Jolie & Pitt Baby Shower Photos Stolen

have had a series of personal photographs stolen, including intimate pictures from a baby shower in Namibia. Lawyers for the couple sent an email to various US media organizations on Sunday night informing them that "a digital memory card containing a number of personal copyright protected photographs" of Brad, Angelina and their children have been stolen and offered for sale. According to website TMZ.com, the photos, taken in Namibia, "include images from a private baby shower." The email was sent by the couple's powerhouse law firm Lavely & Singer and threatens that anyone who publishes the photos "will be liable for substantial compensatory damages, punitive damages, and injunctive relief."

Photos of Shiloh Jolie-Pitt were reportedly sold to People magazine for $4 million, but pictures of Suri Cruise produced not more than a $3 million bid. At that point the offer for the photos was reportedly rescinded. A magazine expert tells Friedman now that the baby is nearly three months old, her price will only go down, adding, "Shiloh was the whole deal. We won't see a baby like that again for a while."
Spelling Buried in Family Service

says, "It was just a small, private affair." Sasaki added a large, public memorial service will take place later this month, saying, "The location decision has not been finalized, but there is a possibility that it may happen at the television academy." His family have released a statement, thanking the public and media colleagues for their condolences; "Our extreme sadness and grief is comforted by the overwhelming number of heartfelt calls we have received. We are truly grateful for the outpouring of love and sympathy expressed by so many friends and colleagues who knew Aaron."
Cusack Seeks Restraining Order
Actor John Cusack
has asked a judge to issue a restraining order against a woman who he says has been stalking him. The High Fidelity
star filed papers on Friday in Los Angeles County Superior Court. The 31-year-old claims Emily Leatherman has been "showing unusual interest (in him) by stalking, throwing long letters of interest over my fence in bags with rocks and screwdrivers inside, making unannounced visits to offices of people I work with in an attempt to meet with me and listing my address as her own during a recent arrest. Mail addressed to her has been arriving at my residence without my permission. I have never met this person." The documents also say Leatherman "threatens to commit acts of violence against herself if I do not help her." According to court papers, Leatherman is a transient with no known address, according to website TMZ.com.

Lyonne's Father Debunks Gawker Gossip

's father has hit out at gossip on a celebrity sighting site claiming she looks "like she could die any minute." Lyonne, who reportedly checked herself into rehab in Malibu a few months ago, was spotted looking haggard and ill in Manhattan, according to Gawker.com's Gawker Stalker feature. The web site claims she was seen "looking like she is in a drug-induced coma," "covered in some sort of bad red rash," and "like she could die any minute." 's outspoken anti-war stance. Dollard - the former agent of regular Clooney colleague Steven Soderbergh
- is currently making a pro-war documentary about Marines fighting in Iraq. He was furious when Clooney urged more Democrats to speak out against the war and 'congratulated' himself for doing so. He tells PageSix.com, "I read something on the Internet in which someone was patting himself on the back for having the courage to oppose the war. They actually equate bravery with speaking out against the president because (losing fans) might cost them one less servant at their Italian villa ... It put me into a black rage and made me sick to my stomach." Dollard, a Republican, also attacked the way supporters of the party in the entertainment industry have been ostracized, adding, "Being a Republican in Hollywood today is not much different than being a communist in Hollywood in the 1950s. I'm not trying to overstate the case, but the reality is there is a blacklist in Hollywood. It's very McCarthy-like. It just shows the hypocrisy of the left."

, has died. He was 16-and-a-half (115 in dog years). Moose died on Thursday night of old age at his home near Los Angeles, according to his trainer Mathilde Halberg. She tells American People magazine, "He just had an incredible charisma and was such a free spirit." Halberg rescued Moose from a dog pound in the early 1990s and soon discovered he was a natural actor.
'Wyatt Earp' Star Weds

, married for the first time at a California cemetery over the weekend. O'Brian married his girlfriend of 18 years, teacher Virginia Barber, 54. The wedding, which was described as "a wedding to die for," was held at celebrity cemetery Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Los Angeles. The actor said, "This is my first, and most definitely, my last trip down the aisle." Some 300 guests witnessed the ceremony at the cemetery's Hall of Crucifixion-Resurrection, according to O'Brian's publicist, Monique Moss
