Pitt and Aniston's Showdown Over Fortune
Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston are set for a bitter legal battle over their $190 million fortune after failing to sign a pre-nuptial agreement. The former Hollywood golden couple - who announced the end of their four-year marriage earlier this month - face a showdown over their combined assets, which include a $15.2 million mansion, a $5. 7 million yacht, a ranch and film company, Plan B. A source tells British newspaper The People, "Lawyers are already giving them advice that is not in the other's best interest. That's the way it goes in Hollywood. A major row is on the cards. It's only a matter of time. The word in the divorce community is nobody did a prenup. That's surprising because of the huge sum of money involved."
Jolie Hits Back at Break-Up Rumors
Angelina Jolie has blasted reports she destroyed Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston's marriage - insisting she was merely a "shoulder to cry on" for the hunky actor. Since Pitt and Aniston announced the end of their union on January 7, Jolie has been the focus of gossips who claim she had an affair with the screen heart-throb on the set of their movie Mr And Mrs Smith - which ultimately ended his marriage. But while 29-year-old Jolie admits she formed a close friendship with Pitt working on the movie last year, she's rubbished speculation their bond developed into romance. Instead, she hints their marriage was ruined by the non-existence of children in their household. Jolie says, "I've been painted as the Wicked Witch of the West and a marriage wrecker. But all I've ever been to Brad is a shoulder to cry on. Half the world believes we had an affair and I'm the one to blame for his split. But the truth is I was there to try to help him through his pain. He longs to be a father and he's been in emotional turmoil for a long time because that hasn't happened for him."
Jamie Foxx Fights for Stolen Sex Photos
Jamie Foxx has hit back at a fan who plans to make compromising X-rated pictures of the Ray star public, insisting the candid photos were stolen from a crawl space in his Las Vegas, Nevada, home. Mark Filthian claims he legally took a box of photos of Foxx engaged in sexual activity from a dumpster near his house, and he's now suing the Oscar favorite after becoming the victim of abuse by the actor's aides. He alleges in court papers that he was beaten with "fists and furniture" by two of Foxx's associates, who took most of the photos he had in his possession. But Foxx, who denies hiring the men or being part of any illegal attempt to get the photos back, insists Filthian is trading stolen property - and he wants the photos back, even though he feels they're far from harmful. In an upcoming GQ article, Foxx says, "There's no farm animals involved, there is no men involved. And to be honest with you, they're nice." According to American legal show Celebrity Justice, the candid shots are currently in the possession of a Phoenix, Arizona, businessman, who has brokered deals for nude pictures of other celebrities. He plans to publish them when he's sure they weren't stolen.
Neeson In Talks To Play Abraham Lincoln

Northern Ireland native Liam Neeson is set to take star in another biopic - as celebrated American President Abraham Lincoln. The actor is currently in talks with director Steven Spielberg to take on the lead role in the film, which will follow the US leader as he guides the North to victory in the Civil War. Spielberg, currently working on War Of The Worlds with Tom Cruise, has expressed a desire to make a movie about Lincoln since 2001, when the rights to the upcoming biography The Uniter: The Genius Of Abraham Lincoln were bought by Dreamworks. Neeson, who was nominated for a Golden Globe for his portrayal of sex researcher Alfred Kinsey in the controversial film Kinsey, earned an Oscar nomination for playing Oskar Schindler in Spielberg's Schindler's List.
Farrell Sued Over Dirty Phone Calls
Colin Farrell is being sued by a model who is suffering from "mental anguish" after he plagued her with sordid phone calls. The Alexander star, 28, reportedly inundated former sex chat line worker Dessarae Bradford with more than 500 filthy text messages since September - boasting of his sexual conquests and indulging in phone sex. Bradford - who claims Farrell's antics left her feeling degraded - is suing him for "breach of contract, return of erotic tape and art, cost of dress, shoes and accessories" and wants $4,750 in damages when her bid is heard in California's Santa Monica small claims court on February 16. She says, "In the beginning it was cute. As we built our relationship I started to realize there was something deeply and darkly wrong with him. I spent hours on the phone with him talking him through his hangovers and sexual escapades. Sometimes we even had phone sex. It started out as a lot of fun. He told me he wanted to meet me... But as fate would have it, Colin stood me up."
Olsen Twins Separate

