Spears' Visitation Rights Suspended

Britney Spears has lost the right to see her two children after breaching a court order. Los Angeles County Commissioner Scott Gordon suspended her visitation rights after an emergency meeting with Kevin Federline's lawyer Mark Vincent Kaplan on Wednesday. Gordon - who ordered Spears to undergo random drugs testing at an earlier ruling - made the decision after the singer failed to provide the court with her contact information. The order, obtained by website Tmz.com, reads, "Petitioner's (Britney's) visitation with the minor children is suspended pending Petitioner's compliance with the court orders." Spears lost physical custody of her son's Sean Preston, two, and Jayden James, one, on October 11, but was granted one overnight visit a week in a court ruling. She is due to appear in court on October 26.

DeGeneres' Vow of Silence Over Dog Drama

Ellen DeGeneres has vowed to stop talking about her former adopted dog Iggy, insisting the issue is "out of hand." The talk show host and her partner Portia de Rossi came under fire by the Mutts and Moms agency after handing over custody of the Brussels Griffon mix to DeGeneres' hairdresser after it fought with her cats. The agency claims the switch violated an agreement it had with DeGeneres when she agreed to house the pet - and reclaimed the pooch from the hairdresser and her young daughters. After a tearful statement on her show on Tuesday led to fans sending death threats to the agency, the 49-year-old is now taking a vow of silence. She says, "Let me just say this, it's gotten out of hand. I want nothing, nothing more than that dog returned to that family. But you don't resort to violence. So anybody out there, please stop that. Please don't threaten or do whatever."

Lohan Not Engaged

Lindsay Lohan has hit out at reports suggesting she and new boyfriend Riley Giles are planning to wed, stating the ring she's wearing on her wedding finger is a gift from her dad. Lohan was spotted sporting the subtle band while out and about in Hollywood on Tuesday night, but has since transferred it to another finger after causing a fuss. The Freaky Friday star's publicist insists the engagement rumors are ridiculous and the new ring is a gift from her father, Michael, who recently ended a two-year estrangement from his daughter by meeting up with her in rehab in Utah. He admits he was taken aback by the engagement story: "I don't know anything about Lindsay being engaged. If she did (get engaged), she would have come to me or Riley would have come to me himself."

Goodman Leaves Rehab

American actor John Goodman has checked out of rehab after being treated for an undisclosed condition. The Roseanne star left Promises Treatment Center in Malibu, California, on Wednesday. He said in a statement: "For my family and myself, I voluntarily took the necessary steps to remain sober the rest of my life." It was unclear how long the 55-year-old was in rehab. A spokesman for Goodman was unavailable for comment.

'CSI' Fans Attempt To Block Fox's Departure

Fans of TV drama CSI: Crime Scene Investigation have started a grassroots online campaign to persuade departing cast member Jorja Fox to stay. Fox announced she was leaving the show in an interview with TV Guide magazine last month, sending shockwaves through the program's avid global fan base. Her character, Sara Sidle, is a fan favorite and website DollarsForSense.com has been asking fans to send in letters voicing disapproval over Fox's departure. The unnamed fan behind the site then promised to forward on the letters to producers. He has already live up to his word - producers claim they've received over 3,000 unhappy letters from Sidle fans. Fox has been a regular on the show since 2000. She is quitting in November after failing to agree terms on a new deal.

Hasselhoff Is "Fully Recovered"

Former Baywatch star David Hasselhoff has returned home after being hospitalized for a relapse from sobriety. The 55-year-old, who is currently embroiled in a custody battle with ex-wife Pamela Bach, considers himself fortunate to have been hospitalized before slipping back into alcoholism. He says, "It's one of those things, it's one day at a time. I was doing great, and it just happened, and it took me 24 hours, and I just said, 'You know what? Wrong, wrong, wrong!' The little brain says that it's okay, but it's not okay, and that's what it's all about."

Reid Denies Hospital Liver Check-Up Reports

Actress Tara Reid has dismissed reports she was hospitalized as a result of alcohol abuse earlier this month. The Alone In The Dark star was said to have checked into the Centinela Freeman Regional Medical Center in Marina Del Ray, California for a nine-day stay to undergo tests for liver damage. The reformed Hollywood wild child was discharged last weekend, according to U.S. reports Doctors worked around the clock to diagnose the 31-year-old, who checked into the Marina Del Rey medical centre in a distressed state. They discovered she had elevated liver enzymes. But Reid has denied the reports, insisting, "I'm fine."

Holmes: "I'm Not Pregnant"

Hollywood actress Katie Holmes has denied she is expecting her second child with actor husband Tom Cruise. The Pieces Of April star was forced to issue a denial after she was spotted wearing a high-volume Balenciaga gown at a Berlin airport earlier this month - sparking pregnancy rumors. A spokesman for Holmes says, "She is not pregnant." But the 28-year-old has not ruled out having more children. A source tells Us magazine, "Katie told me she wants another child with (Tom). She talks about it a lot. But I do not know when exactly they plan to have another baby."

Roth: "I Am Furious Over Piracy"

Filmmaker Eli Roth is furious his movie Hostel: Part II has become the most downloaded film of all time. The horror director claims that not only was it downloaded by millions of people, but in countries where piracy is particularly widespread, the film didn't even have a theatrical release. He says, "I'm furious. Here's the thing: It's real money. People say, 'Oh, you can't get mad at people downloading.' Well then, when are you supposed to get mad? If you don't speak out against it now, then when?" And Roth has pinpointed his target movie audience as being the very persons responsible for the majority of downloads. He adds, "The audience that's specifically doing (the downloading) is 17, 18, 19 - it's the college kids, and that's my audience. If the fans are going to get pissed (at me), they're going to get pissed. I don't want those fans."

McGinley To Be a Dad

Scrubs star John C. McGinley has announced he and wife Nicole Kessler are expecting a baby girl in the new year. The 48-year-old, who has a 10-year-old son Max from a previous marriage, made the announcement at the launch of Scrubs' seventh season in Hollywood on Wednesday. He says, "We found out it's a baby girl, and she's coming February 2! So that's our big announcement. We want to have as many kids as we're lucky enough to have. I've always wanted to surround Max with brothers and sisters and that's what we're going to do!" McGinley married Kessler in April.
