Bloom and Bosworth Rekindle Romance

Movie hunk Orlando Bloom has finally won back his ex-girlfriend Kate Bosworth - after ending their two-year romance in January . The sexy 28-year-old met the Blue Crush actress on the set of a Gap advert in 2003, but separated from her two years later, because their hectic filming schedules prevented them from having a stable relationship. But Bloom spent a staggering $6,000 for a night in Los Angeles' exclusive Chateau Marmont Hotel last Saturday to secretly discuss his future with Bosworth. And he told British newspaper The Sun she had agreed to give their relationship a second chance. He says, "Nobody knows about us yet. "We are doing our best but we're taking it very slowly and very carefully to see if we can make it. "Tonight will be our last night together before Kate leaves for filming. She'll be gone for ten days so we are going to spend the evening together with a video and a meal." A close friend adds, "Orlando's determined to keep Kate this time. He got swallowed up in Hollywood life but finally realized nothing makes him happier than Kate."

Tarantino Dismisses Links to 'Friday the 13th' Sequel

Maverick film-maker Quentin Tarantino has rubbished reports he intends to direct a new entry in the Friday the 13th franchise. But the Kill Bill creator has confirmed studio New Line approached him with the idea of reviving the long-running slasher series about beyond-the-grave serial killer Jason Voorhees, reports website Empireonline.Com. Tarantino says, "What's happening with Friday the 13th? Nothing at all. It's a complete lie. "I like Jason and everything, but I've no intention of directing a movie. New Line talked to me about it, but it was a complete fabrication, that article. "I would love to do a horror film. I'm just saying it's not going to be Friday The 13th." Instead, Tarantino plans to push ahead with his long-gestating World War II project, Inglorious Bastards. He says, "My next film is probably going to be Inglorious Bastards. I've written scenes. I've written a lot of it but now I have to sit down and start putting it together in a script that I can start shooting. And that's a different thing."

Jackson Aide Set to Reveal All About Kidnapping Conspiracy

One of Michael Jackson's most trusted aides is set to turn on the King of Pop after revealing he has journals and taped phone conversations detailing plans to intimidate his child molestation accuser and his family. Music producer Rudy Provencio was one of Jackson's trusted inner circle in early 2003, when allegations of child molestation and conspiracy to kidnap started to circulate around the pop superstar. According to American news show Celebrity Justice, Provencio attended meetings at Neverland, kept a journal at that time and recorded all phone conversations between himself and Jackson. Prosecution sources claim Provencio heard the entire alleged conspiracy to kidnap Jackson's accuser and his family, and wrote it all down in his daily journal, which he has kept for years. After he was presented with a warrant to seize the journal and his phone records, Provencio voluntarily surrendered the potentially incriminating evidence. And now he'll testify that Jackson had full knowledge of, and participated in, the alleged conspiracy to intimidate the accuser's family and get them out of the country for good.

Stiles's Rep Clears Up Legal Battle

Julia Stiles's publicist has stepped in to clear up the complex legal battle that the actress is fighting with two members of her New York production company. Mara Buxbaum explains that a New York Supreme Court judge has preserved the status quo so that Julia Stiles's former partners cannot go forward with the option to develop Sylvia Plath's "The Bell Jar" without Stiles's participation. Stiles sought the injunction to prevent members of Smithy Films LLC from transferring the intellectual property rights to option the movie adaptation of "The Bell Jar" without the actress' involvement. Buxbaum states, "They were trying to steal the rights away from her, and she filed suit to stop that from happening." The publicist also insists that Stiles "did not lose the part" of Plath's lead character in the book, Esther Greenwood, as previously reported. She says, "Indeed, there is no director at all yet, the option has not been exercised yet."

Fonda: 'My Husband Made Me Sleep with Women'

Veteran screen goddess Jane Fonda's late husband Roger Vadim bullied her into seducing women to join them in orgies. The 67-year-old says that Vadim, who directed her in Barbarella, forced her to phone escort companies and chat up girls in bars so they could take part in his "cruel and misogynistic" sex sessions. She says in her autobiography My Life So Far, due out in April, "It seems shocking that I did that, but I convinced myself that it was fine, even though it was killing my heart." Fonda ended her six-year marriage to Vadim in 1973, and has never previously admitted to the group sex sessions she was forced to participate in.

