Jamie Lynn Engaged?

Teen actress Jamie Lynn Spears is reportedly set to marry her longtime boyfriend and unborn baby's father Casey Aldridge. The 16-year-old has been spotted showing off a diamond band to friends and family in her hometown of Kentwood, Louisiana, and to relatives in Mississippi. A source close to the Spears family tells People.com, "She's got an engagement ring. She's been showing it off, talking about it." A representative for Spears was unavailable for comment as WENN went to press. The Zoey 101 star is expected to give birth to a baby boy this summer.

Williams' Dad Demands Full Statement on Ledger's Fortune

Michelle Williams' father has cast doubt on the handling of Heath Ledger's estate by the late star's dad, and has called for the family to publicly state the true value of the actor's personal fortune. The Brokeback Mountain actor left all of his assets to parents Kim and Sally and older sister Kate, having filed his will in Australia in April 2003 - two years prior to birth of his daughter, Matilda, with then-girlfriend, actress Williams. Kim has since assured that both Williams and two-year-old Matilda will be financially "taken care of," but Larry Williams wants to know exactly how much Heath was worth at the time of his death so that his girls are not cheated out of any money. A series of documents filed in Manhattan, New York's Surrogate's Court earlier this month shows Ledger had less than $145,000-worth of assets in New York at the time, including a $25,000 Toyota Prius and $20,000 in furniture. But Larry is sure Heath had other riches, which the family have yet to declare. Speaking to Australia's The Sunday Telegraph, Larry says, "It's real simple: just come clean with everything. It's so easy to resolve this. He just has to say where the income went and where the assets are. I'm certain that there is grieving in the Ledger family but (lawyers for) Kim have already filed papers in New York, so it seems like it's time to be transparent about it. I have no idea what Heath Ledger was worth (but) they certainly haven't stated all of the assets to the court." The Ledger family has yet to respond to Larry's calls and actress Williams has also remained tight-lipped about her ex-fiance's will. Larry's demand comes just days after Heath's uncles expressed fears about Kim's ability to manage Heath's estate adequately, citing his bad track record of financial management.

Leto's Weight Gain Nightmare

Actor Jared Leto has vowed never to fatten-up for a movie role again, after he piled on 60 pounds to play John Lennon's killer - and ended up in a wheelchair. Leto is still suffering the side effects of "gorging and force-feeding" himself for the role of Mark David Chapman in Chapter 27, and he fears he will never regain his once-fit physique. More than a year after the film debuted at January 2007's Sundance Film Festival, Leto says, "I'd never do it again; it definitely gave me some problems. I don't know if it was gout - but I had a definite problem with my feet. Towards the end of the shoot, one of the glaring issues was the pain I had with my feet. I couldn't walk for long distances; I had a wheelchair because it was so painful. My body was in shock from the amount of weight I gained. It took about a year to get back to a place that felt semi-normal. I don't know if I'll ever be back to the place I was physically." But the 36-year-old stands by his decision to gain so much weight - insisting it enabled him to capture the spirit of Chapman, who shot Lennon dead outside his New York apartment in 1980. Leto explains, "It was important to make that transformation because I thought his physical representation of himself was an indication of who he was. And it changed everything about who I was - the way I walked , the way I talked, the way I felt about myself, the way people treated me. It was an interesting experience. It was interesting to see people reactions - particularly people I knew but hadn't seen in a while and who obviously thought I'd let myself go."

Actor Clanton Stabbed in Fight

The Wire actor Christopher J. Clanton is recovering in a hospital after he was stabbed in an attack in Baltimore, Maryland, on Sunday. The 22-year-old, who plays Savino Bratton on the hit TV show, suffered a knife wound to his chest and buttocks when a fight broke out at the Overlea Caterers Inc. social hall in the early hours of Sunday. Police were called to the scene and officers were forced to use pepper spray to disperse the 30-strong crowd, according to local newspaper the Baltimore Sun. But Clanton, who was taken to the nearby Hopkins Bayview Medical Center for treatment, claims he was not directly involved in the brawl. He says, "Mayhem broke out. I was trying to get out of the way. I wanted to get past one of the guys that was involved... It escalated from there." Clanton's injuries are not thought to be serious and he is expected to be released on Tuesday.

