Dennis Quaid is heading up the aisle again after proposing to girlfriend Kimberly Buffington. The movie star, who was previously married to When Harry Met Sally star Meg Ryan, met the Texas- based real estate manager last year when Quaid played a gig with his rock band The Sharks in Austin. The couple haven't announced a date for their nuptials. It will be Quaid's third marriage. The Far From Heaven star is currently riding high in disaster epic The Day After Tomorrow and will be seen next in action remake The Flight of the Phoenix.
Weinsteins in Talks with Fox?

Hollywood heavyweights Harvey Weinstein and Bob Weinstein are reportedly planning to quit Disney and take their Miramax studio to 20th Century Fox. The brothers are thought to have fallen out with Disney bosses after they rejected Michael Moore's Palme D'Or-winning film Fahrenheit 9/11 - reportedly fearing the controversial anti- George W. Bush movie would jeopardize alleged tax breaks afforded to their Florida theme parks by the state's governor, George's brother Jeb Bush. And now they are considering striking a deal to take the hugely successful studio - behind hits Chicago, Shakespeare In Love and Good Will Hunting - to Rupert Murdoch's Fox. A source tells American newspaper the New York Daily News, "There are four scenarios. They could stay with Disney. They could leave Disney with the name but not their 500-film library. They could leave Disney with the library but not the name. Or they could leave with nothing and start over. Notice that three out of the four involve leaving Disney."
Cuthbert To Wed
The Girl Next Door beauty Elisha Cuthbert is celebrating after becoming engaged to her boyfriend Trace Ayala, a personal assistant to pop star Justin Timberlake. The 21-year-old actress - who rocketed to fame playing Kim Bauer in hit TV series 24 - accepted Ayala's romantic proposal last week, according to Britain's The Sun newspaper. In April Cuthbert angrily denied reports she was romancing Timberlake after she was spotted sneaking into the "Cry Me A River" star's Dublin, Ireland hotel - an event which forced her to inform the world she was actually paying her beau of one year a visit. She said, "Those rumors about Justin and I put me in an awkward position, as I was actually seeing his best mate Trace Ayala and have been for the past year. I'd been friends with Justin and met Trace afterwards, we got on brilliantly although we don't get to spend as much time together as we'd like." It's not yet known when the happy couple will wed.
J.Lo's Man Divorces
Marc Anthony is free to become the third Mr. Jennifer Lopez, after a judge in the Dominican Republic approved his divorce from former Miss Universe Dayanara Torres on Tuesday. Latin singer Anthony must pay Torres $3,500 a month in alimony, plus $13,000 a month to support their children Cristian, three and nine- month-old Ryan. Ending the couple's four month union, Judge Maritza Capellan told the court in Santo Domingo, "It's fitting to accept this divorce by mutual consent." Lawyers for Anthony and Torres said in a joint statement that their "clients remain close friends and are pleased to resolve this matter amicably". Although representatives for Lopez and Anthony insist they are not engaged, sources claim the pair may be planning to marry - just months after J.Lo's canceled wedding to actor ex Ben Affleck.
Timberlake's Legal Battle with "Menacing" Photographer

Pop hunk Justin Timberlake had a terrifying confrontation with a threatening photographer who has now filed a complaint with police after the singer's friend Robert Bonner confiscated his camera. The singer and Bonner were followed last Wednesday by lensman Artemus Lister who aggressively confronted them in the parking garage as they drove to the Sports Club LA in Beverly Hills. A police report says, "Lister went very close - less than an arm's length away - and began taking pictures. Due to his aggressive behavior, Bonner took the camera from him and dropped it off with the building's security." Timberlake's representative Ken Sunshine says, "A 'stalkerazzi' was being unbelievably aggressive and dangerous in trying to take pictures of Justin. On his way to the health club. Lister drove really close, cut him off and when they got out of the car he was really abusive and menaced him. The situation with 'stalkerazzi' is completely out of control in Los Angeles. The stakes seem to be bigger and the tailing of celebrities in cars is unbelievably dangerous. Somebody is going to get killed unless something is done about this."
Beckinsale Blasts Insensitive 'Pearl Harbor' Director

British movie star Kate Beckinsale hated the Pearl Harbor experience because she was made to feel ugly by the movie moguls behind the blockbuster. The pretty Van Helsing star turned to co-star Ben Affleck to help her deal with awful feelings of insecurity when insensitive director Michael Bay bluntly explained she was picked for the film because she wasn't beautiful. The actress says, "It freaked me out because I was so pleased with myself, having lost the 70 pounds after my pregnancy. I wasn't exactly what they had in mind, and when they publicized the movie, Michael would continue to say, 'We cast Kate because she wasn't too attractive.' I did find that quite upsetting and my self-esteem took a real blow from it... I became quite insecure because I was told a lot that I wasn't pretty enough. Ben Affleck was very open about it. 'This is what goes on, ' he said, and I really needed somebody to tell me it wasn't just me."
Schwimmer Single Again

Former Friends star David Schwimmer is single again - after splitting from New York rock babe Gina Lee. Schwimmer, 37, started dating singer and former model Lee, 26, in January after ending his long-term relationship with Carla Alapont at Christmas. According to friends of the stunning pop star, Lee dumped Schwimmer last week, claiming she had little in common with the Hollywood actor. A pal explains Lee began dating the actor only two weeks after splitting from her Unisex Salon bandmate and ex-fiance Kenyon Phillips, saying, "He was her rebound man."
Lee Anxious About Gyllenhaal and Ledger's Gay Kiss
Hulk director Ang Lee could disappoint gay fans by cutting the homosexual kiss between hunky actors Jake Gyllenhaal and Heath Ledger from his latest film Brokeback Mountain. The Day After Tomorrow star Gyllenhaal has confessed that he has had homosexual crushes and is willing to snog Ledger - but Lee is anxious about filming the explicit parts of Annie Proulx's novel about two cowboys who fall in love. Gyllenhaal reveals, "We were talking about the kissing in the movie just recently. Clearly, it's pretty challenging material, but Ang said two men herding sheep was far more sexual than two men having sex on screen."
Lohan Begs Duff To End Feud

Actress Lindsay Lohan has again pleaded with her teen rival Hilary Duff to end their escalating feud, by reassuring the Cheaper By The Dozen star her career is "going great". Lohan, 17, has been embroiled in a bitter war of words with Duff since they were both dating pop heart-throb Aaron Carter at the same time - but the Freaky Friday beauty can't understand why her nemesis is still fueling the feud. She says, "Maybe she has a problem with me, but I don't think she should. She doesn't need that. Her career is going great."
Bruce & Brooke Split
Bruce Willis and his girlfriend of 10 months, Brooke Burns, have split. Sources tell America's People magazine that the couple decided to end their romance because they were struggling to spend time together. Burns, 26, has been filming new surf drama North Shore in Hawaii for the past two months, while Willis likes to spend his spare time with his daughters and ex-wife Demi Moore.