Dawson Charges Dismissed

Sexy actress Rosario Dawson is celebrating today after disorderly conduct and obstructing government administration charges against her were dismissed in New York. The Alexander star, 25, was arrested last year for breaking a little-known New York state rule, which forbids protestors from covering their faces, while filming a scene for a new film in the midst of a real-life rally at the Republican National Convention. But this morning, a Manhattan judge dismissed charges against Dawson and two others, who were arrested while filming movie scenes for new film This Revolution. The actress says, "I'm happy how this all went down."

Parker Slams Cosmetic Surgery Reports

Actress Sarah Jessica Parker has quashed reports she's undergone cosmetic procedures to help her achieve a youthful appearance. The former Sex and the City star is repulsed by the increasing number of female celebrities who are enlisting chemical and surgical means to freshen up their faces, especially when she's sitting next to an older woman who looks younger than her. And she's urging Hollywood to stamp out the cosmetic surgery "epidemic" sweeping the glitzy movie town. She says, "I've had no Botox, no collagen, nothing. I have lines, but if some of my peers weren't having things done, I wouldn't think about it. It's hard sitting in a room with people who are younger and older than me who don't have any lines. It's like an epidemic."

Kutcher Offends at Daytona 500

Hollywood actor Ashton Kutcher caused great offence at last month's Daytona 500, when he referred to the race as "the most redneck sport on the planet". Kutcher was chosen to host the honorary starter at the Florida event, but things soon got a little heated when Nascar bosses had a word with him about his attire. He says, "I offended the people down there... They got upset with me. "I'm doing a little press conference thing 'cause I'm the honorary starter and when I went down they told me that I couldn't wear blue jeans to the race. They said I had to wear khaki pants and like business attire. "So I'm in the press conference and I'm telling 'em about it and I'm like, 'This is like the most redneck sport on the planet and I can't wear blue jeans!' And when I said redneck they (gasped) like I was saying something horrible. I'm like, 'No! I'm a redneck. It's okay!' "But I've never watched a race in khakis before. And then I'm up there, starting the race... and I look out in the audience and I got my khakis on and nobody else has got khakis on... I felt really overdressed and uncomfortable."

Spears Slashes Apartment Asking Price

Pop superstar Britney Spears has been forced to slash the asking price for her luxurious New York apartment, because it has struggled to attract potential buyers in the nine months it's been up for sale. The "Born To Make You Happy" beauty purchased the East Village pad before marrying dancer Kevin Federline last year - and it has since become surplus to requirements. House hunters will have to match the current $5.2 million asking price - the loft-style home was previously available at an inflated $5.9 million. Spears bought the three-bedroom abode which comes complete with a roof-top terrace and a solarium for $3 million in 2002. Previous owners include Rolling Stones guitarist Keith Richards and hip-hop mogul Russell Simmons.

Female Preacher Dead at 56

R&B legend Lyn Collins died of cardiac arrhythmia at a hospital in Pasadena, California, on Sunday. She was 56. Collins made her name as one of James Brown's backing singers, and earned the nickname "Female Preacher" for her wailing vocals. Her voice was also sampled on Rob Base and DJ E-Z Rock's 1988 hip-hop hit "It Takes Two" and has since been used by Ludacris. Collins was visiting family and friends California when she fell ill last week. She was due to embark on a tour next month . The singer was forced to limit her touring in recent years because of rheumatoid arthritis.

Billy Joel Back in Rehab

Rocker Billy Joel has returned to a rehabilitation clinic, his publicist has confirmed. The 54-year-old singer/songwriter checked into a New York hospital in February after experiencing severe gastric pains. His representative says, "Following a recent bout of severe gastro-intestinal distress, Billy Joel has checked himself into an undisclosed rehabilitation facility for treatment of alcohol abuse. "Mr Joel has asked that his privacy be respected." Joel has been hospitalized three other times in the past three years: twice for minor injuries sustained when his car crashed in Long Island, and once for rehab - spending 10 days at Connecticut's Silver Hill Hospital, a clinic specializing in drug and alcohol treatment.
