After Cartman receives $2 from the tooth fairy for his lost tooth, the boys hatch a plan to get rich by stealing all the lost teeth they can find. Their plan goes awry, however, when it's revealed that there is already a tooth fairy mafia operating in the neighborhood, and the Godfather doesn't like these newcomers muscling in on his action. Meanwhile, Kyle begins to doubt the reality of existence and grows steadily more introspective until he finds himself becoming one with the universe.

The stress of his double life causes him to lash out at his wife, and later have a breakdown from his increasing isolation.

It starts off okay, but suddenly Carmela feels she's the one on the hot seat and it quickly degenerates into name calling and anger.On the way home Tony gets speeding ticket from a no-nonsense policeman who isn't at all impressed that he stopped Tony Soprano. Tony approaches his crooked Assemblyman, Ronald Zellman, to get the ticket fixed but there are unexpected consequences. When one of the Spatafores is beaten by Mustang Sally, who is having a argument with his girlfriend, Gigi Cestone gets the green light from Tony to take action. Tony clears it with Mustang Sally's godfather, Bobby Bacala Senior, who is visiting from Miami. He's not well and Bobby Junior is worried when he hears that it's his Dad who will make the hit. Uncle Junior gets Johnny Sack to talk to Tony but his intervention is not welcome. Now that he's a made man, Christopher insists that Adriana quit her job at Artie Buco's restaurant. It all leads to a bit of a crisis for Artie who has fallen in love with her. The FBI run into a problem with wiretap in Tony's basement.

Edith decides the time has come to tell her mother about her pregnancy and her Aunt Rosamund comes to Downton. Rosamund has a better idea: they will go off to Switzerland for several months where Edith can give birth and give up the child for adoption. The plan doesn't get by the Dowager Countess however who is now certain something serious is amiss. Tom again runs into Sarah Bunting, the young woman he had recently met at a Liberal party meeting. While on a trip to Thirsk, Tom sees Rose having tea with Jack Ross and reports the fact to Mary. She speaks Rose who insists she loves Jack and has every intention of marrying him. Mary confronts Jack on the subject. Lord Merton, Mary's godfather, visits the Dowager Countess for lunch and takes a definite interest in Isobel. With Robert still away, Cora organizes the annual village fête. Alfred says his final goodbyes to Ivy and Daisy. Mary, who has again turned down Lord Gillingham's proposal of marriage, asks him to sack his valet, Green. He agrees but shows up at Downton the next day to tell her that Green is dead, having been struck by a vehicle on the street. It was also the day that John Bates had supposedly gone off to York for the day.

The Godfather "Don" Vito Corleone is the head of the Corleone mafia family in New York. He is at the event of his daughter's wedding. Micheal, Vito's youngest son and a decorated WW II Marine is also present at the wedding. Micheal seems to be uninterested in being a part of the family business. Vito is a powerful man, and is kind to all those who give him respect but is ruthless against those who do not. But when a powerful and treacherous rival wants to sell drugs and needs the Don's influence for the same, Vito refuses to do it. What follows is a clash between Vito's fading old values and the new ways which may cause Micheal to do the thing he was most reluctant in doing and wage a mob war against all the other mafia families which could tear the Corleone family apart.

The continuation of the Godfather saga with two focuses: the ongoing story of the Corleone family, and Michael in particular, and Vito Corleone's (Michael's father) backstory. Regarding the ongoing Michael Corleone story, it is about seven years since the events that concluded The Godfather. With the murders of the heads of the other four New York / New Jersey families, the Corleone family has unassailable control in New York. The move to Nevada went smoothly and Michael Corleone controls several hotels and casinos in the state. Frank Pentageli, the man who runs Michael's interests in New York, comes to Michael, asking if he can take out the Rosato Brothers as they are infringing on Pentageli's turf and business interests. However, the Rosatos are backed by Hyman Roth, a business partner of Michael's and a long- time ally of Michael's father, Vito Corleone, and Michael refuses. An attempted assassination attempt is then carried out on Michael's life, in his own home. Michael investigates who is trying to kill him, and suspects that there is a traitor in his family. Meanwhile. Michael and Hyman Roth fly to Cuba to finalise some business deals there. The Cuban trip reveals all. In a story interwoven with the present day, we see the backstory to Vito Corleone. From how his parents and brother were murdered by a Don in their home town of Corleone in Sicily, to his escaping, as a boy, to New York, his adult life and his rise to Don Corleone.

