24 December 2014 11:38 AM, PST

“That wasn’t very nice, you know. That wasn’t very nice at all. You can just sit there in the dark and think about what you’ve done. Think about it. Think.” Unfortunately for the diverse group of survivors holed up in a bunker in George A. Romero’s Day of the Dead, any noises they hear from aboveground around the holidays would not be Santa Claus and his reindeer, but rather the shambling zombies that have overrun the world. Romero’s third zombie movie and his personal favorite “Dead” film, Day of the Dead offers plenty for fans to enjoy: a search for a cure, bunker mentality, the intense Captain Rhodes, and perhaps the most beloved zombie of all time: Bub. We’ve teamed up with ScreenHits to give Daily Dead readers an onscreen holiday gift to enjoy by the fire and wrapped presents: the chance to watch »
