- Jo travels to Las Vegas to help out Teri and Brian Schumacher with their 3 kids: 14-year-old Jessica, 11-year-old Alexi, and 7-year-old Dylan. Casey [who's on the school wrestling team] is physically and verbally aggressive towards his family and bullies his siblings around. The kids swear and refuse to do any chores, and complain they don't get enough money for their chores. Gina admits not enjoying being with her kids while David acts like a big kid, goofing around with his kids. Not only does Jo need to help control the kids, she also needs to get David to get serious. Jo arranges a family hike for the Quinns, but tensions rise during it. Can Jo help this family?
- Nicole and Nate Beck are classic tag-team parents. Nate works full-time and Nicole stays at home, works part-time AND is a full-time student. Add to the mix three boys -- Hunter, 9; Pierson, 5; and Bronson, 3 -- who offer huge challenges. The youngest has just been expelled from pre-k, spits at Mom and calls Supernanny a curse word; the oldest has attention-deficit disorder, and homework time hangs like a black cloud over each day as the yelling just escalates; and the middle son is extremely stubborn and contradictory. Mom and Dad think they have a time-out tactic called the Penalty Box, but it's so ineffective that Jo pulls the plug on it immediately when Bronson runs out of the house, down the street and nearly into traffic. Jessica, Jennifer, and Kristin take full advantage of their parents' disability and do whatever they want. They've gotten so out of control, the parents have basically given up. The youngest girls don't know American Sign Language, so communication with their parents is difficult and bedtime is a nightmare because Jessica, Jennifer, and Kristin don't go to bed or stay in their own rooms. Oldest daughter Melissa [who is fluent in sign language] is an interpreter for her parents and a hearing mom for her little sisters, and she feels like her parents rely on her too much for it. When Jo suggests Melissa talking to her parents, she gets so upset, she storms out of the house. Can Jo help this family?
- Jo visits the Benton family where parents Greg and Amber are having trouble with their 10-year-old son, Rivers and 8-year-old son, Hunter who do nothing but fight and yell constantly. Rivers even uses homophobic slurs against his little brother which shocks Jo. Jo recognizes the reason for the boys' misbehavior is because of their parents' marriage on the rocks. Can Supernanny help this couple's marriage and control their kids?
- Jo visits the Miller family in Phoenix, Arizona where Meshell (41) and David (40) have six wild kids: 13-year-old Kesley, 12-year-old Kendall, 10-year-old Meryn, 7-year-old Landon, 5-year-old Ainsley and 3-year-old Avarie.
