Rihanna posts more nude photos on Twitter after Chris Brown's ex Karreuche comes back into the picture
9 December 2012 3:37 PM, PST
According to tabloid reports, Chris Brown is hanging out with ex-girlfriend Karreuche again, which caused a bit of a stir between him and his possible current girlfriend Rihanna. But Rihanna isn't letting it get her down too much -- she posed for a series of nude photos, wearing just a bra and no bottoms, this week.
Rihanna's best friend Melissa Forde posted the photos on her Twitter for no apparent reason. (No big deal, right? BFFs party without pants at ski chalets like, all the time.) Rihanna accessorized the pantslessness with a glass of red wine and a furry hat.
So, there you go, internet. Breaking news: Rihanna still looks good naked.
Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale duet on 'Glycerine': Watch the video now
9 December 2012 3:04 PM, PST
At Kroq's Almost Acoustic Christmas this weekend, Bush frontman Gavin Rossdale performed an (extremely) rare duet with his wife, No Doubt's Gwen Stefani, who he actually met at Kroq's Almost Acoustic Christmas 17 years ago.
Fans were shocked as Rossdale, alone with his guitar, began to sing "Glycerine," and then Stefani, unnannounced, walked on stage to join in the second verse. Rolling Stone reports that the crowd went wild.
"She actually asked me about this and I was so surprised, I didn't say anything for two days," Rossdale tells the mag. "She said, 'Maybe we should do a song together.' And I couldn't answer her."
They also considered performing his song "The Afterlife," which is her favorite, but settled on "Glycerine."
"I thought it would be so powerful, the two of us on stage like that, that's what we went for," he says. Rossdale, who has just been touring for two years, »

"I think there will come a time when it won't sting so bad. But I'm not quite there yet," she admits to People. "But I'm not there yet. You know, I am happy that he is happy, though."
Garth is dating herself, though she refuses to say who the lucky guy is. She does tell the mag that there's only one man in her life. "One is enough, right?" she jokes.
She also notes that she and Facinelli have already worked out holiday plans with their daughters. "We will celebrate really quietly at home this year and then travel to see a friend in Virginia," she says. "Then their dad »

Box Office: 'Skyfall' back on top as 'Playing For Keeps' flops
9 December 2012 9:41 AM, PST
The latest James Bond flick, "Skyfall," is back at No. 1 this weekend, after dipping below "Breaking Dawn" last week. Raking in $11 million in its fifth week in theaters. "Skyfall" has broken a Sony record previously held by Tobey Maguire's "Spider-Man 3," becoming the distributor's highest-grossing movie with $918 million in worldwide tickets sales.
The only significant new offering of the weekend was "Playing for Keeps," starring Gerard Butler and Jessica Biel. The film was a certifiable flop, grossing only an estimated $6 million despite pervasive marketing.
The romantic comedy, which also stars Uma Thurman, Catherine Zeta-Jones and Dennis Quaid, stars Butler as a washed-up soccer star who tries to make amends with his family by coaching his kid's little league. It's Butler's second flop of the season, as his surfing drama "Chasing Mavericks" also failed to draw an audience.
The full Top 12 is below, with the weekend gross followed by the total gross for the film. »

9 December 2012 8:46 AM, PST
Last month, "Beverly Hills, 90210" and "Charmed" star Shannen Doherty received messages on Twitter from a fan in New Jersey who was thinking about suicide. Unsure how to help, Doherty called police in Westhampton Township and explained what was going on.
Now, the audio has been obtained by TMZ. On the call, Doherty says, "This is going to sound incredibly strange ... my name is Shannen Doherty and I'm an actress. I'm on Twitter, sadly, and there is a girl that is threatening to shoot herself and she lives somewhere over there." At one point in the call, the dispatcher even tells Shannen that her co-workers are big fans.
Officers were able to find out where Doherty's 27-year-old fan lived, and they were dispatched to her home. According to the report, the woman was fine and said she had no intention of actually hurting herself. »
Ciara nude pics leak: 50 Cent's naked birthday gift pictures hit the web
8 December 2012 7:45 PM, PST
Yet another celebrity is swept up in a nude photo scandal after taking naked pics for a significant other. This time, it's singer Ciara, who allegedly took the photos for her on-again off-again boyfriend 50 Cent as a gift for his birthday in July -- though some sources say the pics may be as much as five years old.
As usual, the pics come to us courtesy of MediaTakeOut, which has also been responsible for the release of nude photos of Chris Brown, Rihanna, and Travis Barker. The site also teased Frank Ocean's coming out before he admitted he was gay.
This time, the photos weren't stolen from a hacked cell phone or email account, but taken behind-the-scenes at a private photoshoot. Ciara appears nude, except for elaborate decorative body paint. »
'American Idol's' Tim Urban writes Taylor Swift's song about Harry Styles: 'Wrong Direction'
8 December 2012 7:15 PM, PST
First a Harry Styles fan channeled her Taylor Swift angst into an incredibly creative parody song. Now, "American Idol" alum Tim Urban has taken it one step further -- while we're all wondering what sort of song Swift will write about her One Direction beau after their inevitable breakup, Urban actually wrote the song.
The hilarious earnestness of his composition is just up Swift's alley, and we find it so delightful that we're not even going to call him out on using gossip about more famous people to boost his profile. We're just glad to be reminded that he exists.
23-year-old Urban made it into the Season 9 "American Idol" live rounds after another contestant was disqualified for lying on his application. He got all the way to the Top 7 artists before he was eliminated after performing Goo Goo Dolls' "Better Days."
Here are the lyrics to Urban's masterpiece, so »

