Jessica Alba Marries Cash Warren
Jessica Alba married Cash Warren in a secret ceremony on Monday. The 27-year-old actress's representative Brad Cafarelli has confirmed to People.com a wedding took place, but no other details are available as Wenn goes to press. Alba is currently eight months pregnant with her first child. Warren, 31, is the father. The Fantastic Four actress recently said of her relationship with Warren, who she met on the set of the 2005 superhero movie, "It wasn't lust, or 'this is my soul mate'. It was, 'Oh, I'm going to know you for the rest of my life.' It was easy."
Law And Stewart A Couple?
Jude Law has sparked rumors he is dating veteran rocker Rod Stewart's daughter Kimberly Stewart, after pictures of the pair enjoying a steamy clinch were published by a British tabloid newspaper. The Alfie actor was caught on camera cavorting with the 28-year-old model at a nightspot in Essex, England on Saturday by nightclub revelers who snapped the pair in a passionate embrace. The snaps, which were published by The Sun newspaper, show the pair passionately kissing in the club's VIP area. A source tells the publication, "We couldn't believe it when we saw Kimberly Stewart snogging (kissing) the face off Jude Law. They were going at it and barely came up for air." And according to reports, the 35-year-old was enraged to discover he had been snapped - allegedly ordering the club's security personnel to erase the pictures from the reveler's digital camera. The source tells The Sun, "Two bodyguards then came over to us and snatched the camera out of my friends hand. They passed the camera to Jude, who then looked through our photos." British star Jude has four children with ex-wife actress Sadie Frost, who he divorced in 2003. He was engaged to Sienna Miller before the pair split in 2006 amid rumors he had cheated with his children's nanny.
Ford: "I Don't Read Film Reviews"
Harrison Ford isn't fazed by film critics' reaction to Indiana Jones And The Kingdom Of The Crystal Skull - insisting he won't read reviews of the film. The veteran actor attended the premiere of the Indiana Jones franchise's fourth installment at the Cannes International Film Festival in France on Sunday, and was mostly praised for his rejuvenated role - reportedly garnering a standing ovation from critics who were invited to the exclusive screening. But the 65-year-old - who has faced criticism for taking on the film project in his advancing years - admits critics' reactions don't interest him, because he never allows himself to read their opinions. And Ford refutes suggestions he avoids reviews to ignore negative criticisms of his on-screen work - stating he wouldn't want to read positive reviews either. He says, "I suppose it would be interesting, but I don't read reviews. I don't want to believe the bad stuff and I don't want to believe the good stuff. It doesn't really matter."
Johansson Denies Premiere Snub
Scarlett Johansson has denied she snubbed the premiere of Woody Allen's latest movie Vicky Cristina Barcelona because movie bosses refused to cater to her diva demands. The blonde beauty - who stars in the new film alongside Penelope Cruz - was expected to grace the red carpet at the Cannes International Film Festival on Saturday, but was noticeably absent from the prestigious premiere. And Johansson was soon at the centre of rumors that movie chiefs at the French arm of Warner Bros Films - the production's distributors - denied her extravagant hospitality expectations, including a $8,000 a day make-up artist. But the actress has hit back at the claims, with her representative telling New York gossip column PageSix that she was only absent due to unavoidable "scheduling conflicts."
Con Man Cashes In On DeGeneres Wedding Deal

