Cruise's "Spectacular" Sex Life
Tom Cruise enjoys a "spectacular" sex life with his pregnant fiancee Katie Holmes, because they have such good communications skills. The Hollywood actor reveals his sex secrets in the May issue of GQ magazine, declaring the physical act is a "by-product" of a successful pairing. Cruise enthuses, "Sex is about the connection. Great sex is a by-product, for me, of a great relationship, where you have communication and it's an extension of that. Where it's just free. And that's how it should be. It's spectacular. If you're not in good communication with your partner, it sucks. (Meaningless sex outside of a relationship) is really horrible and pathetic and lonely."
Chappelle Cites "Race" Reasons for Show Walk-Out

American funnyman Dave Chappelle has cited racial prejudice for his abrupt walk-out from hit comedy series Chappelle's Show last year. The stand-up comedian made headlines in May 2005 when he quit the show on US network Comedy Central during the third season, leaving behind a $50 million contract. He was eventually tracked down in South Africa where he said he had gone to "purify himself," and "do some soul searching" because he was unhappy with the direction in which the show was going. Chappelle tells Esquire magazine, "The bottom line was, white people Own everything, and where can a black person go and be himself or say something that's familiar to him and not have to explain or apologize? I felt like I was really pressured to settle for something that I didn't necessarily feel like I wanted. The thing about show business is that, in a way, it forces dysfunctional relationships in people."
Jackson Staves Off Bankruptcy

Pop superstar Michael Jackson has maneuvered himself out of bankruptcy by refinancing hundreds of millions of dollars in loans. The Thriller hitmaker has also negotiated a deal with record giant Sony Corp to hand over shares in his treasured The Beatles back catalogue, the New York Times reports. According to the publication, Sony could receive as much as 50 per cent of his interests. The deal would bring his stake in the catalogue down to just 25 per cent, as Sony already own half of the catalogue. Jackson has been plagued by financial problems after his prolonged child molestation trial last summer. He is speculated to be $250 million in debt, and was forced to shut down the house on his Neverland Ranch in a desperate bid to save cash.
Death Toll Rises in Indian Actor Riots
Five people are now confirmed to have been killed in riots which broke out in Bangalore, India in the wake of screen legend Rajkumar's death. Fans of the late actor - who starred in more than 200 films - were fired on by police after earlier scuffles saw 50 buses and two police vans set alight as mourners clambered to pay their last respects. Four people were killed by police gunfire, while the fifth victim, a policeman, was beaten to death by a vengeful mob in the disturbances yesterday. Rajkumar's son, also an actor, begged for calm but to little effect. He appealed "with folded hands to all of you to maintain peace" in a microphone address to the 20,000 fans who had turned out to see the body on display at a city stadium. The 77-year-old actor died on Wednesday after suffering a cardiac arrest.
Murray Slams Pregnancy Rumors

Actor Chad Michael Murray has slammed reports his 18-year-old fiancee is pregnant, insisting the couple are getting married because they are in love. The One Tree Hill star announced his engagement to Kenzie Dalton, a high school student, last week. Murray, 24, wed his One Tree Hill co-star Sophia Bush last year and the couple separated last September. Bush filed for an annulment in February, on grounds of fraud and their divorce has not been finalized. When asked by People magazine if the rumors of pregnancy were true Murray says, "Definitely not." Dalton's mother Jeannie confirms the couple are "crazy for one another." The pair have not made any final wedding plans, but Murray says he is determined to have a long-lasting relationship this time around. He adds, "(All I want is) to be 80-years-old and to have been married for 50 years and still be so in love."
Abdul "Lied" About Attack, Says Lawyer
American Idol judge Paula Abdul has been accused of fabricating claims she was attacked at a private party earlier this month. The former pop singer, who was enjoying a night out at Los Angeles hotspot Xenii, alleged Jim Lefkowitz "grabbed her by the arm and threw her against a wall", according to Los Angeles police spokeswoman April Harding. But Lefkowitz insists he has not been called in for questioning because Abdul's accusations are entirely unfounded. His lawyer Michael Nasatir tells PageSix.com, "The press accounts of the so-called altercation between Jim Lefkowitz and Paula Abdul at Xenii last Sunday morning are completely outrageous and utterly false. Mr. Lefkowitz did not have an argument with Ms Abdul nor did he have any physical contact with her whatsoever. He was merely an innocent bystander at an unfortunate incident." Abdul was said to have suffered concussion and spinal injuries as a result of the attack. Sources tell the website she concocted the elaborate story to cover up her eviction from the club for drunken behavior.
'Dallas' Movie To Be Made in Florida

Film executives in Dallas, Texas are furious the big screen remake of the popular television show Dallas is going to be shot in Florida. The new Dallas movie, which reportedly will star John Travolta, Jennifer Lopez and Shirley MacLaine, is scheduled to begin shooting later this year. The film will be shot in Jacksonville, Florida because city officials offered filmmakers a refund of 15 per cent of all money spent on production up to $2 million. The Dallas Film Commission is calling the decision "a horrible black eye to the state of Texas" and are still trying to convince the film studio to change its mind.
Spacey: "I'll Stick Out Theatre Contract"
Kevin Spacey is determined to complete his 10 year contract as artistic director at London theatre the Old Vic, despite criticism of his management. The actor recently cut short the run of Arthur Miller's Resurrection Blues following poor reviews and announced the summer closure of the theatre. But he insists he "more determined than ever" to make the theatre he took over in 2003 a success. He says, "This the middle of our second season, it's very early going, nothing has put me off from our goal and our plan. I don't think that 18 months in, that anyone needs to apologize for having done a program that's brought 425,000 people into the theatre. That's nearly more than two times the number of people that came into the Old Vic in the previous two seasons. We must be doing something right even though 11 or 12 people who write for newspapers don't particularly like what we've done."
Hanks Hails 'Space Odyssey' As His Favorite Film

Oscar-winning actor Tom Hanks has hailed sci-fi adventure 2001: A Space Odyssey as his favorite film of all time. The Forrest Gump star insists he "can't see enough" of the 1968 Stanley Kubrick-directed movie, because it involves the audience in a unique way. He says, "That's what I'm looking for when I go to see a film, just like any other cinema-goer. The period, the topic or the genre don't matter to me. The only thing that matters for me is: 'boy, what would you do if that were you?"' He also listed 1972 mafia movie The Godfather, crime thriller Fargo, violent high school drama Elephant and Boogie Nights among his top five all-time favorites.

The 19-year-old will fly out to the East African country with charity organization One Campaign after she finishes work on new John Lennon movie Chapter 27.
