Mark Gillespie (born August 31, 1981) is a British music and entertainment manager, producer, and investor who serves as CEO of the prominent entertainment management company Three Six Zero. He is known for his work with artists such as Calvin Harris, Frank Ocean, Travis Scott, Mark Ronson, Kelis, Jessie Ware, and more.
Gillespie began his career in Birmingham, UK where he worked as the talent booker for Super-club Godskitchen and the festivals Global Gathering and Escape Into The Park. In 2007, he co-founded Three Six Zero and signed Calvin Harris as the company's first client. Harris' widespread success helped establish the company in the UK and led to its international growth and expansion. Now based out of Los Angeles, Gillespie continues to work with Harris and various other artists.
Beyond entertainment management, Gillespie works as a film/television producer and is an avid investor in tech and lifestyle brands. His film work includes an executive producer title on the upcoming musical drama Vox Lux, and his investments include companies such as Lyft, Outdoor Voices, Stem, and Just Water.
Gillespie sits on the core screening panel of the Grammy Organization. He was nominated for 'Manager of the Year' at the Music week awards and in 2014, 2015, and 2016. Rolling Stone listed him on their list of the '50 Most Important People in EDM'.
In 2016, The Wall Street Journal announced that Calvin Harris had become a partner in UFC, a deal negotiated by Gillespie.- Actor

- Born in South Carolina, Mark Gillespie grew up in many different states within the U.S. as well as overseas in Germany due to being an "Army brat". As a youngster, he enjoyed watching the TV comedy series "F-Troop". Gillespie graduated from prep school at Phillips Academy at Andover where he wrote and directed a short film in the spring of 1969 during "Perception and Expression" (a multidisciplinary class combining English with Fine Arts) as well as had examples of his photography exhibited at the Addison Gallery of American Art. He starred as Stepan Stepanovitch Chubukov in Anton Chekov's "A Marriage Proposal" and as a Cadet extra in the movie "MacArthur" during his college years. After graduating from West Point and serving as a company commander of main battle tanks confronting Warsaw Pact forces in Germany during the Cold War, he was selected to return to West Point to teach in the Department of History after graduate school at Yale University. Later Gillespie served as an Army Foreign Area Officer at the U.S. Embassy in Germany and as a senior advisor to the Secretary of Defense and his deputies. After retirement from the military and serving as a wartime defense contractor in Iraq and Afghanistan, Gillespie was asked to contribute a historical perspective to the introductory short accompanying the 2007 release of the second season collection of F-Troop shows. Gillespie owns and runs the Army Polo Club in Virginia (2023).
