Kevin Smith says Clerks III is happening

Smith is currently promoting his new horror movie Tusk, which is currently in cinemas in the States, and he mentioned on his podcast that the success of Tusk allowed for Clerks III to happen. »

The film thus follows that inglourious tradition of films with numbers replacing letters, which include such greats as Ali3n, Scr3am, Scre4m, 2 Fast 2 Furious, S1m0ne, and, erm, Thir13en Ghosts. »

Game of Thrones' Gillen joins Maze Runner 2

The first is not even out on these shores, but we're already getting casting news on the sequel to The Maze Runner: Aiden Gillen is set to play a baddie in the next instalment of the Ya adaptation. Gillen is better known as snakelike brothel-owner Lord Baelish/Littlefonger in Game of Thrones (or Mayor Carcetti in The Wire, depending on which Sky Atlantic/HBO show you watch). »
