Ronald C. Gunnell Co-founded The Paradigm Group in 1999. The Paradigm Group had three areas of focus, Venture Capital, Entertainment, and Real Estate. Paradigm Venture Partners strategic investment portfolio included, Fiber Optics, Stored Valued Credit Card Processing, and Consumer Credit Financing. Paradigm Development specialized in large Commercial Real estate ventures. Paradigm Worldwide Entertainment developed programming software for municipality owned television stations, as well as producing documentaries. He retired from The Paradigm GroupHe recently partnered with Eagle Gate Financial Group, A large Commercial Real Estate and Financial Firm.

No stranger to Fortune 100 companies earlier in his career, he Co-Founded Health Benefits America (HBA) which became one of the nations premier outsourcing benefit management solutions. HBA provided services to many respected Fortune 100 companies including General Motors, Bank of America, TRW, Rockwell International, Chrysler, PepsiCo, Frito-Lay, Taco Bell, Kentucky Fried Chicken, Pizza Hut, FedEx, K-Mart, Sears, Federated Department Stores, Citibank, Chevron, Eastman Kodak, Xerox, Marriott Corp, Price Water-house, DHL, Home Depot, Holiday Inns, Coca Cola, and J.C. Penney. HBA was acquired by Automatic Data Processing, Inc (ADP) in 1996. Ron stayed on as an executive with ADP until late 1998.

Ron serves on a number of Boards, including, Hale Center Theatre, University of Utah School of Music, Founding Trustee Operation Kids, President's National Advisory Board Utah Valley University, National advisory Board Best of State, International Advisory Board Chairman for Mentors International, Executive Board member Rising Star Outreach, National Advisory Council, Cain College of the Arts Utah State University, Founding Member Marriott School of Management Center for Entrepreneur and Technology Brigham Young University, Southern Virginia University Advisory Board. Under Governor Walker he served on the Governors Global Economic Council.

He has been Assistant to the President of the world renowned Mormon Tabernacle Choir since 2001. Among many of his assignments, he is responsible for securing, negotiating and hosting guest artists and celebrities who perform with the Choir. He Graduated from Brigham Young University with a degree in Public Relations, and a minor in Psychology in 1978. He is Married to Kaye Ashby Gunnell, and they have three daughters, Kristen age 24, Lauren age 22, and Natilyn age 15. They reside in Holladay Utah.
