Keira Denies Anorexia, Admits Disorder in Family

Keira Knightley has hotly denied being anorexic, but she knows the disorder runs in her family. The actress stunned onlookers with her bony frame at the UK premiere of Pirates Of The Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest yesterday, but insisted she was healthy. Although she is adamant she has never suffered from the debilitating illness, she has experienced its horrors after watching her grandmother suffer. She says, "People said to me yesterday, 'How does it feel to be anorexic?' I had no idea that I was. I can safely say that I'm not. I've got a lot of experience with anorexia. My grandmother and great-grandmother suffered from it. In a way it's good that it's out there and people are talking about it. It's quite interesting because it's normally high-achieving women who suffer from it because, I guess, they're control freaks."

Richards Confirmed as Depp's Pirate Dad

Rolling Stones star Keith Richards has made Johnny Depp's dreams come true after agreeing to play Captain Jack Sparrow's father in the second Pirates Of The Caribbean sequel. After months of negotiations, which were halted when the rocker fell out of a tree on holiday in Fiji and cracked his skull in April, Richards has signed on to play a whisky-soaked buccaneer. At a London press conference to promote the second film, Pirates Of The Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest, Depp said, "We're all looking forward to the idea of Keith coming in and doing a cameo. You never say it's definite until the guy steps on the set and the camera is rolling. But it's looking very, very good." Depp, a longtime friend of the Stones star, has acknowledged Richards as his inspiration for pirate rogue Sparrow. Meanwhile, Richards will return to the road with the Rolling Stones next week in Milan, Italy after his head injury forced the group to halt the A Bigger Bang tour and postpone dates. Depp's co-star, Orlando Bloom, can't wait to work with the rock great: "I can't wait to see him. That's if he doesn't kill himself falling out of coconut trees - very rock and roll."

Griffin Hits Out at Talk Show Ban

Acidic comedienne Kathy Griffin has hit out at the decision to ban her from Ellen DeGeneres' talk show because she abuses celebrities. Griffin insists famous people should take themselves less seriously and develop a sense of humor. She tells the New York Daily News, "I'm banned from The Ellen DeGeneres Show which makes me sad because I'm a real admirer of hers. Apparently the show said, 'Well, we can't have you talking trash about celebrities, and our audience is friendlier than that. I am fascinated by how celebrities, by and large, don't have a good sense of humor about themselves, and yet they're so ridiculous."

Aniston and Vaughn To Wed After French Proposal?

Jennifer Aniston and Vince Vaughn are planning a secret wedding after the actor proposed to the Rumor Has It star in Paris, France, according to US reports. Friends claim Aniston has invited her former mother-in-law, Brad Pitt's mum Jane, to the nuptials and Vaughn is going to great lengths to shape-up for the big day. A Pitt family source tells American publication Life & Style that Aniston has told her former sister-in-law Julie, who has also been invited to the wedding, that although a date has not been set, the actress would like it "sooner rather than later." Vaughn reportedly went down on one knee while the couple were in Europe promoting the film that brought them together, The Break Up. And Life & Style reports that Vaughn is so serious about looking his best when he weds Aniston, he has started the Zone diet, which Aniston has been a long-time fan of. According to the publication, Aniston told a friend, "He's started the Zone diet, and he's working out. He looks great." Aniston is reportedly waiting for the fuss about her ex-husband's new baby with Angelina Jolie to die down before exchanging vows with her reported new fiance. But an insider insists Aniston is getting serious about her wedding plans: "Jen's already asked Courteney Cox to be her matron of honor."

Fraser and Purcell Favorites To Take Over Hulk Role

Actors Brendan Fraser and Dominic Purcell are set to fight it out to play The Incredible Hulk's alter-ego Bruce Banner in the movie's sequel following Eric Bana's decision to pull out of the project. Bana played the shape-shifting doctor in the 2003 movie, and was initially interested in a return to the role - if the timing was right. But, according to website Cinescape.com, the Aussie actor has stepped down as The Hulk medic and now The Mummy star Fraser and Purcell are the favorites to don the white coat and attempt to control their rage.

Branson To Appear in Bond Movie

British entrepreneur Sir Richard Branson will appear in upcoming 007 movie Casino Royale in a cameo role. Branson and his Virgin Atlantic airline will appear during a Miami airport sequence when new James Bond Daniel Craig checks in. He says, "James Bond is original, cool and sophisticated - just like an airline I know. Virgin Atlantic is delighted to be a global partner of the new James Bond movie, Casino Royale, and I'm just a little excited to be playing a cameo in the film. Having met Daniel Craig and the rest of the team on set, I have no doubt that Casino Royale will be one of the most successful James Bond films ever." Branson, 55, also makes a cameo appearance in Superman Returns and has previously appeared in hit comedy Friends.
