Jolie To Deliver On Tuesday
Angelina Jolie will deliver her twins on Tuesday , according to French reports. Sources at the Lenval Hospital in Nice, where the actress will give birth, have revealed Jolie will be induced on Tuesday. Medics were initially planning the delivery on Monday , but that falls on France's Bastille Day holiday. Sources reveal that Jolie is keen to give birth. One insider says, "She can't wait to give birth because she can't stand the hospital food, and she is fed up to be in this hospital room. "If she could be induced earlier she would love it, but the medical team think it's medically better to wait until next Tuesday."
Brinkley's Twin Detectives Had 'Smoking Gun' Video Footage
The twin private investigators who helped model Christie Brinkley reach a settlement in her divorce trial insist their evidence would have ruined her ex-husband Peter Cook. After five court days of testimony in Long Island, New York court, the bitter former couple reached an agreement on Thursday morning. And private investigators Ty and Stephen Dux are convinced the "smoking gun" facts they were about to present to the case prompted Cook and his legal team to give Brinkley full custody of the couple's children, Sailor and Jack. In a frank interview with U.S. TV news show Extra, the Dux twins reveal they spent a year trailing Cook, videotaping him with and without his children. Ty Dux says, "The footage is not of sexual nature... (It's) more information that would have been damaging to him with his relationship to his children and possibly his community. "Some of his actions might have been a little reckless with his kids that could have caused them some harm. Some of it could be considered illegal." Dux adds the videotaped footage of Cook was going to be introduced as evidence in the trial. He adds, "I believe he had had enough already." And now he insists the footage will not be made public: "It would have been bombshell evidence... (but) even if we were allowed to release the information... I don't know if I'd want to because I believe he's ruined already."
Cruise And Holmes Consider $200,000-a-month New York Home
Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes are reportedly set to spend a staggering $200,000 per month on a New York home during the actress' forthcoming run on Broadway. The pair is said to have fallen in love with a two-storey penthouse apartment in Donald Trump's building on Park Avenue. The duplex has a huge terrace, four bedrooms, six bathrooms, a den, a library, dining room and kitchen - and boasts 360 degree views of Manhattan. Trump building boss Michael Cohen tells the New York Post, "She saw it and she loved it. They're very interested and are now making their decision." The apartment is also available to buy, for $45 million. Holmes starts her run in All My Sons in the autumn .
McConaughey's Publicist Denies Involvement In Ok! Deal
Matthew McConaughey's publicist has slammed reports the actor went against his advice to sign a magazine deal for exclusive photos of newborn son Levi. The Fool's Gold star's girlfriend Camila Alves gave birth to Levi Alves McConaughey at a Los Angeles hospital on Monday , and the couple were reported to have landed an exclusive $3 million (?1.5 million) scoop with OK! magazine for the first pictures. The agreement was also said to include the baby's first Christmas with the family and grant the magazine first rights to wedding photos, should McConaughey and Alves walk down the aisle. McConaughey's representative Alan Nierob was allegedly angry at the actor for agreeing to the deal, because he wanted the couple to hold out for a better offer. A source tells the New York Post's PageSix, "His publicist, Alan Nierob, begged him not to work with (OK!) because he's considered an A-lister. "But Matthew hired money man Todd Shemarya, who brokered the Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie $4 million People (magazine) deal." However, Nierob insists the reports are false, saying, "I have never had any conversation with my client about this matter."
Anderson Stages KFC Protest
Latest: Pamela Anderson staged an animal rights protest outside a KFC eaterie in Australia on Thursday - after discovering her guest spot on a reality show was part-sponsored by the fast food chain. The former Baywatch star has been criticised for her decision to take part in the Australian version of Big Brother because of the show's links to KFC, a company Anderson has previously accused of animal cruelty. But the strict vegetarian insists she had no idea the programme was sponsored by the fried chicken restaurant, calling it a "coincidence". Now the blonde bombshell has staged a protest outside a Sydney-based KFC outlet - and even compared her time on the show to the battery chickens who are allegedly farmed by the company for their meat. She told Australian reporters, "I've been in Australia filming Big Brother House, in which my housemates and I are confined and sealed off from the outside world, much like the chickens who are crammed inside barns for KFC. "Fortunately, I won't be stomped to death, have my legs broken or be scalded to death in a tank of hot water, yet as Peta's (People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals) undercover videos have revealed, the chickens raised for Kfc's restaurants in Australia often suffer these abuses."
