, but he has graver news...
- Small as he was in stature, Scotty's funeral spells a huge void. Zeke consoles Rachel and cues her a funny text to start remembering Stingray's peculiar, popular humor. Boyd nearly didn't go at all, but both his lovers, Glen who bows out and shocked Jane, urge him to go and stay. Dylan is beyond heartbroken, an utter wreck, it takes dad Kim to stop him from violently lashing out, then Steiger, who allows Kim to escape provided he takes initially unwilling Dylan along up north, till he's straightened-out, ready to return and step in as Kerry's surviving Timmins dad.
- Ringo and Rachel arrive just in time to save step-ma Sandy from drowning while Lolly stood by, is accused of pushing her in and finally tells Lou how she uses to get hit while her other two kids are fine. Glenn stayed on Elle's advice, but feels as miserable as Boyd and Janae, yet can't let the hunk go and gives him a ride, he takes the wheel; alas this is the car Lolly sabotaged by mistake so they crash, Glenn hurts her head. Lou throws sandy out and informs her husband John and Social Services, so she might lose all her children. Boyd suspects clearly jealous Janae sabotaged the car...
- Team Timmins agonizes over baby Kerry's blood transfusion from Scotty, who joins Dylan in a furious attack at Boyd after they hear sister Janae lost her ultimatum to Boyd, who gets a bit of a beating and is embarrassed when Glenn calls the police- Steiger, who gives both sides a tongue-lashing but clearly sympathizes by clan. Worrying about Stingray, the girls come up with an alien 'wedding' with Sky, celebrated by 'high priestess' Bree. Pepper even tries sleep suggestion to get Frazer and Rosie back together, with on-off luck, none of them can keep track, when both are willing to meet Rosie has a black-out. By the time she arrives, she sees Frazer giving Janae a comforting, meaningless peck...
