The 25-year-old star hasn't left the center since she traveled to a friend's apartment in Culver City, California last Thursday to pick up a bag of new clothes she purchased online from a trendy Los Angeles boutique. But a representative for the pair has slammed the reports, telling Us Weekly, "There is not a shred of truth to the rumors about the state of their marriage. "They are happily married and, like most married couples, they have some separate friendships and interests." Washington to Lose Out on 'Grey's' Pay Rise?
Grey's Anatomy star Isaiah Washington is at risk of losing out on a pay rise after his homophobic outburst earlier this year. Washington shocked Golden Globe Award attendees in January by calling gay co-star T.R. Knight a "f*gg*t" - and the episode is likely to cost the star a wage boost, according to PageSix.com. A source says, "All the actors are in the midst of contract renegotiations, but is using Isaiah's recent troubles to keep from paying him more. "Isaiah knows it is his fault that he may not get the fat raise he was going to get. ABC doesn't have to give him anything - he is under contract for seven years - and this is going to cost him millions. It's just a bitter pill he is going to have to swallow." A representative for Washington says, "We are going to do our business in private, not in the press." Last week, details of a salary dispute between bosses and Grey's Anatomy star Katherine Heigl were leaked to the press.
Anna Nicole's Jailed Ex Fears Sex Tape Has Been Stolen
Anna Nicole Smith's jailed ex-boyfriend fears a sex tape of him making love to the tragic model is among the items stolen in a raid on her home in the Bahamas. Mark Hatten, who is serving time for making terrorist threats against Smith and beating up her neighbor, has revealed the existence of the sex tape in recent correspondence with Smith's estranged mother Virgie Arthur. In one letter to Arthur, obtained by website TMZ.com, Hatten urges her to find and destroy the tape, explaining his ex was "against pornography (hardcore)". Convicted Hatten believes the tape was among the items allegedly stolen from the home Smith shared with her companion Howard K. Stern on the day after she died. In other letters Hatten has written from prison, he also suggests he could be the father of Anna Nicole's baby daughter Dannielynn. Smith's ex started corresponding with her estranged mother late last year after she wrote to Hatten asking him to share memories of his time with Anna Nicole.

Wahler punched one of the tow-truck drivers, while DeLuca kicked the tow operator and spat at him, according to a filed police report. The drivers restrained the reality star and called police, who later discovered Wahler's blood alcohol level was over twice the legal limit. In court yesterday , Wahler pleaded no contest to one count of battery. As well as serving time, the 20 year old was also ordered to attend Alcoholics Anonymous meetings and anger management classes. Meanwhile, DeLuca also pleaded no contest to one count of battery and was sentenced to 24 months of probation and 15 days of community service. Both Wahler and DeLuca have also been ordered to participate in a one-day lecture at Los Angeles' Museum of Tolerance as penance for the racial slurs they hurled at the tow-truck operators during the assault, according to Tmz.com. It's a bad week for Wahler, who was also arrested on Saturday when he reportedly "resisted a public officer" during a raid on underage drinkers in a North Carolina nightclub.