Presley Confirms Unlicensed Surgeon Operated On Her

Elvis Presley's ex-wife Priscilla Presley has confirmed an unqualified plastic surgeon performed a botched cosmetic procedure on her in 2003. The socialite and actress, who is among the celebrities taking part in the current season of reality TV show Dancing With The Stars, was a client of Dr. Daniel Serrano, who was jailed for injecting industrial, low-grade silicone into women's faces. The unlicensed Serrano claimed his injections worked better than Botox, but the non-approved drug he smuggled into America from Argentina left some clients with holes in their faces and paralysis. Serrano was indicted for smuggling drugs, and the conspiracy and use of unapproved drugs, and convicted. He was released last week and is currently being investigated by federal immigration officials, and could be deported. Presley's representative has now confirmed The Naked Gun star was operated on by Serrano, a day after the story first broke. The spokesperson says, "Priscilla Presley was one of many documented victims of Dr. Serrano. An investigation which uncovered his misconduct ultimately lead to his imprisonment. Ms. Presley dealt with this matter years ago and everything is well."

Fan Pays $52,100 To Accompany Davis to Movie Premiere

A Japanese Sex And The City fan has paid $52,100 for two VIP tickets accompanying Kristin Davis to the New York premiere of the hit TV show's upcoming movie spin-off. The woman, whose identity is unknown, outbid other wealthy Sex And The City fans to land the prize in the charity auction on website eBay. The $52,100 raised will go to charity Oxfam. The winning bidder and a friend will have their hair and make-up professionally styled, receive a pair of Jimmy Choo shoes and accompany Davis down the red carpet at the May screening. Davis recently said, "Oxfam's mission is to alleviate poverty and injustice by helping people learn skills and create lives. I just got back from Africa and saw firsthand that we're making a long-term difference. It gives me a sense of satisfaction." The actress has become the late in a long line of celebrities auctioning off movie premiere dates for Oxfam - Colin Firth offered one last month and one Scarlett Johansson fan recently bid $40,100 to accompany her to a film premiere in 2009.

Rowling To Take Witness Stand

Harry Potter creator J.K. Rowling will take to the witness stand next month in her legal bid to stop the planned publication of an unofficial encyclopedia. The author and Warner Brothers, which owns the rights to the boy wizard novels, filed a lawsuit against publisher RDR Books in October over The Harry Potter Lexicon, based on fan Steve Vander Ark's website of the same name. The book was due for publication in November last year. On Monday, a New York Federal District Court Judge ordered the case to go to trial on April 14. A lawyer for RDR Books confirmed Rowling was expected to appear to give evidence in the case. Rowling herself insists she plans to write her own definitive Harry Potter encyclopedia - including previously unseen material - and will donate the proceeds to charity.

Fleetwood Mac Star Upset About Crow Confirmation

Fleetwood Mac star Lindsey Buckingham has hit back at reports Sheryl Crow will become a member of the supergroup when it tours in 2009, insisting her announcement is a little premature. Buckingham has confirmed speculation the group is planning to record and tour next year, but adds the idea of adding bandmate Stevie Nicks' pal Crow to the line-up in nothing but a talking point at the moment. That's why he was a little shocked when singer/songwriter Crow went public with news she would be joining the band as a replacement for Christine McVie. He tells Billboard.com, "I don't think anything is written in stone yet. I think we were all a little surprised she was announcing that to the world with such certainty. We have talked about the possibility of bringing another woman into the scene to kind of give Stevie Nicks a sort of foil and shake it up a little bit (and) she was certainly a name that has come up. We'll have to see." McVie retired from the band a decade ago.
