After being released on her own recognizance following a late-night arrest in New York City, Amanda Bynes took to Twitter to speak directly to the world.

Singer Kellie Pickler, 26, and partner Derek Hough became the proud owners of the much-coveted mirror ball trophy on May 21, narrowly beating out Disney Channel star Zendaya Coleman, 16, and her partner Val Chmerkovskiy. The two couples were neck-in-neck at the top of the leaderboard for much the competition.
At first unable to hear the winning announcement when it was delivered live, Pickler jumped for joy when Hough informed her of their big achievement.
"This is amazing," said the singer with delighted shock. "Oh my god!"
The victory marks DWTS pro Derek Hough's fourth win on the show.

After her late-night arrest, Amanda Bynes (pictured above in the blonde wig) was escorted into Manhattan police station this morning where the judge eventually released her on her own recognizance. She's due back in court on July 9.

Bynes, who was taken into custody after police were called to her apartment building and saw the actress dispose of a bong out her window, was charged with Reckless Endangerment in the Second Degree, Attempted Tampering with Physical Evidence and Unlawful Possession Of Marijuana.

People.com reports Bynes' lawyer claimed the police illegally followed her into her apartment. Judge Neil Ross also told Bynes that if she gets arrested again, or fails to return to court on July 9, he is going to "set a significant bail."

Amanda Bynes was arrested at her New York apartment on Thursday for reckless endangerment, tampering with physical evidence and physical position of marijuana, police have confirmed to Et.

A local NBC news station reports that the doorman at Bynes' building called police to report that the actress had been smoking marijuana in the lobby of her Midtown apartment. Bynes, 27, allegedly tried to discard of a bong when police showed up and took her into custody.
The local station goes on to report that Bynes was taken to Roosevelt Hospital for "psychiatric evaluation" before heading to the Midtown police station.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, a fan bid $1.5 million to be seated next to Leonardo DiCaprio on a Virgin Galactic flight into space. The trip, arranged by Harvey Weinstein, reportedly benefits the AmFAR Cinema Against AIDS charity.
Prior to the event, the voyage was touted as "a once-in-a-lifetime trip to space with a mystery guest," the news source reports.

Helen Mirren -- who won an Oscar for portraying Queen Elizabeth II in the 2006 film The Queen -- dressed up in her royal best again to fulfill the wish of a dying boy whose request to meet the actual queen was denied.
Mirren, 67, heard about 10-year-old British boy Oliver Burton -- who was born with Down syndrome and is currently facing a third battle with cancer -- and invited him and his family to a performance of her play The Audience in London's West End. In the play, she again portrays Queen Elizabeth.

A&E's 'Intervention' Ending After 13 Seasons

A&E's Emmy Award-winning addiction series Intervention will start airing its final episodes next month after 13 seasons.
The network announced Thursday that the culmination of the gripping series will begin with the first of the last five episodes of the final season on June 13 at 9 p.m.

"We're honored to have been a part of the 243 interventions since its premiere in March of 2005, leading to the 156 individuals that are currently sober to this day," David McKillop, Executive Vice President of Programming for the network, said in a statement.
A&E said the show's final season will feature some of the most intense stories in the history of the series. The premiere episode will introduce viewers to heroin addict Jessica, a 29-year-old Chicago woman squatting in an abandoned house with no electricity or running water. »

The invitations have reportedly been sent out for Kim Kardashians' June 2nd baby shower! So, who's expected at the reality star's extravaganza?
Us Weekly reports that Kim, who's pregnant with rapper Kanye West's child, has invited mommy-to-be Fergie and Beyonce to the shower, along with her star-studded family, of course.

In true Kardashian fashion, the invites are eye-catching. Momager Kris Jenner, sisters Kourtney and Khloe and friend Shelli Azoff reportedly sent out music box invites, complete with two ballerinas dancing to the lullaby of West's Hey Mama, a song from the 35-year-old rapper's 2005 album Late Registration. Now five months sober, former Bachelorette Meredith Phillips is opening up publicly about her lifelong addiction with alcohol.

Best known for her time opposite Bachelor Bob Guiney, and subsequent stint as The Bachelorette in 2004, Phillips, 39, recently revealed to People magazine that she is currently seeking help for a drinking habit that, at its worst, consisted of ingesting 20 bottles of wine per week.
"For years I'd wake up every day feeling like I was hit by a truck," she remembered.
Fearing her addiction would ultimately lead to her demise, Phillips decided to get help.
"I realized I was going to kill myself," she said. "There wasn't another path for me other than to stop."

Olivia Munn is defending all the smart, pretty and funny people out there, claiming to Esquire magazine that 43-year-old funnyman Zach Galifianakis doesn't think person can be both humorous and good looking.
"I believe it was Galifianakis who was saying something like people who are attractive can't be funny, because funny comes from pain," the 32-year-old actress said in an interview for the men's magazine, that was paired with a bikini photo shoot.

Her sold-out world tours have earned her another $458 million, with an additional $81.5 million coming from tour sponsorships and licensing fees.

The Broadcast Television Journalists Association announced the nominees for the 3rd annual Critics' Choice Television Awards today and The Big Bang Theory and American Horror Story: Asylum snagged the most nominations (6 apiece) while Parks and Recreation, Top of the Lake, The Americans, Breaking Bad, Game of Thrones, The Good Wife, Louie, New Girl and Political Animals also made strong showings.

David Spade Donates $200,000 For Tornado Relief

As hundreds clamor to recover from the devastation and loss from the fatal tornado in Oklahoma City on May 20, actor David Spade answered the call for action and donated $200,000 to the American Red Cross towards relief efforts, according to E! Online.
Okc's Kevin Durant Gives $1 Million To Red Cross
Spade joined the ranks of other celebrities contributing to the cause -- including Oklahoma City's own NBA star Kevin Durant, who donated $1 million. Spade took to Twitter after his generous donation and encouraged others to spread the wealth.
The Oklahoma tragedy hit close to home for the Tommy Boy actor, who has a history with tornadoes after surviving one as a child.
