Ewan McGregor Could Return as Obi-Wan in Star Wars Episode VIII

With filming set to begin in the next couple weeks on Rian Johnson's Star Wars: Episode VIII rumors are popping up about what the sequel will entail.  The latest claims that Obi-Wan could once again show up as a Force ghost, and we actually have some information to support it.  Come inside to check out the latest. 

It's been no secret that Ewan McGregor is more than willing to jump back in the world of Star Wars.  He's claimed many times he'd be happy to reprise his role as Obi-Wan Kenobi and fans have responded vehemently.  We've reported on the chance of him getting his own spin-off film before, and after his voice cameo in The Force Awakens, it's clear him and Disney are on good terms.

What if Batman vs. Superman had been made in the 1980s?

 With the anticipation building for next month’s release of Batman vs. Superman: Dawn of Justice, we thought it would be fun to speculate what it would have been like if a version of this film had been made 30 years earlier. How would this project have looked if it was made with Christopher Reeve, Adam West and Lynda Carter?

 In 1980, Christopher Reeve--generally considered the best Superman of the big screen--starred in Superman 2, the successful sequel to his earlier blockbuster Superman: The Movie (1978). The box office windfall of that film guaranteed that Superman would fly again on movie screens. (He ultimately made two more sequels.)

 Only a year before, Adam West had reprised his career-defining role of Batman in the mini-series Legends of the Super-Heroes (1979). He’d originally portrayed the caped crusader in the TV series Batman, which ran from 1966-1968. West additionally supplied the voice of Batman »

There’s always a lot of talk leading up to the big day about who will win what awards. We try to make our predictions based on trends from the past, but we can’t help to be swayed by our own personal opinions. Some movies truly strike a chord with us, while others aren’t interesting at all.