Teen actresses Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen are going their separate ways - the twins have now decided to live apart. Pals of the 18-year-old beauties tell America's Star magazine Mary-Kate will move out of their New York City apartment and into a spacious loft of her own. A source says, "Mary-Kate and Ashley want to do the independent thing and live on their own. They're twins, and I think they just want to find their own identities. They don't want to be identified as the same person." While the twins' representative Michael Pagnotta has declined to comment on the stars' living arrangements, he insists there isn't a rift between the pair. He explains, "They do a lot of things together and a lot of things individually. They're good friends; all this rift stuff is nonsense." One pal says Mary-Kate will be moving away from the TriBeCa home she shares with Ashley because she wants a place better suited to her favored pastime of painting. Despite her plans to move, sources say they're likely to be living together again once construction on their $7.3 million apartment in the West Village's Morton Square is completed later this year.
Nemcova: "I've Not Profitted from Tsunami Injuries"

Supermodel Petra Nemcova has hit out at reports she was paid $1.5 million by an American magazine to pose for pictures while laying injured in a Thai hospital. The Czech catwalk queen broke a pelvis and suffered internal injuries in the tsunami that struck south east Asia on December 26. Nemcova, who was last week flown home to hospital in the Czech capital Prague, was snapped by Us Weekly magazine while still in Thailand. But she insists she refused to be paid for the shots, instead asking the publicat ion to donate all money raised from the photos to the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF), who are helping children affected by the deadly wave. Nemcova is, meanwhile, recovering slowly and is still bedridden and unable to walk. The 25-year-old was holidaying with her photographer boyfriend Simon Atlee in the Thai resort of Phuket over Christmas. She survived by clinging onto a tree for hours after her cabin was destroyed and she was swept away by a wave, but 33-year-old Englishman Atlee is missing presumed dead.
Newlyweds Sympathize with Pitt and Aniston

Singers and Newlyweds stars Jessica Simpson and Nick Lachey sympathize with Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston's recent split because they've also suffered under the media's scrutiny. The pop couple allowed cameras to chart the ups and downs of their marriage for the MTV reality show and subsequently became victims of the public's obsession with their private life. But they insist Pitt and Aniston could have saved their relationship if they'd accepted fame attracts gossip and media intrusion. Simpson explains, "Fame definitely puts pressure on a marriage. Especially when so many things are untrue, it really becomes an issue. But, you know, you learn early on in this business that with success, you're fair game to that. And you just have to learn to really have tough skin and let it just roll right off. We've kind of put ourselves out there for that. But it's always a difficult thing when you hear things that are being made up."
Kidman Takes Minimum Wage for 'Eucalyptus'
Nicole Kidman will be paid just $570-a-week to star in her next movie - less than half what her make-up artist will earn. The Oscar winner is accepting the Australian minimum wage to appear alongside Russell Crowe in Eucalyptus, in a bid to help the country's movie industry. Kidman recently hit out at speculation about her earnings. When asked about her salary for Eucalyptus, she snapped, "(Salary stories are) intrusive. Do you ask your neighbor what are they earning for their job? Why should I have to put up with it?"
Anderson Turned Down Hatcher's 'Housewives' Role
Pamela Anderson bitterly regrets turning down Teri Hatcher's role in hit comedy Desperate Housewives. The former Baywatch star claims she was approached to play divorced single mother Susan Mayer in the ABC show last year before Hatcher was approached. Anderson says, "Blonde is my trademark so I said no. Now I could kick myself as the show is simply great. I am hoping to persuade them to give me a guest star role."