Jacob Doran, the island's commerce minister, is found shot dead. He has written a suicide note but from the angle of the shot and the missing money from his safe Goodman believes he was murdered though his wife Charlotte, son Drew and secretary Theo find it hard to believe. Doran had recently had an affair with an aide, Lena Bell, which was leaked to the press. Lena is interviewed in the company of her godfather Marlon, who turns out to be the father who deserted Camille was she was six. Whilst Charlotte asks the police to keep her husband's serial adultery from her son drew reveals that Lena was his girlfriend before her affair with Jacob. Then the police discover that Jacob was involved in arms smuggling - which indirectly leads Goodman to solve the murder.
DI Goodman and DS Bordey investigate the death of the island's commerce minister, Jacob Doran. He had recently been implicated in a scandal - an affair with one of his aides, Lena Bell - and they find a suicide note on his desk. Goodman is immediately suspicious of this being a suicide as he was shot from an impossible angle. Doran wife Charlotte admits that her husband regularly had affairs but she turned a blind eye to his infidelities. They interview Lena who says Doran seduced her while on a business trip to Mexico and was too ashamed to even leave the house after the newspaper story broke. They learn the Doran's son Drew had been seeing Lena before she had the affair with his father. When they discover that Doran was involved in gun smuggling however, they set themselves on the path to finding the murderer. Meanwhile, Camille is shocked when Lena's godfather Marlon Croft appears, as he is her biological father who abandoned her and her mother when she was only 6 years old. It turns out things are not quite as straightforward as it might seem.

Boris mistrusts French-Swiss cousin Claudette's self-invited appearance at his son's christening, having asked Hank as godfather, but her gift trough Evan convinces Borus' she's not on the family's bad side, unlike traitor Dieter. Jack spends the day sea fishing with Jill, but pays an unexpectedly high price for thus ignoring doctor's advice.

Nate presides over a well-attended naming (non-religious baptism-counterpart) ceremony for baby Casey, Ricky convinced Kyle to be godfather even 'from elsewhere'. James checks on his recruit Roo, who tried to pretend all went well, but is comforted cheekily when she comes clean about her horrible start. Ash and Phoebe are shocked to hear that Kyle actually decided to leave the Bay, Ricky tells them he already walked off, so they catch him by car.

Ash and Phoebe hoped going public 'honestly' might render their relationship acceptable, but exes Kyle and Denny strongly and openly disagree. She drags Kyle to a bar to let off steam, but he gets drunk and decides afterward just before baby Casey's christening to turn down godfather-ship because he plans to leave the Bay. Roo's first lecture as novice marketing professor goes even worse then she feared.

She discovers Mrs Sugden is a little old lady who Stan keeps company in the mornings. Emily drives the wrong way down a one-way street whilst out with Swindley. Ena spreads the word about the twins. Albert is annoyed he wasn't told first. Val pacifies him by asking him to be a Godfather. PC Conway lets Emily off for the driving offence but he wants to see Swindley's licence. He discovers that his licence has expired.

Ena realises the sender must be Jack Brown, Ian Sharples's godfather. She sends for him. Elsie cries off from showing Emmeline Tanner around Lancaster Castle. Jack tells Ena he is not the sender, but reminds her that Henry Foster called Ian 'half-pint' as well. Emmeline discovers a 'sick' Elsie preparing to go to the cinema with May Trickett. Hilda decides to get a decorator in. Elsie tells Emmeline she's married to Steve whether she likes it or not. Jerry does some detective work and finds Henry Foster's address for Ena. Val catches Ken's cold. Emily makes contact with man No. 2 - Douglas Preston. Emmeline tells Steve that Elsie has an inferiority complex and is a disappointment to her. Elsie overhears and tells Steve that perhaps she should leave. Ena goes to St. Anne's to call on Henry.

Stan likes the idea of Irma going out with the wealthy David. Ken feels that David could do better than Irma. Charlie is sacked from the club. Irma's Godfather, Bernie Sparks, turns up and tells Stan about his successful waste-paper business. Hilda invites David for tea. Annie lends her her Crown Derby tea set. Bernie offers Stan a job, driving a waste-paper van for £12 a week. Stan refuses the job and plans to start his own waste-paper business with Charlie and Albert. Whilst washing-up, Stan breaks one of Annie's plates. David and Irma are amused by the Ogdens' idea of courtship.

Drunk after a dinner date, precinct chief detective Daniel Salinger has a car accident, which allowed his service Beretta to be stolen. Moretta and Bryant reluctantly cover for him by searching rather then reporting it missing immediately. Their reward comes as this leads to discovering major plans from two criminal gangs and a godfather in a wheelchair who shamelessly abuses his privileges. As Cooper predicted, he and Ben, who proves himself adroit in self-defense, have a lunatic night due to 'good' citizens they would rather be able to arrest. A streaker is mistaken for a serial rapist.
