She is currently being held on $10,000 bail.

The father of Jamie-Lynn Spears' baby is not Casey Aldridge, but an older man who could face rape charges over the conception, according to new U.S. reports. American magazine Star claims the Spears family are paying Aldridge, 18, to play dad in a bid to mask the father's true identity and avoid the shame of an under-age sex scandal involving 16-year-old Jamie-Lynn. The reports come days after Jamie-Lynn confirmed she is 12-weeks pregnant with student Aldridge's baby during an interview with OK! magazine. According to celebrity blogger Perez Hilton's website, a Star source is reported as saying, "Casey is being paid off to be the family's fall guy while the real father remains unidentified. The man many suspect is the father, however, would face charges and probably prison time if he were to come forward and admit he had sex with her." Star magazine quotes "two separate Spears family insiders" who believe the father is someone who works on Jamie-Lynn's kids' TV show, Zoey 101. The source adds, "In Hollywood, little girls grow up fast, and she is no exception. With everything that has gone on in her family, she needed someone to look up to. But the man she found seems to have completely taken advantage of her." In Jamie-Lynn's home state of Louisiana, Aldridge would escape legal action because a 16-year-old can legally have sex with a person less than two years older.

Pamela Anderson filed for divorce from new husband Rick Salomon after she was caught "cozying up to" magician Criss Angel, according to reports. Former Lost star Michelle Rodriguez has begun her six-month jail sentence after booking in to a Los Angeles prison on Christmas Eve. The actress was sentenced to 180 days in jail after violating her probation for driving under the influence. She had admitted failing to complete community service after submitting a false document to show she carried out the work on September 25th. The 29-year-old was also found to have consumed alcohol on at least three occasions while wearing a monitoring bracelet around her ankle, in violation of a probation requirement she refrain from drinking for 90 days. According to Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department records, Rodriguez checked in to Century Regional Detention Facility in Lynwood, L.A. under her real name Mayte Michelle Rodriguez in the early hours of Monday.

Filmmaking siblings Joel and Ethan Coen are set to make their goriest film ever - a Spaghetti Western featuring scenes of primitive torture methods. The brothers, whose notoriously gory new film No Country for Old Men has been tipped for Oscar glory, are desperate to make a film about the days of cowboys and Indians battling it out in the Wild West of America. But - as Joel warns - it won't be one for the faint-hearted. He says, "We've written a western with a lot of violence in it. There's scalping and hanging ... it's good. Indians torturing people with ants, cutting their eyelids off." Ethan adds, "It's a proper western, a real western, set in the 1870s. It's got a scene that no one will ever forget because of one particular chicken."

Britney Spears has started courting the paparazzi after a string of failed romances. The odd 'romance' comes just two weeks after Spears denied she was pregnant with on-off boyfriend J.R. Rotem's child. Amy Winehouse has been banned from normal visits to her imprisoned husband after he failed a drug test. The troubled singer can now only see Blake Fielder-Civil, 25, from behind a glass screen with no physical contact, according to latest reports. The move by officials at London's Pentonville prison, where Fielder-Civil is awaiting trial over assault and trial-fixing allegations, comes after he tested positive last week for a Class A drug, thought to be heroin. Visits to remand prisoners normally take place in an open hall with officers patrolling, but an insider tells British newspaper The Sun, "As a precaution, the governor has banned Amy from having any more open visits with Blake. "They now have to meet in a room separated by a bullet-proof glass screen." Winehouse, 24, is currently battling her own addictions to drink and drugs. The Rehab hitmaker is not believed to have visited Fielder-Civil since he failed the random drug test. A Prison Service spokeswoman refused to comment.

Ted Danson and Jeff Bridges' new movie is to hit DVD shelves just a month after the stars promoted the film's cinema release. First Look Studios executives have announced The Moguls, in which Bridges leads a group of middle-aged neighbors - including a gay Danson - into the porn film business, will be released as a DVD in February . The film was released in just three cinemas on December 9th. It made just over $10,000 in its opening and only box office weekend, according to IMDb.com.
