Jesse Tyler Ferguson and Justin Mikita are 'baby crazy'
The "Modern Family" star and his husband have been married just over four months now, and can't wait to take the next step to growing their family.
"We're baby crazy right now," Ferguson tells People Magazine. "We see kids with families walking around, and if those parents look away for too long, someone has to hold us back to not steal them."
So when do they think they'll add another person to their family of two? "It's definitely part of our long-term plan," Ferguson says. "I made a joke that I wanted 'a Kate Gosselin situation,' but that was taken far too literally. I really don't want eight kids. I think we could handle one -- two, tops." »

Jingle Ball 2013: Selena Gomez drops the f-bomb, doesn't finish set
10 hours ago
Sounds like someone wasn't really feeling the holiday spirit during the 2013 Kiis FM Jingle Ball.
Due to some technical difficulties during her set on Friday (Dec. 6), Selena Gomez had a meltdown onstage. The 21-year-old got held up during her performance when her audio and mic malfunctioned. She then dropped the f-bomb and later walked off stage before finishing her set.
"Sorry, the sound isn't working!" Gomez yelled to the crowd, according to Us Magazine. "Are you guys having a good night? I promise, a lot cooler people are gonna come out tonight. Is it okay if I perform two more songs and you guys can get to it?"
However, things didn't get any better during the set. A clearly agitated Gomez continued to speak to the crowd while she hoped the issue would be fixed, but it never was. She left after performing "Come & Get It," and never sang her last song. »

Carrie Underwood to 'Sound of Music Live' haters: Y'all need Jesus!
It seemed like everyone and their mother had something to say about NBC's "Sound of Music Live!" special that aired on Thursday (Dec. 5) ... and most things were negative about Carrie Underwood's starring role.
The singer fired back to all her critics on Twitter on Friday (Dec. 6). "Plain and simple: Mean people need Jesus. They will be in my prayers tonight... 1 Peter 2:1-25," Underwood writes.
The Bible verse the singer is referring to in her tweet? "Rid yourselves of all malice and all deceit, hypocrisy, envy, and slander of every kind."
What did you think of Underwood's performance? Does she deserve all the flack she's getting, or do you think critics are being too mean? »

Apologies if you literally juuuuust got "Friday" out of your head after being stuck there for two years. Rebecca Black is back, and she's got a meta follow-up music video named ... you guessed it. "Saturday."
The sequel to the viral hit "Friday" is much more professionally produced, both musically and visually, and features a male vocalist, Dave Days. But we can't stop laughing over all the meta callbacks to Black's first internet video.

10. When the video starts, Black is clearly waking up hungover, with the destruction from "Friday's" party all around her.

Robin Thicke rocked out onstage ... sans Beetlejuice/referee suit.
Jason Derulo showed off some crazy cool dance moves.

'The Office's' B.J. Novak reveals clues about his 'Amazing Spider-Man 2' role
15 hours ago
The first trailer recently debuted for "The Amazing Spider-Man 2," but one of the actors wasn't featured at all in the footage.
"The Office" star B.J. Novak is in the action film, but not much has been released about his mysterious role. "I'm in a couple of scenes," Novak tells The Huffington Post. "I was never told whether or not I could say [what the role is]."
While Novak couldn't say outright who he will be playing, he did offer up a few clues. "I can say that I work at Oscorp," Novak teases. "And I am someone from the comic books, someone from the original. So, yeah, I'm somebody. I wouldn't say I'm pivotal, but I'm not an extra, either."
Any ideas of who Novak will be portraying? Hit the comments with your speculation.
"The Amazing Spider-Man 2" hits theaters May 2, 2014. »

Heidi and Spencer Pratt talk making amends with Lauren Conrad, Brody Jenner
16 hours ago
It's been a few years since millions of viewers watched the now-infamous MTV screaming match that ended the relationship between best friends and "The Hills" reality stars Lauren Conrad and Heidi Pratt. And it seems that those few years were enough of a break to repair the friendship.
Heidi tells People Magazine that the night that coined "You know what you did" as an iconic phrase is in the past. "I've talked to [Lauren] a few times on the phone and we've caught up," Heidi says. "She's been really sweet. The last time we talked was like a year ago. I lost her number so I haven't been able to call her [recently]. I told her I got really caught up and I was sorry about how things happened. I told her I miss her and she told me she'd always be there for me."
Though she can't call now, Heidi wishes Conrad a "blissful" engagement, »

