New Movie Review: Fury is Furious

There have been plenty of World War II movies, but nothing like what we’re seeing in Brad Pitt’s new movie Fury.  Directed by David Ayer (End of Watch, Sabotage), the tank warfare action scenes are super cool, but most importantly the action doesn’t overshadow the characters with excellent acting from Brad Pitt, Michael Peña, Shia Labeouf, Logan Lerman and Jon Bernthal. Best thing of all is seeing a Latino actor in the mix which we’ve rarely seen as the lead in any war movie.

The Book Of Life A Love Letter To Mexico?

The Book Of Life opens this weekend, and it marks an important step towards representing Latinos in Hollywood. There hasn’t been this many Latinos one Hollywood film since… well it just hasn’t happened. The Book Of Life director Jorge Gutierrez and producer/co-writer Guillermo del Toro talked about their passion project back in July when CineMovie got a sneak peek at Fox Studios.

10 DC Comics Coming to the Big Screen Through 2020

Holy Batman. The caped crusader and the man of steel will be surrounded by many of their DC amigos. We knew it was coming but now it’s official. Warner Bros. announced Wednesday morning the full slate of DC characters and stand alone movies coming our way for the next six years including Aquaman, Cyborg, Wonder Woman, Shazam and many others.

Addicted’s Tyson Beckford, Boris Kodjoe, Director Billie Woodruff On Preparing For Nude Scenes

The hunks of Addicted may have looked confident on screen in their birthday suits, but William Levy, Tyson Beckford and Boris Kodjoe all had concerns about stripping down. The actors talk about the preparation for the intimate scenes including Tyson oiling up his behind to avoid the ashy look, and director Billie Woodruff reveals one of the actors needed a special extra large wardrobe piece to cover up.