Whiskey cures blindness for man who drank too much vodka
8 December 2012 11:56 AM, PST
Booze is poison, yes. It's also medicine.
A New Zealand man recently went blind from the combination of his diabetes medication and a copious amount of vodka, which he'd received as a gift from his students.
"I thought it had got dark and I'd missed out on a bit of time but it was only about half-past-three in the afternoon. I was fumbling around the bedroom for the light switch," he told the press. "I'd just gone completely blind. I don't remember much after I arrived in hospital. I know the doctor told my wife to say goodbye because they didn't think I'd be coming out again."
Doctors realized he was suffering from formaldehyde poisoning, and decided to treat him with ethanol, found in whiskey. They used an expensive bottle of Johnnie Walker Black, but unfortunately, the ailing man didn't get to enjoy it -- they pumped it through a »
Newark Mayor Cory Booker on food stamps: Caffeine withdrawal and apple rationing
8 December 2012 11:37 AM, PST
Newark Mayor Cory Booker, who became something of a social media king after Hurricane Sandy ravaged his city and he diligently responded to requests and cries for help via Twitter, is spending one week on food stamps in order to show the country what an important program it is. For $1.40 per meal, or $4.32 per day, Booker is learning to conserve food and lessen cravings.
One craving that's proven hard to kick? Caffeine. Coffee is too expensive, so Booker is going without. "I've ... finally hit the wall with caffeine withdrawal," he wrote on Friday, his fourth day of the challenge. "I've had a terrible headache all day and have been feeling sluggish. I'm starting to think I need to put a little more thought into my caffeine addiction."
At the beginning of the week, Booker budgeted for two apples. "I think I'm going to save one for my last day and one for mid-week, »
Brooke Mueller's children with nanny, not Charlie Sheen, after alleged overdose
8 December 2012 10:25 AM, PST
Charlie Sheen's ex-wife Brooke Mueller, who has been in rehab 15 times, was rushed to the hospital on Friday following an alleged drug overdose. Mueller was found unconscious at her home, at 11:42 a.m. Her camp says, "An assistant thought Brooke was non-responsive while she was napping and hastily called an ambulance. As a precaution, Brooke was brought to a local hospital and discharged after an hour. She was diagnosed with exhaustion and dehydration and is now fine and resting at home. That's it."
Obviously, it's not the first time Sheen and/or Mueller have had drug-related issues, and as usual, there's a question as to whether twin sons, Bob and Max, are safe. TMZ reports that the children are not staying with Sheen following Mueller's hospitalization. They're staying at Mueller's home, under the care of their round-the-clock nanny.
"It is confirmed there were no illegal drugs in Brooke's system, »

Megan Fox on post-pregnancy weight loss: 'I'm still 10 pounds heavier'
7 December 2012 5:32 PM, PST
Megan Fox says she's not in a hurry to get her pre-pregnancy body back, but the "This Is 40" actress certainly looked svelte at the March of Dimes' Celebration of Babies on Friday (Dec. 7) in Beverly Hills.
Fox gave birth on Sept. 27 to her first son, Noah, with husband, Brian Austin Green.
"I only gained 23 pounds when I was pregnant and I'm still 10 pounds heavier, but I don't want to kill myself trying to get back into shape because it's not a priority right now," she tells the U.K.'s Daily Mirror. "I'm too in love with Noah and I don't want to be away from him. I just want to be home."
But even once she is back to her pre-baby weight, don't expect to see her in any super-sexy film roles.
"It changes your perspective about being overly sexual in a film when you have a baby, »
Ed Asner asks to urinate on Fox News producer
7 December 2012 5:26 PM, PST
Ed Asner is stirring up controversy over at Fox News. Host of the "Hannity" show, Sean Hannity, aired a video reportedly produced by the California Federation of Teachers union. In the animated video, Asner narrates as a caricature of a wealthy person -- "the one percent" -- urinates on a group of poor people.
A Fox News producer questioned Asner about the cartoon outside a New York City theater. Asner first claims to have no recollection of the video's content, but clarifies, "I agreed to do it for California teachers. I approve this message."
When the producer reminded Asner of the "trickle down" depiction, Asner responds, "How digusting. It should be reversed."
He then asks the producer, "Do you have any money?" When the producer responds to the affirmative, Asner asks, "Can I piss on you?"
Back at the anchor desk, Hannity retorts, "Pretty classy, Mr. Asner. I guess it's true, »

According to Us Weekly, Lohan and George stayed at Boston's Liberty Hotel together.
"They looked like a couple," an eyewitness tells the magazine. "When they got back from the Jingle Ball concert, Lindsay was all over Max. They were even making out at one point!"
Then early Friday morning, the pair brought the Pda party to New York City, where they were seen leaving Ph-d at the Dream Downtown together just before 2:30 a.m.
But, according to TMZ's sources, George, who recently broke up with Michelle Keegan, definitely "doesn't want a girlfriend, and is a single guy ... but doesn't mind having Lindsay around." »
Stephen Baldwin tax charges 'being cleared up,' says brother Alec Baldwin
7 December 2012 4:26 PM, PST
"The Usual Suspects" actor reportedly owes $350,000 for allegedly failing to pay his taxes between 2008 and 2010. He is due back in court on Feb. 5.
"We're talking about him being arrested and taken into custody and what have you, (but) this was all pre-arranged with the D.A. for him to go in and make an appearance," Alec says. "And they've got to shake him down, and they've got to make him walk that gauntlet because that's their procedure, even though steps have been made to begin the process of remediating that money, and down payments have been made."
He adds, "His problem as of today is being cleared up, but they did drag him through that mud today."
