Jordan Oram is a Canadian cinematographer who's work includes feature films, television, music videos, and commercials. From redefining icons to establishing benchmarks of new, his imagery is a tapestry crafted by connecting bold, broad strokes with the intricacies of culture, lifestyle, and authenticity. An extension of his rich and textured upbringing Oram seeks to sew together dynamic imagery with a sense of simplicity. He is highlighting and amplifying everyday life, giving context meaning and reason to fleeting moments that flicker sealing them in celluloid forever. Jordan Saria Oram is a Norwegian/American dual citizen and international actor. Jordan is a SAG-AFTRA actor and has worked in both the Norwegian and American markets for film and television. He received a bachelor's degree in Theatre Arts and Advertising at California Lutheran University, where he studied the Meisner technique.
Jordan began working in television and film in 2015 as a background artist, doing anything to get on set. Jordan would fly from his hometown of Stavanger to Oslo for the productions, with the day-rate just enough to cover his flight fares. Jordan debuted his first TV credit in Norway with "Hotell Cæsar" in 2016. Shortly after, Jordan was cast by Leon Bashir for "Gjengangere" in 2016 as the role of one of the Botsen Prison Guards.
Upon returning to Los Angeles, Jordan has received coaching from John Kirby, coach to the stars in downtown Hollywood, and coaching from Academy Award Winner Paul Haggis. Since, he has worked a string of true crime shows such as; "People Magazine Investigates...", "Guilty Rich", and "Corrupt Crimes" on the Discovery ID Channel. In 2018, Jordan gained his union laurels by receiving a Taft Hartley on "Once Upon A Time in Hollywood."
Jordan debuted as a director and producer with his short film, "HOLLYWOODLAND", which garnered attention from The LA CineFest in Los Angeles and the Rebel Minded Festival in New York. Since, Jordan has been working on gaining traction with his next future projects.
