Brisbane-born writer, creative, influencer, and executive producer Andrew Patterson attributes his career and professional achievements to his strong beliefs in the law of attraction. After 15 years working across the United States, United Kingdom and Asia, he has returned home to live in Australia. Patterson is well known for his creative direction and vision as a producer of iconic reality TV shows America's Next Top Model (ANTM), So You Think You Can Dance (SYTYCD), and the Food Network's Cupcake Wars. CBS Television executives credit him as the key influence behind the storytelling seen in their programming watched in over 150 countries across 50+ networks and media platforms.
Patterson's entertainment career began at 15, studying acting at The Australian Film and Television Academy on the Gold Coast in Queensland. As a teenager, he starred in TV shows Paradise Beach, Flipper, Home and Away, and the feature film Powder Burn. In 1997, he graduated from St. Michael's College and received the Creative Arts award.
In 1999 he transitioned to a full-time behind-the-scenes role as an associate casting director at Liz Mullinar Casting in Sydney, working on film projects like Moulin Rouge, The Matrix, Kangaroo Jack and worked with the 7 Network on Home and Away for 2 years. After a 6 month break traveling in Europe in 2001, he returned to the Gold Coast to pursue a bachelor's degree in film and television at Bond University. While studying, he joined the marketing team at Marina Mirage, where he created events like Mirage Big Boys Toys and Mirage Fashion Week. After his studies, he moved back to Sydney and produced and starred in Style Xpo, Australia's first supermodel search on Foxtel's Arena TV. Patterson then joined Jarrad Clarke at Spin Communications as a show producer for Australian Fashion Weeks in Sydney and Melbourne. In 2006, he worked with The Artist Group as a photographers agent and producer and collaborated with Chic Media on Wild TV. Patterson's career shifted to fashion print advertising with LOOK Production, creating campaigns for Cover Girl, Sony, Nike, Nokia, and Levis. He also taught at The Fashion Business Institute in Sydney.
Inspired by his American war soldier grandfather who settled in Australia, he always dreamed of living in the United States. In 2008, he moved to New York City and joined Walter Schupfer Management as a photography agent and producer. After the economic crash later that year, he moved to Los Angeles, working as a freelance producer with AND Production, then Super Delicious on the Food Network's Cupcake Wars. In 2010, he founded Creative Style Kingdom (CSK), collaborating with CBS Television and Tyra Banks on America's Next Top Model. As the producer in charge of creative, he oversaw over 250 photo shoots, runway, music video, motion editorial, and international finale segments across 82 episodes for cycles 15 to 20.
After leaving ANTM, Patterson joined the team at So You Think You Can Dance as a producer and entertainment reporter, creating online interviews for Fox and Reality Wanted. He then opened a hub for CSK in London and was contracted by Make World Media to create daily broadcast news content for the BBC. He judged Britain's Top Model of Colour and executive produced Body Reboot for StarHub Network Asia in Singapore.
In 2015, Patterson returned to Los Angeles and worked as the director of production for DLM.US. He produced cover and video content for Hollywood's Variety Magazine for Actors on Actors, with all the Best Actor Academy Award nominees. In 2016, Patterson continued building his production clientele, with CSK hubs in Los Angeles, New York, Miami, and London. CSK produced over 100 print and content advertising campaigns, celebrity branded endorsements and fashion events globally for Fortune 500 brands like Hugo Boss, L'Oréal, Rimmel and Peek and Cloppenburg, featuring celebrities like Beyoncé, Gwen Stefani, Ryan Reynolds, Jared Leto, Ben Affleck, Zooey Deschanel, and Reese Witherspoon.
In 2017, Andrew was hired as the Executive in Charge of Programming at the WHAM Network, a new E-Sports streaming channel. He was responsible for creating original TV content and formats helping build the channel from the ground up! Patterson moved to Miami in 2020, and during the Covid-19 Pandemic decided to study for a master's degree in journalism online at Harvard. In 2024, Patterson will star in a VICE TV documentary series on Hulu titled The Dark Side of Reality TV, exploring the industry. Patterson's global success is solidified with over 400 hours of creative and news content on the air, underscoring his status as an Entertainment Industry leader. He returns home to the Gold Coast with a range of original reality TV and News programming content and format ideas and is ready to collaborate and work with the dynamic Australian creative and television entertainment industry.- Actor

Andrew Patterson was born in a rural northeastern Oregon town in 1973 and lived there most of his youth years. The son of an anthropologist and art historian, his parents took him abroad for up to a year at a time to live in countries like Spain, Greece, Costa Rica, and more.
After graduating high school, Andrew was an AFS student in Italy for a year where he studied Italian and in a classical liceo. He then attended Beloit College in Beloit, Wisconsin where he majored in psychology and Italian studies. Upon graduation, he moved to Las Vegas where he sold suits and new and used cars. In 1998, he moved to Singapore where he has been ever since.
He has acted in various sitcoms, dramas, comedies and been a presenter, as well as modeling for print ads and doing voice-overs.
Andrew has one brother in the Malaysia who is a copywriter and one brother in Portland, Oregon who is a freelance producer.- Sound Department

Andrew grew up in Dallas, Texas where he used every opportunity to complete school projects by making videos. His first film "Subtle Voices: Cries from Colombia" was an official selection at both the Delray Beach Film Festival and the New York International Independent Film and Video Festival. His second film "Let There Be Zombies" premiered to a sold out crowd of over seven hundred fans at the historic Lakewood Theater in Dallas. The film won the People's Choice Award at the Interurban Film Festival, the Award of Merit at Indie Fest, and is distributed by Gravitas Ventures. Andrew's third film "Prepper" premiered to a crowd of over five hundred fans at the historic Texas Theatre, won Best Feature at the Hollywood Independent Film Festival, Best Feature at the Boomtown Film and Music Festival, Best Domestic Feature at the Fort Worth Indie Film Showcase, and Honorable Mention at the Lionshead Film Festival.