Text Message Heats Up Lohan/ronson Romance Reports
Reports of a romance between Lindsay Lohan and her best friend Samantha Ronson have hit fever pitch following the publication of a reported BlackBerry message. According to a close source, Lohan received a text message from Dj Ronson on her 22nd birthday congratulating the Mean Girls star on their "four-month anniversary". The insider, who saw the message tells Life & Style magazine, "Lindsay left a message from Samantha up on her BlackBerry all day. "It said, `I love you, honey. Happy four-month anniversary!' They are madly in love." Reports suggesting Lohan and Ronson were more than just friends began circulating after the couple was spotted kissing and cuddling during a party at the Cannes Film Festival in France in May . Since then, the pair has been inseparable. The couple reportedly exchanged matching Cartier `Love' bracelets on Lohan's birthday.
Alba Felt Unsexy During Pregnancy
Jessica Alba was desperate to lose her baby weight after giving birth last month , insisting she "never felt less sexy" than when she was pregnant. The actress insists she loved the experience of carrying daughter Honor Marie - but was relieved when she gave birth and could get active again. Alba tells the U.K.'s Cosmopolitan magazine, "I wouldn't have changed it for the world... but I wanted to get rid of all the weight." And the new mum admits that she's shocked to find herself settling down with a husband, Cash Warren, and a child - because she was convinced her bad taste in men would leave her sad and single. The 27 year old explains, "I never thought I'd find a man before 30, let alone marry him and have his baby. I always used to meet the wrong guys - the ones who wanted to hang out for a week and see how far they could get. "If you didn't have sex in the first few days, you were either frigid or a lesbian. So I held out - and, boy, am I glad I did!"

Jolie And Pitt To Adopt Chinese Orphan?
Actress Angelina Jolie is considering adopting another child, less than two weeks after checking into a hospital to prepare for the birth of her twins, according to reports. Heavily pregnant Jolie checked herself into a Nice, France hospital on 29 June - where she will remain until her babies, with partner Brad Pitt, are born. The expected additions will be the fifth and sixth children for the couple - who are allegedly on a mission to add a seventh member to their family. According to reports, the pair was so moved by the plights of children orphaned by May's devastating earthquake in China, they want to adopt a child from the region. A source tells the National Enquirer, "Even as the birth of their twins impended, Angie and Brad were already talking adoption again. She's devastated over the earthquake that occurred in China, she has been in constant touch with relief workers as part of her U.N. involvement - and even got her hands on photos of a few orphaned kids. "She's made overtures to offer a home to one, or even two China earthquake orphans, if they're siblings." Jolie and Pitt have three adopted children, Maddox, six, Zahara, two, and Pax, four, as well as their biological two-year-old Shiloh.
Brinkley 'Pleased' By Divorce Settlement
Latest: Christie Brinkley has denied claims she regrets marrying her estranged husband Peter Cook, calling the settlement in their high-drama divorce trial "a very bittersweet moment." After eight days of testimony in a New York court, the pair's agreement was announced on Thursday morning, awarding Brinkley sole custody of the former couple's two children. The 54-year-old former model told reporters she "can't really regret her marriage," adding, "It really is the death of a marriage, but it's also, I think, a new start for all of us and I'm very pleased with the results today." She says: "I was here fighting for custody. I think a mother's greatest fear is somebody trying to take her children, trying to take custody of her children. That's what I was up against. And so I've won custody and decision-making, and that's really all I ever wanted." Over the course of the trial, testimony included revelations of Cook's affair with teenager Diana Bianchi and his alleged $3,000 monthly porn habit, of which Brinkley remarked: "I was trying to settle the day I learned about the absolute truth about the facts, and I wanted to settle but unfortunately we could not reach an agreement until 6 o'clock this morning." In addition to receiving sole custody of the couple's children - Jack, 13, and Sailor, 10 - Brinkley has been awarded ownership of the pair's 18 properties in the Hamptons. She also agreed to pay Cook $2.1 million (?1.05million) to Cook, 49, who told reporters of the outcome: "I got everything I've been asking for two years." Brinkley and Cook married in September 1996.

