Lohan's Ex Bodyguard Blames Parents for Her Wild Behavior

Both Lindsay Lohan's parents are responsible for her bad behavior, according to the actress's long-term bodyguard Tony Almeida. Almeida, who worked for Lohan for three years until 2005, claims Dina Lohan and Michael Lohan failed to provide the 21-year-old with any structure - and kept her working to pay for their lifestyle. He tells In Touch magazine, "From a young age, she dealt with her father's physical, emotional and drug abuses as well as her mother's drinking." Almeida also claims he had to pull Michael off his daughter - then 16 - after he stopped the car he was driving "and dragged her out of the car, pushed her up against the hood, screamed at her and called her a slut." He adds that Dina frequently "let her do whatever she wanted, just to keep her happy and working . . . (At her 16th birthday party) Lindsay drank whatever she wanted - I saw her drinking beer and mixed drinks with my own eyes (without Dina's intervention)." He says, "Lindsay was the family cash cow - and she (Dina) resented it. They counted on her to pay their bills...I saw Lindsay exhausted, begging her mother for some time off." In the interview, Almeida goes on to claim Lohan's parents allowed her to sleep with ex-boyfriend Aaron Carter when she was 15 and he 14, and that he caught her sniffing white powder in a nightclub when she was 18. He also alleges that the actress cut herself and threatened suicide during miserable teen years.
Chan Movie Banned in China
Jackie Chan's new action comedy sequel Rush Hour 3 has been sensationally banned in China, despite his status as a national hero. The Hong Kong-born actor's film has prompted controversy in recent weeks over a scene where a family involved in organized crime visit Paris. The association with Triad gang members reportedly angered Chinese authorities. But the state-run Film Bureau insists the decision to block the movie's release was taken for commercial reason, even though the first two movies in the franchise were box office hits. Xiao Ping, of China Film Group's import and export department, says "We think it will not be popular in China." Under strict rules, only 20 foreign releases a year are permitted in China and many that make it through the censors are severely edited first - like the unflattering portrayal of Chow Yun-Fat's pirate character in Pirates Of The Caribbean: At World's End earlier this year.
Police Still Unsure How Rhames' Caretaker Died

Los Angeles Police are baffled as to what killed the caretaker who died at Ving Rhames' home after a dog attack last Friday. Jacob Adams, 40, was pronounced dead in front of Rhames' Brentwood, California home after he was allegedly attacked by the Pulp Fiction star's pets. But police spokesman Lieutenant Fred Corral says a further autopsy is required before officials can determine whether Adams died from a heart attack or from being mauled by dogs. Corral adds the results of this autopsy could take eight to 10 weeks to materialize. After the incident, animal control officers removed four dogs - three mastiffs and one bulldog - which police reported were "the size of lions."
DiCaprio "Not Inspired" by 2008 U.S. Presidential Hopefuls

Actor Leonardo DiCaprio has decided not to campaign for any of the 2008 U.S. presidential candidates, because none of the politicians in the running "inspire" him. The Blood Diamond star, 32, was a staunch advocate of Democratic hopeful Senator John Kerry during 2004's presidential election and even traveled across 14 states to rally support and raise funds for him. But DiCaprio admits the frontrunners for 2008's election - Democratic candidates Senator Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama and Republican Ron Paul - have yet to catch his attention with their environmental policies. He says, "I'm still on the fence about it, to tell you the truth. I have yet to hear a candidate that has clearly laid out their environmental policy in a way that is inspiring to me." Referring to Senator Kerry's previous election campaign, DiCaprio adds, "I thought he had an amazing environmental policy. But I have yet to hear a candidate that has compared in that regard. I'm waiting for the right questions to be asked, and for these candidates to give really clear responses to what they're going to do in a tangible way - not a lot of rhetoric. I want to hear hardcore facts."
Spears Investigated for Parking Lot Collision
Britney Spears is at the center of a police investigation in Los Angeles after scraping a motorist's car while trying to park her Mercedes Benz. The troubled pop superstar accidentally collided with Kim Robard-Rifkin's vehicle on Monday and video paparazzi caught the footage. Now, police sources confirm a police report has been filed - and she could be charged with a hit and run after failing to contact Robard-Rifkin in accordance with California law. To make matters worse for Spears, she hit the other vehicle not once but twice - after finally parking her car, the Toxic singer then opened her door bashing Robard-Rifkin's SUV.
Paltrow To Co-Host Cooking Show

Oscar winner Gwyneth Paltrow is to co-host a cooking show with celebrity chef Mario Batali. The actress will return to Spain, where she spent magical summers growing up, to hail the country's cuisine with pal Batali joining her for the "road trip", which will be filmed in October and November for U.S. network PBS. Paltrow, who is fluent in Spanish, jumped at the chance to co-present the show when Batali told her of his plans to tour through Spain, cooking and sampling local delicacies. She tells W magazine, "I told him, 'I'll go with you.' Later, he was like, 'Are you joking?' And I was like, 'No, I'm actually not joking!' I eat all that (Spanish) stuff. The crazy fish things, the eels, I love it all." But she'll be steering clear of meat dishes because she no longer eats pork or beef: "I won't eat that. I'll have to skip the jamon."
Pitt Performs Jury Duty - At Last
Brad Pitt finally had his day in court on Thursday after reportedly stalling jury duty a handful of times because he was globetrotting. The Legends of the Fall star postponed his civic duty several times - because he was out of the country, either working abroad or vacationing with his family. Not wanting to test the might of the law in Los Angeles, Pitt decided to make his latest jury calling - he was chauffeured to court in an Suv and was allowed to park in the employee lot, according to Tmz.com. As Wenn went to press, it was not known if Pitt had been picked as a potential juror for an upcoming trial.
Allen Has "No Idea" Why Her U.S. Visa Was Revoked
Lily Allen has "no idea" why her U.S. work visa was revoked, dismissing reports it's a result of her March arrest for attacking a photographer. The singer was detained by customs and immigration officials in Los Angeles on Sunday, as she flew in from Australia for the MTV Video Music Awards nominations party on Tuesday. Early reports suggested officials were alerted by Allen's arrest in London. She was cautioned for the incident after voluntarily attending a police station in June. But Allen insists the two events are unrelated. A statement released by her record label Emi states the singer "has no idea why she was singled out for such treatment." EMI insists it is hopeful of securing her work visa in time for her scheduled U.S. gigs next month.
Spelling Plans for Baby Number Two

Actress Tori Spelling is planning for a second child - just five months after giving birth to baby Liam. The So Notorious star and her husband Dean McDermott welcomed their first child in March, but Spelling is already thinking of expanding her family. She tells People magazine, "I'd love to have a little girl, but whatever is in the cards is fine. I want them to be close in age. I feel that's important. So sooner rather than later." And Spelling admits young Liam is growing up so fast. She adds, "He's already had his first makeout session with a girl who's a month older. She planted a kiss on his mouth and he loved it!"
Pavarotti's Condition "Satisfactory"

Medics at the Italian hospital caring for opera superstar Luciano Pavarotti have played down health fears, insisting his condition is "satisfactory." The Italian tenor, who is battling pancreatic cancer, was admitted to the Modena University Policlinico in northern Italy on Wednesday with a fever. But, in a statement, his doctors reassure fans, saying, "He is currently under observation and his condition is satisfactory. He can be released within the next few days." Pavarotti underwent surgery for his cancer last year and has since had at least five rounds of chemotherapy. Fears for his health mounted further last month when his daughter Guiliana reportedly told a magazine her famous father hasn't got long to live.