A con artist has cashed in on comedienne Ellen DeGeneres' wedding news by setting up a hoax gift registry at top store Crate & Barrel. DeGeneres revealed her plans to wed partner Portia de Rossi during her daytime show on Thursday - a day after same sex marriages were declared legal in California. The comic joked that the couple's gift list would be with Crate & Barrel and one hoaxer chose to use the line to deceive gullible fans. She says, "I was joking when I released a statement saying we registered at Crate & Barrel. Some scam artist tried to take advantage of that and register and said the gifts are going to be sent to me and some people started already buying gifts... and sending (them to) this person." DeGeneres insists she and De Rossi do not want wedding gifts.
Richards Blames Media For Sambora Split
Denise Richards is convinced her relationship with Bon Jovi star Richie Sambora only broke down because the media accused her of breaking up his marriage. Richards began dating the Bon Jovi guitarist after she split from her former husband Charlie Sheen in 2006 - just months after he ended his 11-year marriage to her friend Heather Locklear. The Wild Things star was the focus of many press reports accusing her of coming between Sambora and Locklear - and Richards blames the media's depiction of her for putting a major strain on their year-long romance. She tells talk show host Larry King, "They (Sambora and Locklear) were getting divorced; he and I were friends and it happened. And she had moved on. She was already involved with someone else at the time. It (the press coverage) affected, I think, the circumstances. It was very difficult to sustain a relationship. We were so slammed in the press. We were dealing with our parents dying. We were going through very difficult divorces and custody and it put a strain on our relationship. I regret the timing, perhaps, and I feel terrible anyone that was hurt and involved. But I did not split up their marriage."
Stomach Flu Keeps Phoenix From Cannes
Joaquin Phoenix was forced to cancel an appearance at the Cannes Film Festival after a nasty bout of stomach flu left him unable to board his flight to France. The Oscar nominee was due to attend the premiere of his new movie Two Lovers at the festival on Monday, but pulled out at the last minute after doctors banned him from traveling. His spokeswoman Susan Patricola tells People.com, "Joaquin has the stomach flu. He had his dog boarded, his tux in hand but couldn't even sit on the plane. He did go to the hospital to get hydrated, hoping he could get on the plane... He was so sick - and so sorry he couldn't be there with everyone."
Thornton Accused Of Bugging Former Sister-in-Law
Billy Bob Thornton is at the centre of a bizarre new police report, filed by his former sister-in-law. Elysabeth Cherniak claims the actor has bugged her home and regularly sends her insulting emails. According to a Los Angeles Police Department report she filed, Thornton has been harassing Cherniak - the sister of the actor's fourth wife Pietra - for almost two years. Law enforcement sources tell Tmz.com they are waiting for Cherniak to bring in copies of the emails and other evidence so they can continue their investigation. Thornton was married to Pietra Cherniak from 1993 to 1997, and the couple had two children. A spokesman for the actor says, "Billy doesn't use e-mail and never has. Anyone who knows him would know that." The representative also states the accuser has "a history of making these very same false accusations in the past."
Houston Cleared Of Drug Charges

Misdemeanor drug possession charges against Whitney Houston have been dropped by a Hawaiian judge, following a substance abuse assessment of the star. Houston, 44, was suspected of possessing marijuana while traveling through a Hawaiian airport in 2000 with ex-husband Bobby Brown. The pop superstar allegedly disposed of less than half an ounce of the drug and three partially smoked marijuana cigarettes, before boarding a United Airlines flight from Keahole-Kona airport to San Francisco, California. The assessment, submitted in February 2008 by a New Jersey substance abuse counselor, stated Houston does not require treatment for substance abuse. She is now cleared of all charges. Rumors of drug abuse have surrounded the star since her marriage to R&B singer Brown, and she spent time in rehabilitation facilities in 2004 and 2005. Houston's record label bosses maintain she has been clean of all illegal substances since her most recent stint three years ago.
Jackson's First Tour In Seven Years

R&B superstar Janet Jackson has announced she will be hitting the road to tour the U.S. and Canada - for the first time in seven years. The hitmaker will open her Rock Witchu tour in Vancouver, British Columbia on September 7, followed by dates in New York and Washington, D.C. And the singer, who released her latest album Discipline earlier this year, says she "can't wait" to perform to arena audiences, claiming she was all set to tour on the back of her 2006 record 20 Y.O., but was advised against it by her record company despite being mid-way through preparing the shows. She explains, "I was supposed to go on tour with the last album. We were actually in full-blown tour rehearsals at that point... learning numbers, getting everything together, set designs, I had to kind of shut everything down and go into the studio." According to concert promoter Live Nation, who are organizing Jackson's upcoming tour, the full itinerary of shows will be announced shortly.
