Jennifer Love Hewitt Vandalizes Restaurant

Jennifer Love Hewitt thoroughly enjoyed March's World Music Awards - because she got the chance to become a vandal. Jen, 23, was asked to co-host at the lavish bash held in Monaco and while there, she learned a whole new meaning for the term party crasher. She says, "On the first night, we went to this restaurant that when you are done eating, you can take your plates and chairs and smash them into little itty-bitty pieces in this thick fire pit. Shaggy and I were throwing chairs. I actually got a little too into it. I grabbed a huge table with help from Shakira's band and threw it into the fire. I figured this is the one time in my life that I am going to be able to break a bunch of stuff and not feel bad. I definitely let out my inner rock star."

Farrow Won't Help With Allen Tribute

Mia Farrow showed their was no love lost between her and former beau Woody Allen when she banned a clip of her being used in a tribute to him. Farrow, who split from Allen in 1996, refused to co-operate when asked for a clip of her performances to be used in the forthcoming Turner Classic Movies tribute to the director. Producers wanted to use Farrow's acting in Alice, The Purple Rose Of Cairo and Hannah And Her Sisters, but the actress put her foot down. A Tcm spokesman says, "She was the one who vetoed the clips. He in this case is the innocent victim."

Lolita Admits Excess

Hollywood star Dominique Swain has confessed she has battled an alcohol and drug habit. The 21-year-old actress - who shot to fame after her role as the 12-year-old object of Jeremy Irons desires in the controversial 1997 film Lolita - admits she developed a nasty habit which climaxed a year ago. Swain says, "I got hammered at my boyfriend's birthday party in front of about 150 of our closest friends, and I fell down some stairs. I think my reputation was becoming pretty horrible." But Swain insists she is through the worst of her troubles and is now happily sober, saying, "I don't drink at all anymore."

Bratt To Wed Bond Babe

Hurley's Sister: Damian Looks Like "Beast" Bing

Elizabeth Hurley's sister Kate has branded the actress' ex- boyfriend Steve Bing "a beast" - but says her sibling's new baby looks like him. Kate launched a stinging attack on Bing - who denies he is the father of Hurley's newly born child Damian, despite the star's claims to the contrary - because she says her famous sister has been reduced to tears since the birth because of his behaviour. The literary agent was reported to have said at an after-party for the London premier of About A Boy, which stars the actress' ex- partner Hugh Grant, on Sunday, "It's tough for her, she has been in tears. I was with her when she left the hospital and she was in floods of tears about the whole thing." However, Kate says her sister's parentage claims are supported by the 12-day-old baby boy's appearance. She said, "Let's just say that Damian looks like both sets of parents." Liz, currently staying out of the public eye in her singer friend Sir Elton John's Windsor, England residence, is thought to have brokered a $2.1 million magazine deal for the first pictures of her and her first child.

Johnny Depp's A Father Again

Johnny Depp is celebrating after his girlfriend Vanessa Paradis gave birth to their second child. The French singer, 29, is recovering from the birth at home after baby boy Jack arrived on 10th April in a hospital at Neuilly, just outside Paris. The bundle of joy weighed 7.05 pounds (3.2 kilos). The glamorous couple already have a two-year daughter Lily-Rose.

Pammy 'Elated' At Kid's Proposal

Pamela Anderson is over the moon that Kid Rock has proposed to her, according to her publicist. Pam, 34, is set to tie the knot for the second time with 31-year-old Rock, real name Bob Ritchie, after he proposed on Thursday night outdoors in the Las Vegas desert. Publicist Marleah Leslie confirms that Rock gave Pammy a ring although no date has been set, adding, "She's elated." The couple began dating in April 2001 when they met backstage at VH1's diva salute to Aretha Franklin at Radio City Music Hall in New York City. It will be the second marriage for the pneumatic blonde, who is locked in a nasty child custody battle over sons Brandon and Dylan with rocker Tommy Lee. Rock has a young son whom he raises with the help of his sister in northern Michigan, but he's never been married.

Diaz Predicts Oscar Glory For Gangs

Cameron Diaz has blasted reports new flick Gangs Of New York has been delayed because it's a dud. The Martin Scorsese movie was first scheduled to be released last year, but after speculation that Scorsese and bosses at Miramax were unhappy with the film, it was first put back to this summer and now until Christmas Day. But leading lady Diaz - who stars alongside Leonardo DiCaprio - insists the movie will be a masterpiece. She says, "People think that something's wrong with it because it keeps getting delayed. But it's Miramax and Martin Scorsese together." And she is even tipping the flick for Academy Award success next year. Cameron adds, "The film has been pushed from this summer to next fall. That smells like Oscar to me! I think everyone's very happy with it."

Hugh: I'd Love To Be A Dad

Hugh Grant's latest film has given him a taste for fatherhood - which he won't be exercising on former lover Liz Hurley's new son. Grant attended the premiere of his new film About A Boy on Sunday night at London's Odeon Leicester Square. He plays a man who cannot commit to women but who develops a father-son relationship with a 12-year-old boy, and admitted he's thinking about fatherhood himself. He said, "I have always wanted to be a dad, it would be marvellous to be a father." But despite mass speculation that he will play a surrogate dad to his ex's new arrival Damian, the actor kept mum on the subject, responding to questions with a curt, "I just don't have any answers for you." Guests at the premiere included designer Valentino, singer Dannii Minogue, Sir Elton John's partner David Furnish and Badly Drawn Boy, who provided the soundtrack for the movie. Grant's love interest Rachel Weisz was absent, but co-stars Toni Collette and Victoria Smurfit made an appearance.

Helena's Corset Nightmares

Helena Bonham Carter is terrified she'll never be able to escape her period drama image. Despite recent roles in Hollywood hits Fight Club and Planet Of The Apes, Tim Burton's current girlfriend is still more famous for her parts in classic English flicks like Howards End. She despairs, "I could play 5,000 drug addicts and I'd still be known as Mrs Corset Queen."
