Daniel Mangrané was born on 8 March 1910 in Tortosa, Tarragona, Catalonia, Spain. He was a writer and producer, known for The Evil Forest (1952), El duende de Jerez (1954) and Nuevos ideales (1936). He died on 27 December 1985 in Barcelona, Cataluña, Spain.- Composer and author. She was a writer and producer for WWL in New Orleans, Louisiana beween 1940 and 1942, then a Women's Army Corps captain during World War II, Army Special Services in the European Theatre. She was awarded the Croix de Guerre, the Commendation Medal, and the UDC War Cross. Beween 1951 and 1953, she was the assistant director of the Berlitz School in New Orleans, and from 1952 was an executive of the New Orleans Civil Defense. She joined ASCAP in 1953 and collaborated musically with Jane Douglass.