Statham Denies Romancing Clooney's Ex
British actor Jason Statham has denied he is romancing George Clooney's ex-girlfriend Sarah Larson - insisting their recent dinner was not a date. Clooney and Larson ended their year-long relationship in May and the cocktail waitress-turned-model sparked rumours she is dating Statham after they were pictured together in Las Vegas. But the Transporter star insists that he has only met Larson once and it was not a romantic occasion. He says, "I have met her. I was in Vegas with my friend and manager Steve Chasman last week and we were all at a big table. Next thing you know I'm jumping in and out of bed with her."
Dorff Beaten Up In Prison Drama
Movie star Stephen Dorff was glad when gritty prison drama Felon was over - because he spent the entire shoot nursing bangs, scrapes and concussions. The Backbeat star shot scenes in a working prison and the tense atmosphere onset led to over-enthusiastic fight scenes. He explains, "I got hit a couple of times. The fights we had were so real and so frenetic and they weren't choreographed, so it was a melee of mixed martial arts and grappling, strength and power. "We were all just basically knocking the c**p out of people. In doing that, I bumped heads a few times. I got a concussion a couple of times. My face swelled up a little bit and I had a big knot on my head. "But I've got hurt in movies where I hadn't done anything, silly things like you're jumping off a car as it's moving at slow speed and you tweak your back."
Arnold Urges Actors To Stay Out Of Union Dispute
True Lies star Tom Arnold has urged his peers to stay out of the feud between actors unions and the movie studios - because their comments aren't helping resolve issues and thwart a strike. The movie star insists recent public comments made by the likes of George Clooney, Tom Hanks and Sean Penn only serve to hinder union bosses as they attempt to work out new deals on working conditions and royalties for their members. Arnold feels sure there will be no actors strike - as long as union bosses are allowed to do their job without the input of outspoken stars. He says, "We've got to let our people do what they're doing... You know, when the actors start getting involved and taking sides and giving opinions... just let these guys at the union work it all out. "I wish that the actors would just shut up, especially if you're filming in Rome, and that's not a slam on Tom Hanks, because I'm in his movie. I love him. "Everything is going to be fine."
Young Back On Track After Rehab
Actress Sean Young has learned to control her "social hostility" problems following a spell in rehab. The No Way Out star checked herself into a self-help facility to tackle alcohol issues earlier this year after she was escorted from the Directors Guild of America Awards show in Hollywood for heckling nominee Julian Schnabel. Now, clean and sober, the actress admits she had become hostile to all things Hollywood and needed to take a break from Tinseltown. Promoting the upcoming second season of reality TV show Gone Country, which will feature Young as a celebrity contestant, the actress says, "I'm feeling really good. My social anxiety had sort of turned into social hostility (and) I just don't want to deal with it anymore." Young insists her rehab stint also made her realise it was time for her to concentrate on being a good mum. She adds, "My interest (in fighting for big acting roles) has waned a lot because I just feel like I don't get the attention I deserve in terms of getting better parts, and I'm much more interested in raising my kids." The actress has two sons, Rio and Quinn, from her 12-year marriage to actor Bob Lujan.
