H&M Drop Moss After Drug Shame

Swedish fashion chain H&M have dropped disgraced supermodel Kate Moss after a British newspaper published photographs of the beauty allegedly snorting cocaine. The photos in Thursday's Daily Mirror newspaper appear to show Moss indulging in the hard drug during a recording session with on/off boyfriend Pete Doherty and his band Babyshambles in a London studio. Despite Moss' apologies to H&M and their initial acceptance of her regrets, the clothing store have now decided to remove Moss from their $1.8 million advertising campaign. A statement from the company reads, "H&M is strongly against drugs and for many years has actively supported the drug preventing organization Mentor Foundation. After having evaluated the situation, H&M has decided that a campaign with Kate Moss is inconsistent with H&M's clear dissociation of drugs."
O'Connell and Romijn Confirm They're Engaged
Jerry O'Connell and Rebecca Romijn have confirmed reports they are set to get married. Earlier this month, reports said the couple were planning a low-key New Year's Eve ceremony, and while they won't confirm the date, they admit they're planning to become husband and wife. O'Connell, 31, proposed to Romijn, 32, over the weekend in the New York City apartment he grew up in. They say in a joint statement, "We couldn't be happier and are looking forward to the next chapter of our lives." Romijn's divorce from actor John Stamos was granted in March, almost a full year after their split was announced. She began dating O'Connell last year.
Chesney Was Too Busy for Marriage

Country star Kenny Chesney believes he had "too much" on his hands to make his marriage to Renee Zellweger a success. Last week, the couple shocked fans when they announced they were seeking to annul their marriage just four months after exchanging nuptials in the Caribbean. And Chesney admits he struggled to balance his personal life with his hugely successful career. He tells Country Weekly, "I'm all right. I'm good. There have been better times, but I'll be okay. I hit everything so hard this year. I had the biggest tour I've ever done, I had a record to finish that was real important to me, and, of course, I had something new in my personal life and I was trying to do that too. It really ended up being too much. I'm tired right now, but by next year, I'll be excited to get back to it. And it'll be about the music again, not about the sideshow." In court papers, Zellweger listed "fraud" as the reason for the break-up.
Ritchie and Madonna Booed at 'Revolver' Premiere

British film-maker Guy Ritchie and his wife Madonna were booed at the London premiere of his new movie Revolver last night - because they refused to sign autographs for expectant fans. Jason Statham, the movie's lead actor, spent almost an hour signing autographs and posing for photographs in the British capital's Leicester Square, but Ritchie and Madonna paid little attention to the 2,000-strong crowd. The singer suffered a multitude of serious injuries - including a broken little finger, five cracked ribs and a double fracture to her shoulder blade - in a horse-riding accident at her English country estate last month. And she was glad to step back from the limelight for her husband's big night: "This is fun for me. I get to dress up and show up." Revolver has been slated by movie critics in the run-up to its release.

Speaking at New York's Higher Ground benefit on Saturday, the outspoken stars - who also included Danny Glover and Harry Belafonte - took the opportunity to criticize the Bush administration over its handling of the catastrophe in America's Gulf Coast region. Good Morning Vietnam Star Williams, who took the Lincoln Center stage pretending to be a hurricane, told the crowd he was heading for Bush's home in Kennebunkport, Maine, to "see if they respond any quicker". Veteran funnyman Cosby said, "The people who got into office forgot about the people." Lethal Weapon actor Glover said, "When the hurricane struck, it did not turn the region into a Third World country - it revealed one," while crooner Belafonte added, "Katrina was not unforeseeable. It was the result of a political structure that abdicates its responsibility." Other stars who asked viewers of the televised event to donate money to the hurricane relief fund included Robert De Niro, Meryl Streep and Laurence Fishburne, while Bette Midler and Paul Simon were among the performers.
Mullally Injured During "Silly Dancing" Session
Will & Grace star Megan Mullally is nursing a leg injury, after a recent bout of "silly dancing" went awry. The actress needed help getting on and off the stage at Sunday's Emmy Awards, where she and Donald Trump performed their contest-winning rendition of the theme tune from classic TV series Green Acres. And Mullally, who sought medical treatment on Monday, admits she caused her own injury after she got a little too excited at home. She says, "I rehearsed with Donald Trump the day before yesterday and then we went home and we had the TV on. There was a stupid commercial with silly music and I was sort of cavorting. I was doing silly dancing and I went up in the air, came down and couldn't walk. I think I tore a muscle in my calf, apparently, so we'll see. I called my doctor. She said, 'Go to the emergency room.' So I go and we waited around and I went in and they go, 'Oh yeah, you hurt your foot, you have to go to the doctor.'"
DiScala's Marriage Over?
The Sopranos star Jamie-Lynn DiScala's marriage to her manager AJ has reportedly come to an end. TV show Access Hollywood reports that the couple split for good over a month ago. They exchanged nuptials on July 11, 2003, in Brooklyn, New York City, and bucking a Hollywood trend, the actress immediately changed her last name from Sigler to DiScala. At the time she explained, "I'm traditional that way. Once we have children, I'd love for them to have the same name as their mom." The couple have no children together. In recent weeks, DiScala has been linked to club promoter Keith Collins, although she's yet to confirm or deny the reports.
Yogi Berra Settles 'Sex and the City' Spat

Baseball legend Yogi Berra has reached a settlement with TV network TBS in his $10 million lawsuit over the use of his name in a Sex And The City ad campaign. While bosses at Tbs have not commented on the settlement, Berra's lawyer Louis Smoley says both parties have agreed to mediation and the payout was "substantial". Berra was outraged after learning his name was included in a multiple-choice quiz asking consumers the definition of "Yogasm" in print ads on buses and subways plugging Sex And The City. The three possible answers were (a) a type of yo-yo; (b) sex with Yogi Berra; or (c) what ( Kim Cattrall's character) Samantha has with a guy from yoga class. In the suit filed in New York Supreme Court, the retired sports star said he had been tainted by the ad, pointing out he is a married grandfather and a "deeply religious man who has maintained and continues to maintain a moral lifestyle".
