Seeing these animals wear sunglasses and trench coats is priceless, but the information the movie gives on factory farming is far more significant.

Based on the Academy Award-nominated film, this project was for J.P. Allen's Spring '06 TAT 341 class at CSUMB, Directing for the Camera. This version has been spruced up a little bit since its premiere.
- A montage piece that truly looks at a post-apocalyptic world 5 billion years into the future, when our Sun will become a Red Giant. The very instant this enlargement starts to occur, not a single creature from Earth could possibly witness this live, as the speed it takes light to reach Earth from there is approximately 8 minutes. Whether humans have a good chance to survive or not shows how by Darwinian example we must all lead through survival of the fittest, as well as progress forward even further with scientific advancements and human rights movements. We all take part in making it - or else.

- Within our present society, there are many faults: racism, poverty, war, drug addiction, prostitution and pollution among them. All of these such faults were created by humans. Through two music videos and a documentary, this film hopes to expose these faults, suggest that a society void of them might be an impossible utopia, and demonstrate how improving aspects of the current society through actual community service is at least one tangible step forward.

English III class, Carlmont High School in '01, and then retouched for the film festival in '02.

Eric used chicken stock but this dish can be made vegetarian by using vegetable stock. . Potatoes swell and absorb water as they cook, so add a little more water to pot as they cook to replenish the absorbed liquid. . Limiting factor in cooking time is potatoes. Cut them small and the cooking time will be quicker and blending will be easier. . The amount of liquid you put in pot depends on thickness you want your soup. . For a thicker consistency add more potatoes. . For a thinner consistency add less potatoes and more stock. . This soup freezes well and can be made a day before serving. .
