Admittedly, the brand of the sultry, All-American bombshell has served Julie Michaels well in her acting career. Fans will agree that Julie's performance opposite Patrick Swayze in Road House (1989) was iconic and impossible to forget. Her incredibly graphic fight scene with Keanu Reeves in Kathryn Bigelow's Point Break (1991) inspired the New York Times to dub her "The babe who nuked Keanu". Undeniably, Julie is as beautiful as she is talented and tenacious, though the multi-nominee and Emmy Award winner broke well past the stigma of "seductress" to branch out into other positions in the entertainment industry, effortlessly traversing between acting, stunt coordinating and producing. While often wearing several hats at the same time.
Julie Michaels killed "Jason" in Jason Goes to Hell: The Final Friday (1993), tangled with Dwayne Johnson in The Scorpion King (2002), and fought the "Ultimate Fighter" in John Herzfeld's 15 Minutes (2001). Roles which relied not only on her training as an actress but as a stunt woman. Additionally, she has been paired opposite Dean Cain, was frozen by "The Governator" (Arnold Schwarzenegger) in Batman & Robin (1997), and made several recent appearances on television shows such as How To Get Away With Murder, Jane The Virgin, Nashville, Southland, Seal Team, and on the soon to be released Chick Fight, opposite Malin Ackerman, also starring Alec Baldwin. Julie Michaels was awarded Best Actress for her role in the short film Last Writes on which she executive produced. She also co-executive produced After Forever, the acclaimed series which (in 2019) won several Daytime Emmy Awards. This "Golden Girl" seems to have the Midas touch and continues to break barriers in her own career as well as tear down walls for fellow women in the industry.
In 2016 Julie Michaels was nominated for a Prime-Time Emmy Award for Outstanding Stunt Coordination for a Comedy or Variety Show (the first woman ever to be nominated for that category) and earned herself an Action Icon Award in 2017. Additionally, between 2017-2019, Julie co-stunt coordinated the show Seal Team alongside her equally accomplished husband Peewee Piemonte, where the duo proudly sought and succeeded in hiring several hundreds of Veteran performers over their pilot and 44 episode run (the efforts of which garnered them an Emmy Nomination). The power couple has coordinated several top award-winning network shows together over the years (How To Get Away With Murder, Jane The Virgin, and Nashville to name a few fan favorites). Despite her dedication and commitment to creating action for television and film, Julie Michaels continues to find her way back in front of the camera. Exactly where loyal fans want her!- Producer

Began his career in Texas. Trained by the legendary Jose Lothario, Shawn Michaels wrestled in Kansas, where he met fellow wrestler, Marty Jannetty. A year later, after sending tapes of his matches to the major wrestling companies at the time, he was contacted by the AWA, who proposed that he team up with Marty Jannetty again. Together, Michaels and Jannetty became known as the Midnight Rockers. The AWA had just received a TV deal with ESPN, which did wonders for his career. The Midnight Rockers had a major feud with "Playboy" Buddy Rose and "Pretty Boy" Doug Somers. Their matches were considered bloodbaths at the time. Eventually the Midnight Rockers came out the victors and were the AWA World Tag Team Champions. The WWF (now WWE) noticed their efforts and signed them to a deal. Both Michaels and Jannetty were soon fired for a incident in a bar, which Michaels claims was a misunderstanding. The duo went back to the AWA for a brief time. After a while, they contacted the WWF, who gave them a second chance and they returned in late 1988. They were known simply as The Rockers. The duo had a great influence on many of the present teams in wrestling. Their trademark was being tag team specialists and using great double team moves on their opponents.
They had major feuds with The Brain Busters, The Fabulous Rougeaus, The Hart Foundation, The Orient Express, and Power & Glory. At one point the Rockers won the WWF Tag Team Titles. The match was taped before being shown Jim Neidhart of the Hart Foundation was negotiating his release at the time, then eventually came to an agreement to stay. They were stripped of the Tag Team titles which was returned to the Hart Foundation with the explanation that a turnbuckle collapsed which caused the match to go bad for both teams. Sometime after the Rockers were split apart and Shawn Michaels became a singles wrestler, after turning on his partner Marty Jannetty. In a related story, Michaels actually met with Vince McMahon to discuss his character. He told him he worked hard and would like to be pushed as a singles wrestler. He wanted to know what he had to do to convince Vince McMahon to do so. McMahon told him he just did it by coming to him. Michaels defeated Tito Santana in his first WrestleMania as a singles wrestler. He was managed by Sherri Martel, who supposedly had a crush on him. In a major upset, Michaels defeated The British Bulldog on Saturday Night's Main Event. Michaels thus won the Intercontinental Title from the Bulldog. One night on Raw in May 1993, Michaels wrestled former partner Marty Jannetty with the Intercontinental Title on the line. The match became Pro Wrestling Illustrated's Match of the Year. Jannetty won the bout.
