- Best is forced to go undercover at Canley Comprehensive to investigate a group of drug dealers who are targeting the school. He manages to get himself close to some of the main players and provides information, which leads to a raid. However, just as the deal is about to take place, Abi Nixon turns up and blows Best's cover. Page returns to duty at Sun Hill following a year's personal leave, and is quickly assigned to the CSU, where she and Bradford investigate a mysterious case involving a husband and wife, which becomes far less straightforward when both parties accuse the other of harassment. Carver finds himself in a comprising position when he ends up in bed with Sonia Graham's mother.
- Page's irreverent cousin Michelle turns up at Sun Hill, and lodges a report stating she is being stalked. Despite Michelle's obstructiveness, Page manages to convince Bradford to gather some information so they can identify the suspect. As Page and Bradford uncover details of Michelle's love life, Bradford's indiscreet line of questioning results in a complaint made against her and a tongue lashing from De Costa, but Bradford turns the tables once again by telling De Costa that she herself was stalked. Ackland feels her age when she falls behind while chasing a bag snatcher, but when an elderly lady is struck by a car and later dies in hospital, Ackland realizes the dead woman could be Webb's mother.
- Manson leads the investigation into the source of the fake passports. Sheelagh daughter Siobhan comes in to spend a day in the life of a PC and she is not happy with the way Gabriel has been treating her mum. June can't believe that Ross Trescott has sent her a visiting order. Gabriel is seeing a woman on the side called Zoe and she's getting feed up with his behavior. Manson's wife is attacked at court. Siobhan changes her mind on Gabriel. Neil asked Pippa to give their marriage another go.
- Lance and Leela discover a decomposing male body in a unit. Honey deals with a missing school girl but turns out her father took her home without telling the mother. Sam and Jo discover the dead male was using a gay dating site as well as falling out with his brother. The school girl goes missing again and Honey thinks something odd is going on. Sam's annoyed when the case is handed over to MIT when it is confirmed James Trent was murdered. Jo meets up with girlfriend Tess who works at a private prison. Dan admits he's seeing a married woman to Leela. Rochelle tells Jo that there's an escalating drug problem at the prison. Rochelle overhears Amber and Leela gossiping about Dan.
- Amber turns up late which annoys Gina who is running a briefing initiative to get outstanding warrant offenders. Yvonne is also frustrated with Amber's continued laziness. Susie has an awkward visit to her parents when her mother claims items are going missing in the house. Jo and Sam try to track down a stolen high performance car. Susie's mum wants their cleaner charged with stealing but as Susie has a conflict of interest pleads with Mickey to help. Gina sets up a fake game show audition called "Cop the Lot" to catch some high profile offenders. Amber mistake almost ruins Gina's day. Amber asks for one more chance and she will do better.

Stone gives Will a chance alone with Zain to let him know how he feels. Zain tells Jack that Forbes is actually after revenge for being stitched up and given life. Jo and Stuart focus there attention on Forbes wife who is acting cagey and trapped them in the basement. Jack and Zain finally catch up with a violent Forbes where Zain tries to prove himself and make amends.
- When a teenage party goes horribly wrong, the home is robbed and a young man is found unconscious in the street.

When the team moves in on the gang, all they find is a consignment of pineapples. However, the case soon warms up with their informant getting kneecapped and the kidnapping of the main suspect's daughter.