2014 Grammy nominations: Ed Sheeran's nomination continues to prove Best New Artist makes no sense
6 December 2013 10:22 PM, PST
The Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences revealed the nominees for the 56th Grammy Awards on Friday (Dec. 6), further proving that the rules in the Best New Artist basically don't exist.
In this year's field, Ed Sheeran was nominated, which, at face value, is fine and dandy. Sheeran's a considerable talent and deserves to be recognized. Here's the rub, however: His single "The A Team" earned itself a Song of the Year nomination at the 55th Grammys.
How does the Academy justify this? Their official guidelines for the category are as follows: "For a new artist who releases, during the Eligibility Year, the first recording which establishes the public identity of that artist." (It should be noted that this is not necessarily the first album released by an artist.) The guidelines were changed in 2010 when Lady Gaga was excluded because her first single "Just Dance" had been nominated in »
Zoe Saldana gets mistaken for Kerry Washington, Thandie Newton on the street
6 December 2013 10:20 PM, PST
Zoe Saldana can't walk down the street without being recognized ... but not as herself.
The "Out of the Furnace" star went on "The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson" on Friday (Dec. 6) and revealed that when she gets recognized on the street, it's not for her "Avatar" or "Star Trek" roles.
Watch a clip of her interview below:
Maisie Williams, 'Game of Thrones' Arya Stark, debuts a nose ring
6 December 2013 7:45 PM, PST
Maisie Williams' new nose ring is going to look a bit out of place in Westeros.
The woman behind "Game of Thrones'" Arya Stark debuted her new facial piercing on her Vine account. "And I got my nose pierced," she said before showcasing the stud on the right side of her nose.
Williams won't be the only "Game of Thrones" star who needs to cover up her body modification. Lena Headey, the woman behind Cersei Lannister, has a whole slew of tattoos over her body. Of course, Cersei is always pretty covered up, while Williams' adorable mug is frequently front and center as Arya.
What do you think of her new piercing? »
Ellen DeGeneres and Portia De Rossi's 'Bound 2' Kardashian Christmas card spoof
6 December 2013 4:58 PM, PST
Inspired by the Kardashians' annual Christmas card -- "This is not a joke. This is their holiday card. It is real." she says of this year's outrageous version -- DeGeneres revealed on "The Ellen Show" that she and her wife took inspiration from Kim for their holiday greeting.
Yes, it's a still from the "Bound 2" video with their heads photoshopped on top, and it reads, "Bound for a Merry Christmas. Love, Ellen and Portia."
Okay, fine. It's clearly not their real card, but it's still pretty funny (only if you've seen the video, Ellen notes.)

'Bates Motel's' Olivia Cooke joins 'Ouija': 5 board games that could be TV shows
6 December 2013 3:49 PM, PST
For those who are constantly complaining that the movie industry doesn't have any original ideas, this certainly is going to help further their cause. "Ouija," based on the board game, is in the works and "Bates Motel" star Olivia Cooke has signed on as the female lead, according to THR.
Her character attempts to contact a dead friend through a "Ouija" board, with wacky haunted hijinx ensuing. While board games as movies are nothing new, here's looking at you "Clue" and "Battleship," why not also adapt them into TV shows? There's no end to game shows based on various board games, but what about legitimate scripted TV?
For your reading pleasure, here are five board games Zap2it would like to see given the TV treatment.
Shows based on fairy tales are huge these days, so why not one about "Candy Land"? What person wouldn't watch adventures through the Candy Cane Forest, »
Live musicals on TV: Justin Timberlake could anchor several
6 December 2013 3:39 PM, PST
"The Sound of Music Live!" did very well for NBC Thursday night (Dec. 5). Not only did it have the internet abuzz, but it also turned in big ratings -- those two things don't always go hand-in-hand.
Zap2it brainstormed a few other musicals we think would make excellent live broadcasts and one of the choices was Justin Timberlake in "Guys and Dolls." Which caused us to fall down a rabbit hole of "What other musicals could Timberlake step into"?
Some of these are silly -- "Grease"? No. "Cabaret"? Probably on network TV. "The Rocky Horror Show"? Definitely not on network TV.
But a few of these, like the one pictured above, we're 100 percent serious about. How terrific would Timberlake and Joseph Gordon-Levitt be in "Singin' in the Rain"? We already know Jgl can do "Make 'Em Laugh."
Or how about Timberlake and Bradley Cooper as Sky Masterson and Nathan Detroit in "Guys and Dolls"? Amazing. »
Britney Spears talks plastic surgery: 'I've had lip injections'
6 December 2013 1:25 PM, PST
"I've had lip injections," she confirms to the magazine (via Radar Online).
She at least has shown restraint with them, as her before-and-after pictures aren't incredibly jarring (though they were a bit over-the-top in the past). Here's hoping she doesn't go over the top in the future with them, because other celebrities have shown in the past that too many lip injections do not end up doing one any favors.
Spears says of her body, "I think it's important to look good and feel good about yourself, but I go both ways on it. I think it's cruel how the world puts so much emphasis on our looks. ... In this business you make a deal with the devil. »