The following year, Michaels wrestled Razor Ramon (Scott Hall, who is one of his best friends) in a ladder match at WrestleMania X. This match was voted by Pro Wrestling Illustrated as the Match of the Year and became one of wrestling's most innovative matches. In 1995, Michaels was again voted in Match of the Year by wrestling another great friend, Diesel (Kevin Nash) at WrestleMania XI. Michaels won both the 1995 and 1996 Royal Rumbles, and again was in match of the year when in 1996 he wrestled Bret Hart at WrestleMania XII in a one hour Iron Man Match. Michaels was involved in the big Montreal Screwjob on Bret Hart, that Vince McMahon was behind. The match was stopped and awarded to Shawn Michaels because Vince McMahon was worried that Hart would refuse to lose and take the WWF Title belt to WCW Nitro. This severed a friendship between Michaels and Hart. Michaels originally denied knowing about it in advance. Later on he admitted he knew but wouldn't refuse to do what Vince McMahon wanted him to, since Vince McMahon made his career. Michaels innovated another match against the Undertaker, when he wrestled him in a Hell in the Cell match. After WrestleMania XIV, Michaels didn't wrestle for 4 years due to a back injury, but maintained an on air role on occasion. During his time off, Michaels became a father, and also became a Born again Christian. At SummerSlam 2002, Michaels returned to the ring to face his friend Triple H. The two had a great feud, and Michaels who didn't think he could wrestle as well as he used to, dazzled the audience. He wasn't sure if he would be able to continue his normal wrestling schedule due to the nagging injuries, but after that, he went strong for almost 8 full years. He won his last World Championship from Triple H later that year, which he held for a month.- Music Artist

Two of Michaels' films have premiered in the official selection at the Cannes Film Festival and others have won many awards both domestically and internationally. Michaels earned his first stripes as a personal assistant to Samuel Goldwyn, Jr. supervising the productions of various iconic cult films such as "Sid and Nancy". After experiencing first-hand the rewards associated with quality filmmaking, he sought more personal creative freedom and set out to create his own identity. This led to a position as the Senior Vice President of Motion Pictures for publicly traded Lancit Media Entertainment, where he sought source IP with a focus on children's picture books and young adult novels for development and packaging, before going out on his own.
During this time, he effectively packaged projects with Robin Williams, Cameron Diaz, Jeff Bridges, Whoopi Goldberg, Danny DeVito, Cathy Schulman, Rick Yorn, Michael Menchel, Pamela Abdy, David Lynch, Howard Rosenman, Stacey Sher, and Scott Alexander and Larry Karaszewski. These projects include "The Giver" (Walden Media, Weinstein Company), "The Watsons Go to Birmingham" (CBS, Sony, Hallmark, Walden Media), "Taxi Dog" (James Hart, Warner Brothers, Radar Pictures), "The Marx Brothers" (Universal Pictures, Jersey Films), "Fenwick's Suit" (Fox 2000, John August), "Dry Fire" (HBO, Penny Marshall), "Sleepless Beauty" (Warner Brothers, Larry Wilson), "The Guardian Angels" (MGM, John Avildsen), "Surveillance" (Magnolia Pictures, Mark Cuban, Warner Brothers), "Shelter Island" (Showtime Networks), and "Murder at the Cannes Film Festival" (Merv Griffin, E! Entertainment). "Surveillance" premiered to critical acclaim at the Cannes Film Festival in 2008.
Ultimately finding his foothold, Michaels took the leap as an independent producer and screenwriter. Since this pivotal moment, he has acquired, developed, and packaged films in partnership with the likes of David Lynch (Twin Peaks, Mulholland Drive) and Sandy Stern (Being John Malkovich).
Additional projects include "Bombshell: The Hedy Lamarr Story" (Ken Kwapis), "Seasons of Dust" (Tim Blake Nelson, Chloe Grace Moretz, James Franco, Robert Redford), "Last Summer" (Finn Wittrock, Abby Cornish), and "A Fall From Grace" (Tim Roth, Forest Whitaker, Vincent D'Onofrio). Michaels often credits his wisdom and wherewithal to powwows with close friend and mentor Cassian Elwes (Mudbound, Dallas Buyers Club, The Butler).