Liu Wants To Be An Angel Again
Actress Lucy Liu is keen to star in a third Charlie's Angels movie - because she is desperate to work with close pals Drew Barrymore and Cameron Diaz again. The trio starred as the sexy crimebusting team in the big screen adaptation of the iconic 1970s show, garnering huge box office success from Charlie's Angels in 2000 and Charlie's Angels: Full Throttle three years later. And Liu, who played socialite Alex Munday in the films, is eager to meet up with her co-stars in another silver-screen adventure. She says, "I do (see Diaz and Barrymore). All the time. I'd love to do another Charlie's Angels film. That would be so much fun.
Hawke And Shawhughes Wed - Report

The couple, expecting their first child together later this year , applied for a marriage licence in New York at the beginning of June and tied the knot just a week later, according to U.S. magazine People. Hawke and Shawhughes met when she worked for him as a nanny to his and ex-wife Uma Thurman's children, and they reportedly began dating shortly after the actor's divorce from Thurman was finalised in August 2005. Calls to Hawke's representative were not returned as Wenn went to press.
Chase Closes Door On Sopranos
A Sopranos movie will never happen - because creator David Chase can't decide how to take the mob drama to the big screen. Rumours of a film have circulated since the last episode of the Emmy-winning series aired last year , and a number of castmembers have voiced their support for a cinema adaptation. But film maker Peter Bogdanovich, who has appeared in and directed several episodes of the show, claims Chase told him privately it will never happen. Bogdanovich says, "I spoke to David Chase about it a month ago, and he said no. "He said he thought about it, and he can't figure a way to do it. "So I don't think it will ever happen. I don't think you can ever say never, but my hunch is it won't happen."
Seymour Delighted With Dancing Dream
British actress Jane Seymour is urging her peers to sign up for U.S. reality TV contest Dancing With The Stars - because her own experience on the show has given her a new lease of life. The 57-year-old Wedding Crashers star reveals the show helped her lose over 20 pounds (nine kilograms) and realise a childhood dream. She tells Wenn, "It (show) lost me 22 pounds and put me in size zero, which was an interesting experience. "And, in terms of me as a person, it was just by far the most exhilarating and exciting thing I think I've ever done. "I can't begin to tell anyone how hard it is to do, especially if you're my age, have a bad back and do other things for a living. "My dream when I was a little girl was to be a dancer, like a lot of young girls, so that was wonderful. I think some people who do Dancing With The Stars do it to get into reality programming, I didn't. It was just great."
Dynamite Star Pens Self-help Book
Napoleon Dynamite star Efren Ramirez has co-written a new self help book. The actor and DJ has teamed up with filmmaker Chris Barrett to write Direct Your Own Life: How To Be A Star In Any Field You Choose aimed at encouraging readers to achieve their life goals. Ramirez says, "Life isn't lived within the confines of a career; rather, living a successful life means embracing the limitless world of opportunities, and allowing yourself to explore any endeavor." The pair believes success can be achieved if individuals plan their lives like producers and directors plan movie shoots. Barrett adds, "You first must determine what is most important to you and then, once that is defined, take the time to write the script for your life - determine your dream; assemble your production team, meaning those individuals who can assist and support you in achieving your vision, and ultimately debut your dream." Ramirez is a product of his own system, as detailed in the book - because he "took a gamble that paid off when I turned down a lucrative position with a major Hollywood studio for the small, no-money-upfront role of Pedro in Napoleon Dynamite."
Latifah 'Injured In Vacation Crash'
Rapper-turned-actress Queen Latifah's summer vacation came to screeching halt when she was injured during a motorcycling accident, according to reports. Latifah rented a motor scooter to tour the U.S. Virgin island of St. Thomas in May . But the star's tropical getaway was cut short when she lost control of the vehicle and "went flying," reports the National Enquirer. A source tells the tabloid, "She's lucky she wasn't killed. Fortunately, there weren't any cars or other scooters behind her when the accident occurred." Latifah injured her right elbow and knee in the crash, according to reports, but refused to seek treatment at a nearby hospital. The source adds: "Luckily, she didn't break any bones. But she was suffering and was prescribed painkillers."