Michaels has also partnered with producer Laila Nabulsi to launch a multimedia stage adaptation of Hunter S. Thompson's "Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas", and he's executive produced the award-winning documentary "Despite the Gods" which follows filmmaker Jennifer Lynch attempting to film a movie in Bollywood (India). His interest in documentaries continues with a definitive look into the secrecy behind Fidel Castro's infamous Cuban Boxing Federation.
As a screenwriter, Michaels penned "M" which has inspired a number of high-profile actors to passionately join the project. Those thespians have included Woody Harrelson, Anjelica Huston, Ryan Gosling, Giovanni Ribisi, Juno Temple, Tim Roth, Jason Lee, Dave Matthews, Alanis Morissette, Lili Taylor, and Jim Broadbent. George Parra (American Hustle, Silver Linings Playbook) and Jory Weitz (Napoleon Dynamite) are producing while Butch Vig (Foo Fighters, Green Day) handles the soundtrack.
Michaels co-wrote "Sold" with award-winning filmmaker Olivier Dahan (La Vie En Rose, Grace of Monaco) who will also direct. Paris-based producer Isaac Sharry is organizing the shoot in New York, Israel, and Thailand.
Michaels has also co-created and written the pilot and series bible for "The Seventh". The series is based on Coast Guardsman and Commander Steve Blankenship and his covert work as the first point of drug interdiction against Colombian and Mexican cartels. The United States Coast Guard is in full support of the project. Producing partners include Cassian Elwes.
Michaels and Parra produced the independent film "Puppy Love". Written and directed by Michael Maxxis. Larry Smith (Only God Forgives, Eyes Wide Shut) served as cinematographer, Wayne Wahrman (I Am Legend, Constantine) as editor, Lon Bender (Nocturnal Animals, The Revenant) as sound designer, and Kim Ayers (American Horror Story) as key make-up artist. The movie also features a soundtrack album produced by Butch Vig which includes original music from Portugal The Man, Kurt Vile, LP, Mickey Avalon, Josh Carter (Phantogram), and Wayne Newton. Versatile singer, songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Lee Michaels was a virtual one-man rock'n'roll band who enjoyed a fleeting burst of fame in the early 70s. Michaels not only belted out the hoarse lead vocals and played a fiercely ripping Hammond organ on his own compositions, but also arranged, produced and mixed said recordings in a private studio. Moreover, he was paid the then-substantial sum of $20,000 dollars per live show at the height of his 70s popularity. Lee was born as Michael Olsen on November 24, 1945 in Los Angeles, California. Michaels began his music career as a member of the San Luis-based surf-rock group, the Sentinals. After a quick stint in the band, The Strangers, Lee moved to San Francisco, California and was briefly a member of the group, the Family Tree, prior to embarking on a solo career in 1967. He signed a contract with A&M Records and released his debut album, "Carnival of Life", in 1967. Michaels achieved his greatest smash success with the supremely funky and syncopated song, "Do You Know What I Mean"; this ferociously kinetic blast of fiery blue-eyed soul peaked at #6 on the Billboard pop charts in the fall of 1971. Lee followed this big hit with an inspired cover of the classic Motown soul gem, "Can I Get a Witness", which, alas, barely cracked the Top 40 at #39 in late 1971. Michaels switched to Columbia Records in 1973. Unfortunately, his albums for this particular label proved to be both critical and commercial failures. In the mid-70s, Lee withdrew from active performing, retired from the music business, and relocated to Hawaii. He married model and actress Mary Hughes on December 19, 1968; the couple had two children before eventually getting a divorce. Lee Michaels now owns a chain of restaurants in Southern California called "Killer Shrimp".- Gorgeous, busty and shapely brunette knockout Lorraine Michaels was born on January 23, 1958 in Canterbury, Kent, England. An Air Force brat, Michaels lived in twenty-two different states in America and attended college in New Mexico. Following graduation from college, Lorraine moved to Los Angeles, California and worked in the insurance industry. Michaels was working as a bank teller when she was discovered by former Playmate Daina House, who suggested her to "Playboy." Lorraine was the Playmate of the Month in the April, 1981 issue of "Playboy." In the wake of her Playmate stint Michaels went on to have a brief acting career: She not only popped up in a few movies, but also made guest appearances on episodes of the British TV series "Watching" and "The Manageress." Lorraine is the mother of two children. Moreover, Lorraine Michaels became the vice president of her kids' school as well as an active member of the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation.
